We just got back from a 7 night stay as a family of 4 with young kids (6 and 2 years old). I was REALLY impressed with this place and it takes a lot to impress me 😂 The communication was amazing, instructions to get into the hotel after hours etc, the car park etc. The location is amazing, it is self contained but still serviced every single day which is rare in a place like this, so I LOVED that...

Lovely apartment. Very well appointed. The staff at the apartments were very friendly and helpful. The place is well positioned across the road from the beach and there are loads of restaurants within easy walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Coles is just around the corner for supplies. The apartment is serviced daily and has a gym and pool that my son used. A great break away!

5 night short stay, early December. Excellent location, walk everywhere; beach/restaurants/retail & over to Wharf area which was fun for jetski hire/river cruises etc. Supermarket just behind apartments to walk down to was also very handy. Very open, spacious & immaculate apartment; all three bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was fabulous with teenagers. View was fantastic, as were facilities...

Rooms were a good size etc., and the location is superb! Unfortunately, the room decor/furnishings were quite dated. The unit could do with a repaint / update. (Wine glasses were all mis-matched and 'old hat' style - owner could do a LOT better to revamp this, without major cost being involved.) Could not fault the staff - 10/10 for friendliness and efficiency. Fantastic views!

Spent a wonderful 7 days and the holiday at the Resort was well serviced by beautiful Staff who found my watch and returned it. We settled in very nicely and our friends also stayed here too. Thank you so much

Good and bad. The good: location was fantastic, people nice abd room spacious and clean. The bad: I arrive to find my car park almost impossible to get into and abit late to go elsewhere. They couldnt get me another park and dont even have guest parking i could use instead. Was a nightmare coming and going and definitely prevented me from getting out and about more in my car.

loved the location, easy access, family friendly, staff couldn't be more helpful, Pool area, sauna, games room and bbq areas were great gathering spaces for adults and children. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed with only disappointments being lack of ventilation in bathroom and the lounge setting had seen better days. Will give it another go tho.

Place is located perfectly, just in the city centre with all the restaurants, shops, etc. around. Views are stunning. Apartments are clean and quite spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are a bit soft.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff in an amazing location at amazing prices. Our partial ocean view was amazing. The room was absolutely spotless, and facilities within the room (washer/dryer, dishwasher) were handy. Great outdoor and pool area. We were blown away when we walked inside our beautifully clean and styled 2 bedroom apartment. We have a 3 and 5 year old, they were safe in our apartment and by the pool, there was also plenty of room in the apartment. Great accommodation for a family with extra onsuite which was handy. Right on the beachfront and walking distance to the Esplanade, supermarkets, bars and eateries. Well stocked apartment with kitchen facilities, laundry and everything you could need like books, DVDs etc Only thing to say otherwise is that the wifi was quite patchy when we were there but still a great experience

It’s a perfect location, walking distance to the beach and a running track. The local shops are a few minutes away and there are plenty of bars and pubs around area. It was a fantastic holiday destination for our family. We will definitely be back.

Our family had the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Mooloolaba thanks to staying here. The direct access to boardwalk and beach and close proximity to places to eat, shopping, surf club and things to do meant we could park the car and walk everywhere. We had a lovely first Apartment but will not rate booking on ******* very highly. We booked 5 nights based on pics we saw but the online booking only booked that room for 3 nights and then a different room for 2 nights. Stayed in one of the townhouses here, clean and tidy on arrival. The apartment was a good size (4bedrooms) with a double garage to park in (other car parking available) shared pool in the complex with bbq, walking distance to shops and cafe and 10 min drive to the beach (Kawana) maloolaba is 10 minute drive too

The four bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed for a little getaway with some family. Rooms were a good size, the double garage was a nice feature with extra visitor parking out the front. Had all amenities and air con etc and fairly modern inside. When we arrived a couple of lights were out and the front fence latch had come off so let staff know when we left. Clean, beds OK, pool area nice. Unfortunately had noisy neighbours until 3.30am. Onsite restaurant had nice dinner only customs at that time. Breakfast ok. Location too far away from beach my fault for not checking before I booked. OK for overnight stay.

Hi a wonderful place to stay. My 3 bedroom unit on level 9 is huge very comfortable with fantastic views to north east and west very close to Kings Beach at Caloundra and shopping centres. RSL club close by as is Mooloolaba. Highly recommend for big family. Undercover lockup parking. I would think 2 bedroom units would be as good. Good luck. I love it here.

Great location, kids were able to enjoy safe comfortable spaces after long days at their oztag carnival was easy enough to walk to restaurants etc.

Loved the location, close to the beach and you could hear the waves breaking. The stairs as it is an older building can be a little negative but good for staying fit!

The apartment had everything you could for a complete holiday. Very spacious, full kitchen and laundry and a great view from the balcony. Walking distance to cafes and convenience store and beach is a stones throw away. Only negative for some might be the stair only access but it was good exercise for me. I stayed for a week but could easily do a month or more. I’d definitely recommend Casablanca...

We had the most amazing 4 nights here. Loved how it was right across the road from the patrolled beach with lots of dining options within walking distance. Just perfect!

Right on Kings Beach Amazing location right on Kings Beach bonus restaurants underneath the building. Room was very good - a bit tired and could do with a revamp but great views good parking available under the building overall a very pleasant stay - staff at reception were great and very helpful.

Amazing location right on King’s beach. Close to shops, restaurants and of course, the best beaches in the world. The only down side is the front office is not always open.

We've stayed at Centrepoint Apartments every year for the last 10 years and we love it. Great location for young families, good access to the beach and shops and good facilities.

We loved walking to shops, coffee and along boardwalk round to Kings beach. Very handy to everything. Lovely large apartment for big family and great views out 2 directions over Bulcock Beach and mountains. Hot tub was great on windy days and kids loved the pool setup and sauna.

Twice a year at least I visit Centrepoint Apartments. I arrive exhausted and stressed but after a week in Caloundra my spirit is restored. Centrepoint’s fabulous position means I can put my car in the garage and walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The location is just the best. Central to great restaurants and a good range of shops. The view from the higher rooms is breathtaking and the rooms are well designed making them very comfortable . The management and staff are very friendly and courtesy.

We stayed in Unit 12 great views, close to all shops. All in walking distance. The unit had all we needed for our 7 night stay. Close (across the road) to the beach for a quiet beach experience or a safe dip as the weather warms up. Lifeguards on duty over the weekends.

My family and I stayed at this hotel while on holiday at the Sunshine Coast. It was a rather pleasant stay with good service, friendly staff and a nice room with a great view of Caloundra. Other than the fact that my son fell 3 stories off of the balcony and shattered his spine, our stay here was very good.

OCEAN VISTA Great experience. fast check in. Our supreme ocean view unit on the 10th floor was brilliant, two large balconies with great differing wonderful views,great for ship watching. Location very central to shops and beaches.Rooms clean and spacious. Two car parks were allocated to our unit in an underground car park with adequate lift access.

Great place to stay in Caloundra. Aspect Caloundra is in a very convenient location just off the main shopping street. The apartment was huge with fantastic ocean views and the pools and excellent other amenities including underground parking and visitor parking. Would certainly stay there again.

We stayed in the wheelie-friendly 1st floor, one bedroom apartment in June 2024 as we've stayed here a number of times over the years. The bathroom has just been refurbished & is an improvement. However, they have placed a bowl sink on top of the vanity which makes it very high to access from a seated position, and they have placed the mirror too high. I had to buy a portable mirror to see my face...

We had yet another wonderful stay at Belaire Place. When booking we couldn’t get our favourite room 501 so we booked 502 instead, and we’re not disappointed. Still had great views, and we spent most of our time on the balcony when we were in the apartment. It’s interesting seeing the ships come past, especially the cruise ship on Saturday evening. We was staying in room 504 This room was spacious and quiet with beautiful view. Service was very good, staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 12 days and on fourth day our room was cleaned. Location of Belaire place was excellent. Just have in mind going there bring hair conditioner, beach towels and couple clothes hangers.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with short notice. The Manager are lovely people and even left some home made biscuits for us. I had some issues with the accommodation though. The apartment was very dated. With cheap bad fitting curtains and Kmart kitchen appliances. I found a very dirty unwashed teacup in the kitchen cupboard, the remote for the bedroom TV didn’t work, we had ants in the kitchen...

Disappointing stay. Dirty dishes and food left from last guests. Staff weren't happy with my requests and didn't supply cutlery at the restaurant. Card to car park didn't work and no one answered the intercom.

Good location. Connected to a pub, next to a Woolworths and Maccas. 10 minute bus to main beach. Easy to leave the car parked at the hotel rather than stressing about fining a space by the beach. Room's a little dated and pool was full of leaves but for a one or two night stay when you spend most of the time outside its fine. Fair price.

This is a decent motel, located in Noosa Village, so it's convenient for parking and dining. The price is affordable in Noosa.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with good air con. Easy parking. Basic accommodation - could do with a refurb but ok for a short stay. Close to Nooosaville Foreshore. Other guests in other rooms were quite noisy.

The waterfront townhouses have incredible views, we loved sitting outside on our terrace. We were originally booked into a deluxe waterfront townhouse which had dated bathroom, kitchen and older furniture with a tiny TV. We were able to move to the one next door which was beautifully renovated and stylishly decorated for a small additional cost. Staff at the site are excellent very friendly and helpful

Unit 49 was pure luxury, so clean and beautifully decorated. Close to shops and restaurants. Loved it !!

We loved staying here. It is such a peaceful spot right on the water, away from the main street but only a 5 minute walk to get there. Having a pool right outside our apartment (34) was a nice surprise. Staff were super friendly & keen to help. Unexpected gift for booking direct was a nice bonus. This beautiful resort based in a small gated townhouse complex. The unit is spacious and can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 rooms, full kitchen and back of the unit is facing the noosa River canal, great for a relaxing holiday if you like activities on the river or just fishing from your backyard. On site manager Paul and Kim were helpful, would definitely return!!!

Beautiful and relaxing resort and great location on the waterfront. Kids loved the 3 pools and being able to fish off the jetty our the back of our unit. Waking distance to local restaurants and shops and a 5min drive to the beach. Friendly and welcoming staff and management. Great way to start our 2023. Would definitely holiday here again.

Nice place but don't use the Spa in the middle as it had way too much chemicals in it and we got burnt, itchy and took the colour out of our bathers.

All in all it was good, but the level of chlorine in the pool really needs attention.

Location good Nice location, not so good accommodation furniture was old and grubby in places, sofa was past its best, but beds were clean and comfortable, there was also lots of ants so everything had to be placed in fridge.

Our room was "The Beach House" with a beautiful and classy beach theme throughout. The beds were super comfortable (also the sheets were so soft and gorgeous I felt like I must be staying somewhere very expensive). The unit was well equipped for our needs and the pool area outside (with spa and sauna) just made it close to perfect. Would definately return next time we go to Noosa.

Booked unit 17, was here for 2 nights. Was ok, rooms were clean and beds were fine, not really any outdoor space to have a drink, backyard area was FILTHY, unusable. Sliding doors hadn’t been cleaned so had children’s hand marks all over it. Very limited amenities no hand soap, no dishwashing liquid or dishwashing tablets, two rolls of toilet paper for three days for 4 people, one towel per person...

Have stayed here several times over the years Although still pretty good value, and reasonably comfortable, it is starting to suffer from age and really needs an update and some more cosmetic maintenance in the units. The pool area is great, only issue is the pool surface itself, being the older small stone finish you can get a decent graze, if your not mindful while swimming. Also the BBQ area is...

Excellent facilities. Rooms were clean, tidy and presentable. Although the loft section was closed for renovation it was still a good venue. The WIFI though needs to be fixed. We were told there was free wifi, but you may as well not have even bothered. Constantly being kicked off connection and struggling with speed sucked. It would have been a 5 star review otherwise.

We found the ground floor accommodation very well appointed, quiet and relaxing. The accomodation is well positioned close to take advantage of river activities, walking and eateries. Reception was helpful and supportive of any requirements. We would stay again without hesitation.

I was on my honeymoon and my husband and I stayed in apartment 7. We absolutely loved it. The apartment was so well decorated and maintained, every little detail has been thought of. They even have an awesome rooftop with great views. On the l rooftop they have a table tennis table, extra dining area, barbecue and sun lounges.

Darrel and Michael were amazing hosts for our Noosa Triathlon Long Weekend. We rented two apartments which were comfortable, large, well located and welcoming. We made great use of the facilities at Tropicana and the team were so accommodating and flexible! Can’t wait to be back in Noosa again soon 🌴

I had a larger family and we stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment. The pool is great as it is heated pool and the rooms are clean and spacious. However for the price I was not aware it is not serviced therefore we had to clean bin and take rubbish downstairs every day and there is a note saying if not taken away including bathroom bins, a $50 dollar will be deducted. I wish it was mentioned on the site...

Clean and comfortable. Close to everything- is located between Hastings St and Gympie Terrace. 10min walk to restaurants and cafes, but right near the river. Very well equipped little houses. Great pool, spa and children’s pool. Nice safe cup de sac at the rear. Very comfortable stay.

Everything was good except the clothes washing machine wouldn't turn on so we used one in the unit my son and Anushia were using.
