Had a large apartment on the 3rd floor looking out to the ocean. Small balcony but big enough for a holiday and outdoor eating. Underground parking with security roller door. Good electronic security all round the building. Lovely very clean pool infact the whole apartment block was very well looked after. Helpful friendly staff and easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

Didn’t have breakfast. But great that there is a few restaurants within walking distance. Great location Loved the pool. Great that there was a lift to all floors.

The perfect place for a holiday. Smartly outfitted rooms with all the accessories and facilities. Directly overlooking Shelly Bay with its sandy beaches fit for a beautiful relaxing walk or exhilarating workout before breakfast. Our second stay at Shelley's and we love it even more. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Best thing is the easy access to the beach and shopping.

Shelly Bay resort almost scored a five star rating from us. The location and position is brilliant. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Our unit was well presented and had everything we needed. From the welcome to the farewell at checkout we felt valued as guests. Nothing was too difficult for our hosts. The rooms a spacious and very comfortable, with everything you need there. View from the rooms are so good. This is where we will stay when in Hervey Bay. Oh and the Indian Restaurant is so good eat there at least once when you visit!!

The road in front of the cabins was extremely noisy at times & loud for the most part as its on a pretty busy road. Cabins were excellent & the grounds are maintained very well. Staff were exceptional. We did know that the beach was a short walk so we booked thinking the canal was usable which it isn't. Cabins are large & having an oven was very helpful. We have stayed at this park several times and always enjoyed our stay. Tonight the campsite beside us is playing their music at a level that is making it impossible for us to sleep. I would suggest a rule in regards to music after a certain time.

Just stayed there 1st week of new year. Very tidy park. Happy with all the staff and other guests was a pleasant stay and will be returning at the end of this year with family. Highly recommend it.

Great park. Clean and well appointed with facilities. Honestly the most helpful and friendly staff we have ever encountered. Brilliant customer service. Park is very kid friendly with kids activists scheduled each day from crafts and games to circus performers and more in school holidays...all free. Clean room, friendly staff, great location. Downside the rooms are super close as you would expect with a motor inn can hear next door snore 😴 spa doesn't work and restaurant and bar looks like it has been closed for a while. Disappointing if you booked for use of the restaurant and spa as we did.

Accommodation is ok but they don't have enough parking for every unit. If your spot is taken you'll have to park on the street 😕

Recently stayed here after having to find somewhere else in Harvey Bay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and spacious. Very clean. Parking outside the rooms and free WIFI. Only complaint is the WIFI wasn't great, had to go on the balcony to make a skype call as signal was poor. Nice pool and good value for money. Great location , would stay again.

Lovely spot to spend a few nights. The road and foot traffic noise is loud and frequent from early morning to early evening every day, the sound seems to echo off the building/s. The sunrise & sunset from the 3rd floor where we stayed in an Airbnb was quite spectacular. You can see the jetty to the right where the sun rises in the morning and to the left behind the rock wall where it sets in the evening...

Staying here was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed with a fantastic view. The bed was the first comfortable one our backs had seen after a week of traveling. I found the management to be helpful, friendly and down to earth. Having two small children, I really appreciated having the continental breakfast in the fridge waiting for us. We were fairly happy that we chose to stay here over other places in Hervey Bay. There was some milk and juice in the fridge upon arrival which was a nice bonus. Only disappointing aspect was the wi-fi. Which only worked when seated outside of the apartment. Otherwise a nice relaxing stay and plenty of good features in the apartment.

Situated in a great spot, walking distance to the beach and pet friendly. Eddie our dog loved her stay in a large cabin with a choice of beds for her to sleep on. Hired a superior cabin for a few nights. A tight spot to park next to when tents and vans set up opposite. This cabin needed a serious spring clean. Under the bed was especially gross. This motel was really comfortable and close to the water, the Beds were comfortable and the room was quite spacious. I liked in particular that there was a separate room with two single beds and a small kitchenette that suited us for preparing small meals like porridge, and toast for breakfast. The two bed room was a really great size, and layout, older room but very functional and practical for a family of four. The staff were friendly and helpful. The motel is located directly across from the beach. The price was incredible for the location

I would recommend this Motel as we enjoyed our stay. Rhys was very helpful , assisting us with our trips and even phoning one of the companies to arrange our pick up outside the motel. The resort was in a great location, the view from the room was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy. It had all amenities to start off with. The beds were soft and comfortable. I don't think I've seen quite as many mobility scooters about after dark before. This end of hervey Bay is relatively quiet and away from the busy part but and Uber is only $15 or so.

Excellent accommodation. Very comfortable, spacious and spotless. Great service. Near a couple of good restaurants and the pier. Close to airport and the marina. Need a car or taxi for groceries etc and to get to a decent beach.

We stayed here a few months ago and it was excellent. Nicely decorated apartments and clean. Wonderful staff, can’t wait to stay another time.

We came for a one night stay and the room at Eden by the Bay was absolutely amazing- very spacious and comfortable. A lovely pool in the heart of the hotel. The location is fantastic as it is walking distance to everything you need for a fantastic holiday - beach, meals, shops. We will definitely be coming back to stay longer!

Prefect location to restaurant and shops. Stayed at room 210 was absolutely amazing. Smelt so clean when we arrived and was spotless. All modern facilities, and love the beach vibe. Nice selection of kids toys, and nice big flat screen tv would say it’s at least 65cm was great to watch movies on. Spa bath in one of the bathrooms which was so nice to relax in. Room is relatively new and comfortable. What wasn’t great is the strong and pertinent smell of chlorine / bleach that must have been used for cleaning. Couldn’t get rid of it by opening windows and airconditioning smelled even worse…good we didn’t need it. And, this is the first hotel in my life that has prompted me for a key after being 5 minutes late checking out (at 10 am). Not the memory you want...

We stayed @ Beachside Motor Inn for our honeymoon. The room was so clean and comfortable and all the staff were lovely. It was such a wonderful choice, great quiet location, great price. So happy with our stay. I feel refreshed and content.

Our 3 night stay in this Motel was excellent. It’s very clean & comfortable with great service on offer if wanted. Loved the walking tracks & the variety of shops & eateries nearby. We have been very impressed with our first visit to Pialba, Pt Vernon, Scarness & Urangan.

Not your average 'hostel'. Laid back atmosphere and quiet. Most people seem to be here long term and keep to themselves or to small groups. Has an outdoor area, but this is where people also smoke so if you aren't a smoker or fond of being around smoke I would suggest that you don't stay here. There isn't another area to sit if you'd like to eat outdoors other than a very small table and folding chairs...

I've stayed at Buzers many times. it is just terrific. It's not the Hilton but for the price and service it's the next best thing. Dave & Wendy are just great.

The Buyers is a really nice accommodation and the location is directly next to the beach. The staff is really friendly and is has a nice atmosphere. The kitchen has a lot of good equipment and it is very clean. The bedrooms hat single beds and offer towels as well which is very nice. The Price-performance ratio is awesome! I can really recommend this Hostel/Motel.

For a back Packers lodge it's great. I stayed with my kids there so that was interesting. Kids loved it. Kitchen area is well looked after . Bathrooms clean and rooms were clean too. Beds were comfy and clean no bed bugs here

We stayed in the cabins and it was lovely. All that we needed, clean and tidy, very comfortable. The pool was lovely too.

The rooms are very good but there is still improvements to be made which they are on to. 95% renovated so when completed they will be amazing.

I stayed in a deluxe cabin, it was very clean and updated. Check in took 2 minutes, and Bec was friendly and easy going. I had to extend my stay at extra night, Bec rearranged things to accommodate me. It's about 10 minutes walk to Stocklands shopping centre I would gladly stay here again.

Recently stayed here in a cabin and were very impressed. It has the best camp kitchen I've ever come across and literally everything you need from crockery and cutlery, fresh dish clothes, tea towels and every kitchen utensil possible. You could literally just bring food and not be disappointed. Kids enjoyed the pool and the laundry even had free powder! Some cabins even allow small dogs inside. Cabin...

Arrived to what can only be described as a welcoming second home. Incredibly clean. Very homely feel to room. Has some really nice touches to kitchen area with placement of cups and plates. I wanted to steal a bed........lol. Only thing that might top it off is a writing pad and pen, thats all. I will recomend to my work management to stay there in future. Thankyou

Location was superb being so close to all the cafes/restaurants, beach, shops etc, room was clean & comfy, first motel I have been in that actually had filled and frozen ice cube trays which was much appreciated on a hot day, managers were super friendly and full of advice about where to eat

My wife and myself had 10 nights at Sandy Footprints and enjoyed our stay so much that we have rebooked for another holiday in May. Great location, great view, handy to all that the Bay has to offer. Really lovely, very clean, pet friendly house with plenty of yard for the dogs. Even on a really hot day the sea breeze on the front verandah was pretty nice. Hope to stay again in the future.
