, and replacing the towels. I complained at reception, and the lady who was there at the time informed me that my room wasn't entitled to room service. I didn't even know this; it was never made clear in my reservation. I found it very disappointing.
We did not use the restaurant, but noted that one was there. Brekky was not included with our stay. There are other amenities coming soon to this location: a meeting room and a gym. It's not clear when these will be available for customers to use.
The staff seemed friendly and helpful.
If I had to trek to Hervey Bay again, I'd likely stay here again. The hotel is very well suited for people who are on an extended stay or who want to be close to the marina so that they can walk to either the Boat Club or to the tour boats. Even better, the price represents value in a timely when that is becoming more and more rare!
