It was nice and clean room with many amenities available.

Relaxing Had a wonderful weekend in Bendigo and had a lovely stay at the Quest Apartments

We had great kitchen facilities which was excellent with our family group. The rooms were really comfortable and the layout with two private bedrooms for four people worked really well for us.

Great stay I enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Id stay again!

Compact modern room with queen bed. Semi exposed restaurant and bar on lower level and ordered my meals and took to room as no room service. Limited parking as shared with hospital next door. Overall would stay again.

Location is great for many reasons and would tick boxes for different reasons for people, it's close to the medical centre if Bendigo, 10 minutes good walk to the Pal Mal but far enough of the main road to be quiet. I had a great stay at Best Western Crystal Inn. At first, I was told check-in was only after 2pm, but later the staff kindly called me and said I could check in early. That was very helpful! The location threw me a little but once I was there I was very impressed with the service and the room. The size of the living area and then the bathroom was amazing. I will definitely stay there again as it was very affordable and easy to get on the road and back into the CBD

The rooms were all upstairs and there is lift access. We were able to charge our Hybrid car onsite using our lead. Breakfast was expensive, $20 for 2 slices of bread, 3 pats of jam and a bottle of apple juice. Otherwise would stay there again.

We loved our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful.The gardens surrounding are as amazing as the building itself and all the rooms. Entrance is beautiful and we also enjoyed using the sitting rooms. Probably our only negative is the palour room has no windows and as a result was very stuffy (does have air-conditioning). It does come with a separate entrance and terrace, which we left open...

Lovely beautiful place to stay

Very clean room. Spacious and perfect for that one night stay after a long drive in between your trips. Our second time staying here on our way down from the south coast nsw to Adelaide.

The family room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and the accommodation was super quiet. A great option for an overnight stay.

It’s was great good friendly service, more options on the menu, Parma, fish and chips garlic bread etc overall what we had was amazing.

Tent is was cute, but toilets aren’t cleaned properly. We went to the wine testing during waiting for check in but the price for sparkling wine not same on the price list and also price list in tent, It said 25 or 28 for sparkling wine (NV Premium Cuvee Sparkling Brut) but when they charge price it double. It’s seem 45 or more than that ( isn’t included service charge) I understand with services charge...

Excellent dining with a five star service. Wine as expected was excellent, but the food is sensational. We had no problem getting a table here but be prepared for great explanations from the waiting staff about the wines and food . Worth the money

Had a lovely time thanks for that. Just 2 things. 1. What’s the reason that you have to walk 600 -700m to your tent with all your luggage why can’t you drive there.? 2. Why can’t you put the tent numbers also in the front off the tents. ? Can you please do a cop web clean off the restaurant. Not a good image for it! We stayed in the homestead with a large group for our wedding while all of our guests staying in the glamping tents. The staff were amazing and helpful. The restaurant also provides great food. They definitely made the weekend an amazing one

The ladies in reception were lovely and welcoming and offered to drive us down with our luggage. The tent was beautifully set up and clean. The heater in the tent was great and kept us warm the whole time. On arrival we got the cheeseboard platter which was terrible and looked and tasted like it was made weeks ago and it was also tiny and not put together nicely. Well maintained, clean and friendly family focussed caravan park. Staff are really helpful. Location is out of the way which means it's quiet but easy 10 minute drive to the centre of Bendigo and even closer for shops and fast food.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Not alot of van spots like a normal big 4. But plenty of cabins ranging from sleep 6 upto sleep 9. Amenities were good Camp kitchen was good and games room was great. There were 3 bbq's near the camp kitchen. Ensuite suite- fantastic! Site was very new, great design, spacious and clean. Facilities at the park were great- unlimited play at indoor playcentre, pool was great- basic square shape but deep, plenty of room for guests. Stay would be improved if able to hire our games room items (pool cues, table tennis bats) after 6pm. Otherwise great stay and would recommend if visiting Bendigo with kids

Stayed 2 nights each night in a different cabin both of the cabins were not as clean as they should have been which is disappointing. Couches in both cabins were larger than I expected which was great but horribly uncomfortable. Slightly out dated compared to other places we have stayed(also family member stayed in budget cabin and that was significantly more outdated again but was Advised as a budget...

Staff were lovely, kind and welcoming. Site was maintained and clean. Indoor playground was huge and had air-conditioning for warmer weather it was very comfortable. 3 outdoor pool area was clean and had alot of seating. My kids loved coming here and didn't want to return home lol we will definitely be back. Thank you Bendigo Park Lane for having us.

Room was clean unfortunately the bed and pillows were hard,! The shower also need maintenance

The room was a little smaller than I expected however the amenities were quite good. Instant hot water was excellent. Communication with the reception was good and we had no issues. 

The only fault I had with the room was the shower. I found it very difficult to get the water temperature just nice....It was either too hot or too cold. Otherwise, The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. On a side note...if you don't manage stairs, make sure you request a ground floor room. There is no lift to get to the upstairs rooms.

I asked for a ground level room as I have recently had a knee transplant. I was given an upstairs room. The electric blankets did not work. I went to use the sauna. The sauna was out of service.

What a pleasant surprise! Although older, our room was spotless, just the right size, quality towels and a very comfy bed. Snacks and drinks were available in the room for purchase also - a nice thought. The price included breakfast which was a bonus. Fantastic location when going to Ulumbarra theatre. Service was great.

Great place that is central to Bendigo with clean bathroom and comfortable beds

loved the modern take in rooms while keeping original bobs. well-appointed rooms, clean (see below); we arrived late so can’t comment on service of staff.

It was clean and the staff were great. If you are expecting dated accommodation in small rooms with no mod cons such as power points near the bed for charging... you will be very happy. Also, this area can be noisy at night, on the weekends. That might not worry you.

To many pokies and TAB machines no in house entertainment. Very disappointed 1 schooner and I was gone.😠😡🤬

Don't trust sites where this venue has rave reviews. Known to ban unhappy users where they have the power.

A fantastic old building in the heart of Bendigo. Central to many of the cities attractions and well located for restaurants and nightlife. The rooms are clean, comfortable and relatively recently refurbished. The service is pleasant and courteous. A great place to stay without question.

Book the apartment with 2 rooms, it's a bit overpriced for the room/facilities I got and the money I paid, probably stay in a motel next time...

Excellent service with really friendly staff. He was helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. The hotel is not too far from the center. Close enough to walk. We had a great stay!

The experience was not good. The water cup was placed in the refrigerator. I didn't see any problems at first. When the cup was placed at room temperature, I found that the inner wall of the cup was very dirty, and there was a layer of white foam after pouring water. Room was excellent. Wifi was fast and reliable. The beds were comfy with a nice mixture of hard and soft pillows. Manager was fantastic. Left the key in a safe place so I could check in later (after the lobby closed) and texted me the details.

It was nice. Parking is a little all over the place. The food was good from the bistro, but they dropped it off at our room, and then the bloke dropping it off had no idea what we do with the tray after we were done. We have stayed at Alexandra Place several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dining options at the Lake View Hotel next door are varied and delicious! The location is handy to all Bendigo’s attractions. We heartily recommend Alexandra Place and will definitely stay here again when we next visit Bendigo.

We just spent four nights here. Stayed in a two bedroom cabin with our 2.5 yr old. We had a fantastic time. A great park with great facilities and very friendly staff. We can't speak highly enough of our experience and will definitely be back next year.

Took our 13 yr old grandson for 3 nights, stayed in a standard cabin which was very clean and comfortable. Beds are great. Some parts looking tired (floor coverings) but still very clean. The park is very well-geared for children ( the kiddies area with a little traffic route is fabulous!) and also teens and adults - something for everyone. The weekend was stress-free, comfortable and we will return...

The facilities at the park are amazing. Wet or dry weather the kids always had something to do. We never heard the words we’re board! They rated the weekend away one of the best family holidays and can’t wait to go back. The staff were very friendly, Sam in reception was very bubbly and helpful. Clean and value for money, we will definitely be back!

We've been to this caravan park a few times now. Firstly, beds are comfy, cabins are clean and well equipped. Play ground is great for kids, with an indoor playground and a great outdoor play ground, especially if they like climbing. The spa is nice. Lovely grounds and amenities.

Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot. Quite a large site with lots of self contained cabins of various sizes and prices. Has the usual big4 amenities like jumping pillow, swimming pool (outdoor) and kids/family activity room. Our cabin was clean and accessible. Staff are nice and friendly. Some other visitors are loud but no complaints regarding behaviour. Great place to stay and I would stay again

Excellent find on our trip through Bendigo. Very very clean, bed very comfortable, everything you could need for your stay. Great value motel Friendly, welcoming after hours check in. Only negative would be the towels could be a bit bigger but that's a personal preference.

Facilities: There are not many hotels with swimming pools and spas. There are even fewer hotels that can watch the Olympics on a big screen. Very satisfied, the bed is very comfortable. Warm and very high Sanitation: Clean and tidy, the beverage package is very rich, and there are many toiletries. Environment: Very good. Convenient parking. Very close to everything, Service: Very good!

It was very good location and very friendly, nice! It took a little while for the air conditioning to start and bit easy to hear outside people talking. Other thing was all good :)

Thank you for a most enjoyable stay on a caravan site. Friendly service, amenities clean, pool, camp kitchen, games room available. Dog friendly - walking path outside the park readily accessible. Supermarket, chemist, post office, coffee shop / takeaway within easy walking distance (only minutes). This is an excellent caravan park, and given the competition in Bendigo very reasonably priced at $40. Excellent amenities, very nice and clean. Pool, game room, playground, laundry, no charge for showers; even a weight/excercise room. Quiet; no problematic traffic noise. Grocery store, post office, cafe, pharmacy next door. We would return at any opportunity. Kudos to owners and managers.

This is a beautiful little Caravan Park with some drive thru sites grassed sites and on-site cabins. Very reasonably priced clean amenities not far from Bendigo main centre,well worth a phone call if your looking for somewhere to spend a bit of time very friendly staff.

The service is outstanding here. Staff are so friendly and great to deal with, cabin was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Would certainly stay again.

Service was great. They catered so welcomeing to a few requests. Beds were nice however we are used to different mattresses.

It was difficult to acess car park for unit 1 when there was a larger Ute/SUV parked outside unit 2. The unit was very clean but the towel had several dirty marks on it.

We only stayed 2 nights and were involved in a weekend event at the ShowGrounds so we never actually used the hotel for anything more than to shower and sleep. It looked very interesting and I would love to stay again and enjoy the facilities....meals, live music etc

Studio suite was small but fine for 1 night. Everything clean and tidy. The only negative was the room had a slight cigarette odour - which wasn’t pleasant as rooms are supposed to be non -smoking.

A lesson. First thing you should do in a motel room is check the TV remote control. Nothing spoils a night in a motel like a TV remote control that doesn’t work.
