Great location Generous supplies in the room Laundry Comfortable bed Great view Lovely staff
I've just recently returned from Moolooloba and this was my first time staying at Landmark. I stayed for 12 nights in a studio executive. The reason I stayed here was obviously the reasonable price & the room was renovated. I was happy that they were reasonable in accommodating me with extra towels even though they emphasise there will be no extra amenities provided other than the starter pack in your...
Beautiful 3 days away, the apartment was perfect, the view's from the verandah breathtaking watching the Sunrise and Sunset over the beach. Perfectly situated, walking distance to the Mooloolaba Beach/ Surf Club, The Wharf, Sea Life, Food Venue's, Chemist and Retail Store's !
We have been here twice and love the location, facilities, friendly staff. We spoil ourselves here as we stay at the pricey end of the rooms, which have access to your own upstairs bbq/hot spa bath, and beautiful views. The location gives one the ability to enjoy the beach, restaurants, walks, and all the local points of interest. Good spot to base yourself to explore the area, right up to Noosa and...
Stayed for 6 nights in 3 bedroom superior room with a beautiful picturesque view over the bay and point Cartwright. Beat location with everything at the doorstep. The apartment was clean and modern bathrooms, kitchen. Great balcony with bedroom entrance with own tunnel way I liked that. Pool was awesome at night all lit up in ultra violet blue. The gym had all the equipment to work out and cardio aswell...
Beautiful apartments in an epic location. Settle here and no need to leave for your holidays. The balcony had a very private feel, didn't seem like other apartments next door. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Loads of restaurants, shops and a 7-11 out front. We will happily book in at Landmark again for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. Gym looked great, just never got in the mood...

My stay here with my partner was fantastic, we had other accommodation fall through and we were forced to try this place last minute. We are glad we did, all of the staff here are fantastic and welcoming and the bedroom is very cosy, Mooloolaba is 10 mins down the road. Very convenient and will be back here again soon :)
Stayed here with wife last night. We were lucky enough to be the only ones in the upstairs where the main area And kitchen are so it felt like we had rented the whole place. A little glitch where we didn’t see a sms from Joe about giving him a heads up about when we were turning up. Only us and another couple were there. Joe was extremely hospitable and because we had waited an extra half hour he,...
My partner and I stayed at this place and we weren't sure what to expect but it turned out to be one of the best places out of our 3 week tour of Australia. We had a warm welcome, the room was beautifully decorated and very clean. It even had a nice touch of some cookies and flowers. Breakfast was delicious whilst being enjoyed with the delightful view from the balcony. I would highly recommend Arabella...
We had an excellent stay at this beautiful guest house. Everything about it was exquisite and refined. We felt instantly relaxed and it was the perfect getaway. The breakfasts each morning were divine, the beds super comfortable and the bathrooms and bathtubs stunning. Great selection of delicious tea and coffee to enjoy any time of the day. Lots of small details like interesting books around the...
Such an exquisite guest house! Luxury does not get better than this! Thank you for an exceptional stay. We were greeted by Joe who was an excellent host! The beds were extremely comfortable with high quality linen. The entire guest house has been tastefully decorated. A delicious breakfast was served in the morning and we cant wait to come back for another stay! Thank you to everyone who made...
TLDR: Worth a stay - a place with character where you feel comfortable that includes a tasty breakfast. I have never described something as having 'character'. That is, until now. Do you remember the hunter from the original Jumanji movie? I feel that if he had a reading room, it would be exactly like the one at Arabella Guesthouse. :D The suites themselves are akin to master bedrooms; with their...

Very comfortable stay at Beachcombe on the Spit. Clean and spacious unit with easy and very close access to the beach as well as underground secure parking. Short boardwalk to a great range of eateries and well-priced and stocked womens' apparel shops. Management was friendly and helpful. All adding to a wonderful, relaxing holiday.
Perfect holiday accommodation with proximity to beach and restaurants. A short stroll to the wharf and not too far from the town. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment so there was plenty of room to spread out. Apartments were clean, self-contained and very comfortable. Managers were welcoming and kept the grounds and gardens well-maintained. Thanks so much for the stay.
Lovely accommodation, very clean and well managed. Good size apts in very close proximity to the beautiful Mooloolaba beach. Swimming pool is also great and safe for the kids. Thank you for a lovely stay and hopefully see you again when we are next over!
Probably the best location in Mooloolaba to enjoy absolute beach access within seconds walk through a beautiful nature reserve to two patrolled and protected beaches. Huge 3 br apartment with massive north facing patio captures the morning sun filtered through the greenery. Within level walk to cafes, surf clubs, fresh seafood, restaurants and supermarkets the location is 5 star! No wonder this complex...
Such a great spot location wise. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good balcony size. Nice boardwalks to the beach and a pool at the resort for after beach. Managers are very welcoming on arrival and ready to accommodate.
Beachcomber is the perfect choice for a relaxing stay at the beach and close to all amenities. The location means no need to use a car unless taking a day trip to the hinterland or other. Step onto the boardwalk on the beach side or onto the pathway on the river side to get to your activity or eating destination. Clean, bright, comfortable, with helpful, friendly onsite management. Lovely pool, peaceful...

Excellent location right next door to Mooloolaba Surf Club and beach. Bridgette on reception was super friendly and accommodating. Units are neat and clean
Bridgette and Charlie are the most exceptional hosts: you won't find better anywhere. Sandcastles is right in the middle of just about everything Mooloolaba has to offer. Our unit was clean and spacious with a sea view and comfortable bed and secure, covered parking. This is the perfect place to stay in Mooloolaba.
Our room was beautiful, great view of the sea and marina. Everything was so tidy and clean ,best we have ever stayed in and a great price, staff were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Highly recommend this holiday accomm. Brillant hosts, location right on the beach and close to all things Mooloolabah. One bedroom apartments (which suited this mature couple) they had everything to suit our needs. One week stay was not long enough to enjoy this lovely place so we will be back to stay again. Thanks Bridgette and Charlie for being wonderful hosts.
Stayed one night to get out the city , wished we had stayed there our whole trip . Bridget and Charlie were very friendly and keep the complex spotless. Great spot more or less on the beach .
Good location, great amenities. Glasses were dirty when we moved in but a quick clean had us up and running

Twin Pines Motel

Carpet needs replacing is stained and musty smelling from water damage. Some stains on furniture. Needs a decent clean up, they did however seem to be renovating, so we may have just been at the wrong time. Otherwise, great location, comfortable bedding, staff were nice.
a little rough around the edges but good clean comfortable rooms. lots of hot water with good pressure and clean fresh fluffy towels. staff are also very courteous and helpful. no need to spend a fortune to be comfortable. close to good food and beaches
Nice place to stay for us and our daughter (12); clean, friendly staff. Close to beach and Seal life aquarium.
Nice, clean and convenient. Friendly people
Nice, comfortable rooms at a good price. Good location as well with plenty of eateries & the beach a stone's throw away :)
Excellent little motel, very close to the beach and shopping. Staff is very friendly and organised. Rooms are old style, air con good on hot days and facilities quite OK. The swimming pool is rather small and not very much attended but overall the stay is comfortable.

Can't fault the rooms, excellent, including the cleaners who are very thorough. Service staff are excellent. A van offering lifts nearby would be a good, especially for getting to and from the airport, even for a nominal charge. Location is what it is. Handy for some things. Pool hours could be extended for early morning swim. Overall, top notch accom. Would definitely stay again.
The chill music ,roommate are very friendly ,nice place to coming for night
Ok location with a few shops nearby, rooms were small, air condition was great. Free wifi also
Friendly atmosphere - you feel instantly at home. A board displays activities they do for free every day, like SUP sessions. I wish I had stayed longer- I was there for a stop to do the Glasshouse Mountains. Our appartment had a kitchen area with about 6 rooms attached - this was pretty dingy and not the cleanest I've seen.
