Extremely poor customer service!!!
Unreasonable behaviour!!!
I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this accommodation. The property is spacious, but several serious issues made the stay unacceptable:
• The TV did not work.
• The shower head could not be adjusted.
• The bathroom bin was too small to use properly.
• Most importantly, the bedding was unhygienic. The quilt was not inside a proper quilt cover, but only wrapped with a flat sheet. When I went to sleep, small insects came out from inside the quilt. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable.
When I provided polite feedback to the host, they reacted unreasonably and could not accept any comments. Instead of addressing the issue, they asked us to exit the property the next day at 7am, giving us only two hours to pack and leave. They even threatened us and called the police, which was completely unnecessary and ridiculous. As paying guests, we should be allowed to express concerns, especially about cleanliness.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and stressful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
If you’re planning to stay at this property, be prepared to be kicked out at any time.
One more thing to warn everyone about — it seems they do this quite often. Once your booking is cancelled on Booking.com, you can no longer leave a review there. That’s why the reviews you see on the platform all look positive. Don’t be misled.

I stayed in Unit 2. When we entered the Master bedroom, it was noticeable that the carpet was wet from the washroom and to the closet. Additionally, a towel was placed on the carpet to absorb the wetness. This was coupled with fungal stains on the ceiling of the garage which is below the Master bedroom.
The next morning, when the shower was operated the reason became clear that the plumbing in the Master bedroom was cooked as water started over flowing from the Gutters. Overall:
1. They should not have alloted this unit to us
2. They should have told us it has a major flaw
3. They should have flagged the washroom as U/S.
4. They shouldn't have had the audacity to charge 380 AUD for this house plus another 100 AUD for security deposit. Security deposit for staying in a fungal infested room?

Super annoyed about our recent stay. The place itself was decently roomy and okay clean. The customer service was so horrendous and Ms Ruth absolutely infuriated me. Our shower was a disaster. there were 2 nobs, 1 to adjust something to do with the shower head and one to turn the water on. We twisted and still got nothing but a sad trickle and a little spraying from the seams between the shower head and pipe. After a sweaty day at the beach, all we wanted was a functional shower. We called reception, no answer but it was 1 am so understandable. Emailed support, and they basically called us idiots who couldn’t handle a “simple” shower. Unless “simple” means water leaking from every joint except the actual showerhead, that thing was BROKEN.
Super annoyed and regret my choice of booking 😪 maybe we were unlucky.

Honestly quite a spacious booking. Some rooms were a little dirty and tables left sticky but whatever. However customer service was terrible. Our shower was faulty, we tried twisting all the nobs back and forth. Obviously we were annoyed, coupled with a long day at the beach, expecting a warm shower but no, had to rinse by cupping water. When we called the reception, it was off hours so no reply so that’s understandable. So we sent an email to customer service and not only were they not apologetic, they seemed to be accusing us of not being able to use a simple shower?! Mind you, there were only 2 nobs to fiddle with and we fiddles hard. They claim we didnt turn that nob that adjusts water flow but we did. So unless the only water flow they have was leaky faucet and water coming out from all the seams, the shower was not working. Super unhappy and will not come back. Even if the shower was indeed working, customer service did a poor job easing our concerns.

Good apartments but customer service lacking
Nice apartments but the check in process was disappointing. Asking for credit card details on the day, not sending check in codes despite me confirming who to send them to twice. Had to ring twice to get check in codes then an additional code was sent the same evening.

It is a really nice place, clean, spacious, and well- presented. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really like this property as it feels like home. Our stay was great, and we highly recommend this property.

Great accommodation. Very clean.
Only problem was parking. Our car was too big for the garage and we had to park out on the street.
