Couldn’t fault anything. Clean. Cool aircon. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Nice little place. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Only minus was some aircraft noise. Will stay again.

Was really surprised at how pleasant our stay was. Lovely reception, room was much quieter than expected, shower was great and beds were comfy. Well appointed with many conveniences included. The hot chocolate was delicious. Parking and access were convenient and easy. Everything we needed for an overnight visit for sporting event.

Absolutely professional staff and very friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I go through Mackay again eventually. They allowed me to checkin early while other hotels said they were full or couldn't have rooms available until lunch time. This was a godsend after I had been at work all week and on a bus coach most the night. Everything was clean and cozy as well. :)

We didn’t stay here but ducked into Jimmy Dee’s to grab a couple of pizzas and garlic bread.

Hawaiian was great as a standard pizza.
The Designer. Run with it. Use any and all of listed ingredients. Best value and taste was amazing.
Basically had everything except seafood but added anchovies.
Best pizza in a long time.

This beautiful little motel is exceptionally clean, friendly and professional. I stayed in a pet friendly room which was spacious as well as very clean! The toiletries were higher end and the beverage and snack options also a cut above the rest. There is a great bar and grill which also serves pizza. They also have great coffee!!
The pool is well cared for and there are also a few options to sit with your fur babies. Despite this, noise wasn’t a problem. Thank you team Alara🙏 well done

Spacious, comfy, and clean room. Friendly, and helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Sensibly-sized parking spaces. No traffic noise, and comfortable bed. Fresh and characterful restaurant. Stayed 4 nights, and will be back again.
