Beach Breakers Resort

BBR is located right across the road from the beach. Waves were a bit choppy but beautiful to walk along and put your feet in. Beautiful sunrise to view when walking along the coastal track down to Marcus beach (and further) or up the coast to Sunshine Beach. The pool at BBR was great. Fully enclosed with a bbq and shaded area however this BBQ wasn’t working when we were there. There was another BBQ close by in the complex which was great. Rooms self contained, older style but fine. Beds a little hard but clean. Fans only upstairs but good cooling/ aircon downstairs. Good washing machine and dryer and separate toilet in the laundry. Remember to bring washing liquid. Plenty of space to hang clothes out (outdoor clothes line and portable close horse provided). Toaster/ microwave and vacuum located in units, cookware could be updated. Tennis court is great!!all you need to do is put your name down. Rackets and tennis balls provided for free. Carpark on site which was easily accessible and had a clearance of 2.4m. Easy 14 minute drive to Hastings Street. Be mindful parking near Hastings street isn’t great, but most parking is free for 4hours. Good coffee at calypso near by. Brekky is good there too but expensive. Would stay here again!

Myself along with my husband and teenaged daughter stayed at Beach Breakers during the 2nd week of the September Holidays 2023. The hosts were wonderful and friendly and the amenities and unit we stayed in were all lovely and very well maintained. A great, quiet place to stay and relax or base yourself while out exploring the area. Undercover parking had a good height of around 2.2 metres which would fit most 4wd's. Gardens were beautiful and provided good privacy while attracting local wildlife. We were very happy with our stay. Only down side was each bedroom (at least in our unit) only had 1 x double power point with an extension lead and then a power board attached. In the main bedroom it was behind the queen sized ensemble bed which we had to pull out to plug in our CPAP machines. Because of this there weren't enough power points to run both bed lamps or even a phone charger each. A slight inconvenience. Overall a great stay though.

We had a wonderful time staying at Beach Breakers. The easy access to the beach and foreshore is wonderful. The facilities such as the pool and spa are super. We really loved our daily sessions on the tennis court. So much space. It was helpful to have a car but having said that, the bus, to just about everywhere the coast has to offer, is right out the door. And the free bus on weekends is up the road. There is a small group of shops that are walking distance of about 20 minutes. And the coffee shop opposite the beach is perfect. But what sets this place apart is the way it is managed. Lindsay and Julie do the most incredible job. The way they attend to everything is fantastic.

What a great place! Very nice units, they are modern and have everything you need for a great family stay, also best location at the beach front and only a 2 minute walk to great food and coffee shop. Managers Lindsay and Julie are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Beach Breakers Resort.

The resort managers, Lindsay and Julie are lovely, kind people. The 2 storey accomodation was very well appointed with stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dryer, TV. The beds were comfortable and the shower hot.
My only issue was I did feel that the lounge suite could have been a lot cleaner.

Our stay has been fabulous, the accommodation has been really excellent with plenty of room, it has definitely felt like a home away from home. With the beach just across the road and any services just a few minutes away we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Our host has been very helpful at all times and has made us feel very welcome.

We have stayed at Beach Breakers for a number of years now and I highly recommend it. Lindsay and Julie are always friendly and helpful, great hosts. The units are very clean and comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The pool is lovely and the location across the road from the beach is great. We love it here!

Beach breakers is a wonderful little home away from home. Such a great place to get away from our busy lives and truely relax. Beds are very comfy and we have the most amazing deep sleeps. Great location across from the beach with clean, tidy 2bdr units. Pool, hot tub, bbq area and tennis court. Gorgeous little cafe around the corner if you want to get a quick breaky, the resort is pretty much central or minutes drive away from everything you need or would want to do in Sunny Coast. Site managers Lindsey and Julie are absolutely amazing and so very helpful. Always leave this place rejuvenated, refreshed and grateful. Thank you for our wonderful stays Beach Breakers.
