Beautiful unit, across the road from a beautiful beach.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful! It was fully self contained with high quality glassware, dinnerware and cookware. The view was absolutely spectacular and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Julie Anne who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!

Very friendly staff ( Booking, front desk and cleaning ). Rooms were lovely. All facilities clean. However, the WiFi hardly worked and generally dropped out - not really acceptable these days. The Foxtel only worked sometimes. Also, strangely, there for 10 days and only got 5 coffee pods in total ( decaff doesn't count ) - a bit of a penny pinch I think !

Above and beyond! I rang to arrange a surprise for my friend who was staying for her birthday weekend and the team at the front desk were so accommodating and went above and beyond to customise a hamper and have it in her room ready for her arrival. Their efforts were so appreciated!

We were lucky to get an upgrade as it was my birthday We had a 3 bedroom plenty of room , beautiful view and the staff was great Definitely be going back a big thank you to all the staff for making my birthday even more special ❤️

We recently stayed at the Peninsular for a week's holiday and can't recommend this Resort highly enough! We were warmly greeted upon arrival by Mel, who continued to ensure we enjoyed every aspect of the accommodation and the local area over the following 7 days. The Peninsula was truly an amazing stay. The staff from my very first interaction and every interaction after were all welcoming, polite and incredibly helpful. We stayed in the two bedroom penthouse, with roof top access. The apartment was well appointed, clean and had a gorgeous view. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and have in fact already rebooked.

Rooms were a good size etc., and the location is superb! Unfortunately, the room decor/furnishings were quite dated. The unit could do with a repaint / update. (Wine glasses were all mis-matched and 'old hat' style - owner could do a LOT better to revamp this, without major cost being involved.) Good and bad. The good: location was fantastic, people nice abd room spacious and clean. The bad: I arrive to find my car park almost impossible to get into and abit late to go elsewhere. They couldnt get me another park and dont even have guest parking i could use instead. Was a nightmare coming and going and definitely prevented me from getting out and about more in my car.

loved the location, easy access, family friendly, staff couldn't be more helpful, Pool area, sauna, games room and bbq areas were great gathering spaces for adults and children. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed with only disappointments being lack of ventilation in bathroom and the lounge setting had seen better days. Will give it another go tho.

Place is located perfectly, just in the city centre with all the restaurants, shops, etc. around. Views are stunning. Apartments are clean and quite spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are a bit soft.

My stay here with my partner was fantastic, we had other accommodation fall through and we were forced to try this place last minute. We are glad we did, all of the staff here are fantastic and welcoming and the bedroom is very cosy, Mooloolaba is 10 mins down the road. Very convenient and will be back here again soon :)

Fantastic apartment. Well above expectations. Owners/managers were absolutely lovely. Definitely be going back to stay. We had an amazing time staying here as it didn't feel like you "needed" to get out and explore, just sit back with a wine on one of the very large balconies and enjoy a wine. Felt like home.

The apartment was well appointed, with balconies both ends, excellent sized bedrooms and with two couples staying provided plenty of room for us to all enjoy. The location was in easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants, with added bonus of free carparking. My wife and I have been here for 6.5 years now, and have seen a few Managers come and go. Mellinda, Dakoda and Darren are the most wonderful hosts and managers that you could ask for. Always so pleasant, helpful and absolutely delightful. If you are deciding where to stay on your next Sunshine Coast holiday, this is the place to be.

We only had 2 nights but I could well spend a week here. Across the road from the beach. 2 in-house pools and probably more. We had a really comfortable unit with a full kitchen, didn't use it but would have if we were staying longer. Staff were helpful and friendly

The apartment was well laid out and large enough for 4 adults. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen had no storage space for food so it had to be kept on the counter top, very annoying. Our 12 night stay at Newport Apartments in March surpassed our expectations. Our accommodation was clean, modern & had everything one needed, as well as panoramic views of ocean/ beach. The outdoor pool area was great & walk to beach & esplanade was 3 minutes. Loved it & will be back.

Bridgette and Charlie are the most exceptional hosts: you won't find better anywhere. Sandcastles is right in the middle of just about everything Mooloolaba has to offer. Our unit was clean and spacious with a sea view and comfortable bed and secure, covered parking. This is the perfect place to stay in Mooloolaba.

Our room was beautiful,great view of the sea and marina. Everything was so tidy and clean ,best we have ever stayed in and a great price, staff were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Highly recommend this holiday accomm. Brillant hosts, location right on the beach and close to all things Mooloolabah. One bedroom apartments (which suited this mature couple) they had everything to suit our needs. One week stay was not long enough to enjoy this lovely place so we will be back to stay again. We booked a SUPERIOR KING room. We were on the second floor. I really thought that meant superior. We didn’t even have an ensuite. The bathroom was separate. The ocean view was half blocked due to a restaurant. The room was clean and modern. Just felt is was a bit small and disappointed that there was no ensuite.

I've stayed at resorts and Hotels in several countries , and I've never been charged a months worth of wifi for only a days use . Although you can get free wifi for 2 hrs if you don't mind dial up modem speeds of the 90s . It's cheaper and far more efficient to use my mobile phones to stream .

Fantastic location. And that view from the 16th floor is quite picturesque. Pricing, determined by seasons and holidays, obviously vary. Rooms are slightly dated, however the service was good and did I mention the location? Perfectly situated above 'eat street along the beach'... so you will hear a din from street level at times.

The staff were lovely and very helpful however we were joined most nights by cockroaches, the fans didn’t work (resolved the next day but first night was very hot). The unit looked lovely but the bedroom had very limited space for clothes or suitcase storage and we had to mostly live out of our suitcases. We did enjoy our time away but feel these issues could have easily been resolved before we arrived

Spent a great few days with our family at this location. Six adults and four grandchildren. Plenty of room for the grandchildren to be outdoors for the most part. Great central location walking distance to the beach, warf, Resturants, shops etc

Location is great. Easy 5 minute walk to Mooloolaba's main strip of shops and restaurants, even closer to The Wharf (shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, tourist attraction), 250 metres from the beach, 10 minutes walk to the Spit and Rockwall. couldn't be better. Jo and Paul are great hosts. Highly recommended.

It may not be beachfront however the waterway view is beautiful to wake up to...and so quiet. Absolutely lovely management team, very helpful and friendly. Unit was perfect for 2 people, good offstreet carpark. Wonderful pool. Location is right in between The Wharf precinct and the Fisheries food precinct.

Nice accommodation backing on to the river. Close proximity to Mooloolaba Beach and The Wharf and Sea Life. Large style apartments. Some apartments refurbished while others aren't but still good enough.

The four bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed for a little getaway with some family. Rooms were a good size, the double garage was a nice feature with extra visitor parking out the front. This is ok but not great. We felt that the fit out was lacking in furniture especially with just one chair and one two seater in the lounge. For a two bedroom apartment this is inadequate.
