The view of the marina from the balcony was very relaxing.

Fabulous staff. We arrived at our room only to find the shower over a bath that was sealed in to hip height, which was impossible for me to use. They very kindly upgraded us. Nothing was too much trouble and always friendly. Room was lovely but the bedrooms need ceiling fans and a dust pan would come in handy. Excellent and friendly staff. The room was great except for a minor issue with the smell coming from the drains. We could not use the spa at all and were very disappointed as we paid extra for that. When raised with the staff, they were accommodating and very prompt to send maintenance. Overall happy with the facilities and within walking distance to the beach and other cafes. Nice place to stay.

Great place to stay on the waterfront at the marina. Nice room with King bed, well equipped kitchen and good lounge area. Big spa bath and washer and dryer. Enjoyed our time here. All the tours nearby and miles of beaches ⛱️

We loved our stay. Our room was large & very comfortable. Huge outdoor patio. Pool was fantastic. Our only issue was, we were there for 2 nights. Only 3 coffee sachets & the bar in the resort was ridiculously expensive. 2 x spirit drinks, $30. We didnt drink there again. Locationwas fabulous to the Boat Harbour cafe& restaurant. The Ramada is not a motel. This much was obvious when we walked into our room. It was super spacious, with a full-sized fridge, a stove, microwave, washer-dryer, and dishwasher. The room was quite big and clean. The only elevator in the hotel was broken and it was very tiring to carry things up and down. It was said that it had been repaired for nearly a month. What an efficiency.

One of our cabins suffered a power fail which left it without hot water and power point power on the 1st night. It was fixed next day. Otherwise, good stay. Staff were great. When we needed to extend stay by an extra night, they helped us. Big Thank You!

We only stayed one night in a van here but upon arrival the staff were very friendly. It was unfortunate though my husband had a minor accident setting up our van hitting his head & causing a gash. Close walk into the town with cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. Great facilities and additional activities for families. We had a ensuite camp site and it was fabulous. So nice to have a clean, private bathroom while camping.

The cabin was bigger than I expected, light and airy. Kitchen was well supplied. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay there again, but for longer.

Quiet and convenient for Fraser Island (K'Gari) trip

Fully furnished and confortable. Some furniture could use an update, but overall it's a nice place to stay.

I took my 2 little dogs, there was a great little grassed area and covered outdoor area for us all to enjoy. Roomy unit with clean and fresh looking furniture, great bed to dive into after a long day.

Unit was great and clean, we couldnt get wifi password to work but thats minor. We didnt like the 'have to park in garage' rule which was probably in the booking details, as we had to disconnect our tow bar to fit in the garage, unpack outside and only have the driver left to back the ute in. I suppose given the number of units, a car out the front would be in the way.

Ideally, located in Urangan, these 2 storey townhouse villas are self-contained and have everything you need, even a garage for your car. My ideal home away from home with all the creature comforts. Had a great time in Harvey Bay. The Grange has just had a change of guards with new management..both ( sorry not sure on names) where super friendly. Rooms super clean and the pool bar opens at 4pm Dailey and has the best Long Island iced teas in Australia. Resident people very friendly also. Dog friendly and close to most things.

The perfect place for a holiday. Smartly outfitted rooms with all the accessories and facilities. Directly overlooking Shelly Bay with its sandy beaches fit for a beautiful relaxing walk or exhilarating workout before breakfast. Quality restaurant within and others surrounding, again, an easy walk. Relax and enjoy in comfort.

Our second stay at Shelley's and we love it even more. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Best thing is the easy access to the beach and shopping.

Shelly Bay resort almost scored a five star rating from us. The location and position is brilliant. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Our unit was well presented and had everything we needed. From the welcome to the farewell at checkout we felt valued as guests. Nothing was too difficult for our hosts. The rooms a spacious and very comfortable, with everything you need there. View from the rooms are so good. This is where we will stay when in Hervey Bay. Oh and the Indian Restaurant is so good eat there at least once when you visit!!

Rooms very very spacey, overall pretty good. We stayed in two rooms. One had new carpet, Samsung TVs with all the apps and central air con. However in one of the apartments the couches were a bit filthy. Otherwise this is a great location for a holiday. Linda was also a very good host.

Had a wonderful couple of days in Hervey Bay whale watching. It was a lovely, clean place with very friendly staff and a bonus that a bus from Whalesong picked us up right out the front.

Lovely spot to spend a few nights. The road and foot traffic noise is loud and frequent from early morning to early evening every day, the sound seems to echo off the building/s. The sunrise & sunset from the 3rd floor where we stayed in an Airbnb was quite spectacular. You can see the jetty to the right where the sun rises in the morning and to the left behind the rock wall where it sets in the evening...

Staying here was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed with a fantastic view. The bed was the first comfortable one our backs had seen after a week of traveling. I found the management to be helpful, friendly and down to earth. Having two small children, I really appreciated having the continental breakfast in the fridge waiting for us. We were fairly happy that we chose to stay here over other places in Hervey Bay. There was some milk and juice in the fridge upon arrival which was a nice bonus. Only disappointing aspect was the wi-fi. Which only worked when seated outside of the apartment. Otherwise a nice relaxing stay and plenty of good features in the apartment.

Many thanks to the owners putting ours fears, of our 1am arrival, to rest by sorting out a taxi and clear information how to get in. The location is wonderful especially if you like birdlife! A relaxing stop off to go to K’Gari and couldn’t have asked for more!

Great communication with the staff and the room has everything you really need for a stay short of a full size cooker. Nice easy walk from the Greyhound bus interchange and to options for eating. It would probably help having a car in the area but we didn't and it was still perfect for our short stay before K'gari. Can't fault it really. Even got to use the pool next day.

Superb apartments simple and clean. Linked with the local rsl so discounted meals. Drive up and park in front of your room.

Comfortable and convenient Well located motel near shopping centre, good range of food outlets and the hervey bay bus transit (which we used to reach the train station at maryborough west) comfortable, clean and friendly. Not far from the local RSL for which we were given a voucher for a free drink and where meals are very well priced.

The whole process was easy, they gave us early check in and staff were friendly and helpful.

Great park to stay in reasonably priced for our few days there, pleasant staff

Best park in Hervey Bay. Ammenaties are always clean, lawns and gardens are lovely, and Brad is a fantastic Manager. $36 a night, power/water (non peak times). It’s a few kms walk to the beach, which is handy. Dogs are allowed, unlike the council parks.

The property was well located, the room was clean and well appointed and it was very quiet.

We stayed @ Beachside Motor Inn for our honeymoon. The room was so clean and comfortable and all the staff were lovely. It was such a wonderful choice, great quiet location, great price. So happy with our stay. I feel refreshed and content.

This complex is centrally located in close proximity to bay and many good restaurants and coffee shops. The unit we stayed in was well equipped and spotlessly clean. This is a self check in property but any staff we encountered were well presented and very friendly. Will stay again.

We booked a family room. An excellent size Queen bed in a proper bedframe in one bedroom and two firm single beds in another room. Vwery clean and well set up room with a good kitchenette.The lounge room had two large sofas. You can tell this is an old motel but it's been given an update that made it very comfortable. The Buyers is a really nice accommodation and the location is directly next to the beach. The staff is really friendly and is has a nice atmosphere. The kitchen has a lot of good equipment and it is very clean. The bedrooms hat single beds and offer towels as well which is very nice. The Price-performance ratio is awesome! For a back Packers lodge it's great. I stayed with my kids there so that was interesting. Kids loved it. Kitchen area is well looked after . Bathrooms clean and rooms were clean too. Beds were comfy and clean no bed bugs here

We came for a one night stay and the room at Eden by the Bay was absolutely amazing- very spacious and comfortable. A lovely pool in the heart of the hotel. Room is relatively new and comfortable. What wasn’t great is the strong and pertinent smell of chlorine / bleach that must have been used for cleaning. Couldn’t get rid of it by opening windows and airconditioning smelled even worse…good we didn’t need it. And, this is the first hotel in my life that has prompted me for a key after being 5 minutes late checking out (at 10 am). Not the memory you want...
