Rooms were clean, iron board was average at best with very little padding and the iron was terrible. Location was great with easy walking to all dining and town centre. Smokers outside the rooms and below so had to put up with smoke when sitting outside.

My experience with Barclay on View Hotel was great. I booked 11 rooms for friends and family travelling from overseas and interstate for my wedding. Bonita was accommodating and easy to work with. Our guests enjoyed their stay at Barclay. The rooms were comfortable, the service was good, and the location was convenient.

Nice clean motel, handy to town centre. All you need for a overnight stay.

Nice comfortable room however the shower would continuously run hot and cold which was quite unpleasant. This happened in the evening and again in the morning. I would have given it 4 stars if not for this.

Mid price motel with comfortable beds and close to the best attractions on View St. An ideal place for us to use as our base during Bendigo Writers Festival. Try to get a downstairs room as the plumbing struggles getting good water pressure to upstairs showers! Owners are helpful and rooms have basic tea/coffee making and a toaster for light breakfasts.

great central location, Clean room, quiet rooms even though it was busy. Being able to open up and let fresh air into the room. Helpful staff and good value.

Booked online and contactless check in. I had to change rooms due to surgery on my knee restricting me from upstairs rooms. Staff were able to put us in ground floor room. Room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily.

Very Very friendly. Rooms very clean and good furniture. Our bed was old but Lucky we had a ruim with 2 beds( experienc)!!
Breakfast alone off choice. Locatie is one off the best in Bendigo.

Top Marks for Barclay on View. Room very clean and comfortable BIG ✅✅ Breakfast available, Guest laundry, onsite parking.... Price ✅ Truly affordable quality....Location ✅✅ Aquatic Centre, Beautiful park, walking trails, Theatre and sports centres across the street, Restaurant's and cafes from 150 m away. Hospital and City centre 10 minute walk. Easy one of the best stays in Bendigo. I will be staying here again ❤️❤️❤️

Found an odd debit on our credit card and contacted Barclay on View. Liz was extremely helpful and contacted her colleagues to assess if it was their clerical error or a hack. She called back with news that it was a computer error their end as she knew we would be concerned about identity fraud.
I cannot speak more highly of Liz and her care. We'll stay there again when we visit Bendigo.
