Location good Nice location, not so good accommodation furniture was old and grubby in places, sofa was past its best, but beds were clean and comfortable, there was also lots of ants so everything had to be placed in fridge

We had the best stay at Como, it was unexpectedly the most convenient position and walking distance to each function and the wedding at Noosa Boathouse!! Highly recommend

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Como Noosa for a long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation, the amenities, the pool and the close proximity to the river and river-side cafes and restaurants

Spacious, clean, comfortable, everything you need and close to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our ground floor Como apartment and would make it our No.1 destination for our next visit.

The apartment was fabulous with fantastic facilities, very roomy and a great view of the waterway. It is located centrally with plenty of walks around the area and only short drive to anywhere in Noosa

excellent accommodation, lovely pool and brilliant location. being able to hire equipment was a plus!

Great place with excellent access to the river and stunning river views. Bike and paddle hire on site also very useful.

Lovely apartments, walking distance to Hasting street without being the centre where is so busy. Customer service was brilliant too. I dealt with Kerrie and she was ever so helpful

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing - was able to be in my own space and chill out. The pools were well maintained and were good temperature even in June - safe for most as they had a gentle gradient leading into the water

Our apartment was on the small and basic side but had good amenities, AC, was clean and fresh, and the staff were fabulous.

Everything was good except the clothes washing machine wouldn't turn on so we used one in the unit my son and Anushia were using.

The location was very peaceful, with lots of open spaces nearby. The accommodation was clean and tidy. It was a short walk to lots of cafes and restaurants by the river. The on site mangers were extremely helpful

Close to everything- is located between Hastings St and Gympie Terrace. 10min walk to restaurants and cafes, but right near the river. Very well equipped little houses. Great pool, spa and children’s pool

The bed was really comfortable, staff were very accommodating even though we actually arrived much earlier than the check in time. The heated section of the pool was warm and clean, good for a soak after a beach swim

If you're after somewhere cozy, comfortable, at a convenient location close to the main street and the main beach at an extremely affordable price (without having to resort to sharing with strangers), this place is highly recommended

Nice and clean motel room, close to the town centre and decent kitchen for cooking in. Staff went above and beyond to help us store our luggage after check out as we had an afternoon bus out of Noosa.

If you're looking for something really fancy, look somewhere else. But if your group is small going to noosa at a not-so-busy time/s of the year, this place would be great for a couple of nights

Internet worked flawlessly for the entire stay with great speeds and so nice to be in such a clean environment especially with the world the way that it is at the moment

Shower and toilet also were clean with great water pressure, which definitely can't be said for some hotels. Oh, and each room comes with 1 carpark on-site too

If you like fishing, or want to take the kids fishing the Woods Bay Jetty is across the road, can catch a variety of fish there, including Mangrove Jake if you time things right. We found prawns worked the best

Nice apartments close to the waterways and beach. Comfortable and well maintained townhouses.

Some of the apartments were a bit dated but overall well maintained and managed. The three apartments we rented for the week were exactly what we needed and were well equipped and looked after.

A bonus is that the site is a quick walk into Noosa for a swim in the mornings. My only criticism was that the main room is not air conditioned, only the bedrooms

Fantastic location, 5 min walk to the beach and Main Street. We were able to get into our room very early which was great. Apartment was more dated than it appeared in pictures, but wouldn’t stop me staying again

Was easy walking distance to Hastings Street so you could walk to restaurants and have a few drinks and then walk back to your accommodation

The rope on the ballustrade was dirty, the bedroom curtains didnt close properly and there is a dodgy plank on the deck. The place overall feels tired. Not bad, but a bit expensive given the above

Great apartments at a great price. The kitchen has everything anyone could possibly need including blenders and slow cookers. The two managers are extremely friendly and personable.

Travelled with 2 young kids, the location is just amazing. Literally meters away from the beach, and in the middle of the heart of Noosa. Was not at all bothered by activity in the street

The pool(s) are great, a shallow one for the smallest kids, a large one, and a heated spa. The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean, and neat

We were blown away when we walked inside our beautifully clean and styled 2 bedroom apartment. We have a 3 and 5 year old, they were safe in our apartment and by the pool, there was also plenty of room in the apartment

Convenient location close to everything including a bus stop that all major routes stop at. Can’t rate the staff highly enough, super friendly and helpful

Heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Full bathroom with hog shower beside the pool and BBQ facilities with outdoor furniture

I was REALLY impressed with this place and it takes a lot to impress me 😂 The communication was amazing, instructions to get into the hotel after hours etc, the car park etc

They provide laundry detergent every day for you and dishwashing liquid so I didn’t have to go purchase any like I normally do in these places! The only thing we had to buy and leave behind for our stay was a bit of oil for cooking and some butter

For once I didn’t feel like I was a burden to hotel staff - it’s almost like they wanted to talk to me and genuinely help me around the place! Heated pool in the middle of winter was awesome too so my girls got to swim and have fun

From the 12 red roses that was organised by my partner that oceans staff organised and put them in our suite I can’t thank them enough it was a beautiful surprise and might I add that when we checked in no one let on

The staff at the apartments were very friendly and helpful. The place is well positioned across the road from the beach and there are loads of restaurants within easy walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Place is located perfectly, just in the city centre with all the restaurants, shops, etc. Apartments are clean and quite spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are a bit soft

However the first apartment was amazing, the location of this place is excellent as off the main road. Didn’t enter the pool but it looked good. Managers are friendly and instructions for late check in etc were helpful

It’s a perfect location, walking distance to the beach and a running track. The local shops are a few minutes away and there are plenty of bars and pubs around area. It was a fantastic holiday destination for our family

We have 3 teen age boys who spent the entire time out and about swimming and fishing, playing soccer on the beach with new friends. Our apartment was so beautiful and had everything we needed for a home away from home

Open, breezy, great views, comfy beds and thankfully aircon in all rooms! The pool area is great and everything so clean and well kept. The property manages Ray and Lynlea were so lovely and helpful
