We recently stayed at Mantra Trilogy Cairns and were absolutely delighted with our experience. Frankly, we had been slightly concerned after reading a few negative reviews, but our stay was far and away better than we anticipated. We will 100% be booking here again.

​The standout feature of this location is, without a doubt, the unbeatable location. Situated right on the Esplanade, you are within easy walking distance of virtually everywhere in Cairns City. Better still, the hotel offers the best free parking right next to all the great restaurants, making dining out incredibly convenient.
​The rooms were clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and well-maintained base for exploring the area. The service we received was great i think it was luke who checked us in he was GREAT.—other staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
​It's important to set expectations: this is not a five-star hotel, so if luxury high-end accommodation is what you're after, this isn't the place. However, for the price tag, the value you receive is absolutely fantastic.

​The few areas that could use attention are minor but noticeable. The bathrooms are a little tired and could benefit from a fresh lick of paint as its falling off the roof, and the shower glass in our room was certainly due for replacement. The gym is basic and small; while functional, it would be greatly improved by adding some free weights.

Overall, Mantra Trilogy offers excellent, clean accommodation in a perfect location with great service, all at a brilliant price point. Highly recommended for travelers focused on location and value.

Stayed here recently for work, was a one bedroom oceanview appartment and as you can see it was absolutely amazing! Great location, great views, the unit was very clean, well maintained and very quiet. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful, the pool area was fantastic and easily accessible. Stayed in tower 2 with had a seperate access door to the Esplanade, which made it easy to pop in and out without walking through the reception area every time. Will definitely be staying here again while on Cairns.

Had a lovely and helpful welcome checking in and we’d booked an ocean front room. Looking at floor plans by the lift we scored a massive room like a one bedroom apartment. Loved the space and particularly the balcony with amazing views.

It had all you need with a full kitchen and laundry. There is a dehumidifier that needs to be on 24/7 and we emptied it twice a day. The let down was the air conditioner. No matter how you changed it, it just blew average air. We could never get it to chill. As a result you needed the ceiling fans on at all times and trying to sleep with the fans rattling on high got annoying. Yes we could’ve called reception to address but we figured the room and view was worth it and sometimes better the devil you know.

The location was the best part right on the Esplanade and moments from anything you could want.

second time around here,we got an upgraded. apartment style room which is very spacious instead of a deluxe room. everything was nice and fantastic, maybe just a lil improvement in their wifi would be really nice.

Room smelt and did not appear to be well maintained.
