Absolutely discussed in service, the cleaners are lazy. We had a room booked and they gave it to someone else when we had it booked for weeks, last time we came here it smelt like dog, the carpets are descusting the curtains were mouldy and the shower was just horrible, like seriously there are such things as staph infections and I could only bet the number of poeple who have gotten rashes from that place

PRICE ON THE NET SHOWS FAR LESS THAN THE ACTUAL TARIFF, BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLLE TO GET HOLD OF THEM BY PHONE BEFORE MAKING THE DRIVE, SO IT'S HOBSON'S CHOICE ONCE YOU GET THERE! VERY DATED UNITS. SPIDER WEBS AROUND THE TOILET BOWL, FILTHY STAINS ON THE CARPETS, AND TILES IN THE SHOWER REPAIRED WITH MASKING TAPE!!!

Disgusting!
Told me to call the day of to organise a late check in, then did not answer any of my 8 phone calls (2 voicemails) or 2 emails.
Called me back 7 minutes before every other hotel was closing, this was as I was booking elsewhere so i wasn't stuck without a place to sleep. They then still charged me the full fee, even though the only reason I did not stay there is because they would not answer the phone or call back to organise a late check in. What else was i suppose to do? I could not just wait and hope they would get back to me, leaving me with no time to book elsewhere if they didn't call back. Now they have stopped answering my emails.

Room wasn't clean. Very old and run down. Our shower was disgusting definitely wouldn't stay again. Might be cheap but definitely not comfortable

Accommodation is ok but they don't have enough parking for every unit. If your spot is taken you'll have to park on the street 😕

I booked a room for my niece about a month ago for 4 nights. Got a friendly, accommodating lovely receptionist, no fuss, and my niece had a wonderful time. Just tried to book for another niece (her sister),got rude, disrespectful receptionist who constantly interrupted me and spoke over the top of me. Sorry but I won’t be booking there again. I regularly travel to Hervey Bay, usually stay at Main St Motel, they’re awesome. Urangan Motel, Goodbye! 👎

We have well over a months notice to say we were unable to come anymore due to the person we were going to visit passing away and the motor in still took all of our money and wouldn’t cancel our reservation will never be booking with them again disgusting no compassion at all. I would understand if it was the week or day prior but this was over a month.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location. Downside the rooms are super close as you would expect with a motor inn can hear next door snore 😴 spa doesn't work and restaurant and bar looks like it has been closed for a while. Disappointing if you booked for use of the restaurant and spa as we did.
