The staff were amazing and even let us check in early because our room was spare from the night before! Our room was gigantic and the facilities were so clean and fabulous! We spent one full day right at the pool and spa too

Such a beautiful location and such friendly staff! Kathy accommodated us so quickly when our flights were changed and made sure we were comfortable! Would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Noosa! It is also within walking distance of almost everything so very easy to get around for those travelling without cars!

Nicely set amongst Gympie Tce in Noosaville this place has a lovely feel. Nice pool and bbq area and very secure. Good parking for residents and guests. It's a shame the resident Thai restaurants is no longer there as their food was wonderful but still many restaurants to explore and the lovely Noosa River to walk along it picnic. Usually something happening on the river and a great walk for the family...

it was quiet, peaceful, back to nature. it had everything you could want or need. we had a fabulous time and even caught a few fish.

Spacious, tidy and clean house by the lake. Located in a relatively remote part of Noosa, I didn’t see anyone in the whole 2 days of stay. The closest shops are about 10 mins drive away. If you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, off the beaten track kind, this retreat is for you.

An absolutely wonderful place! Everything you could need while staying there is included, and we felt so isolated & relaxed. So close to Noosa’s main beaches and shops too so there is plenty to do if you get bored. Self check-in/out made us really feel like we were alone too. Such an amazing place to stay if wanting a secluded peaceful getaway 😊👏🏼

Absolutely beautiful. The cabins are quite a few years old, but very well maintained, clean and well appointed. The view of the lake,and the natural hardwood bushland provides the most peaceful, idyllic location for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect for families with a dog for running off leash space and safe water to play in.

Great rooms, well cleaned and maintained. Service at the resort is 5 star, and Rochelle was great, however boss man at the cafe was a bit interesting. Seen smoking near the kids playground. Location isn’t great if you’re keen for a beach, needing a 15min bus ride to the Noosa Main Beach. However, if you’re after the river and cafes and restaurants, the location is brilliant. Definitely would come back...

Great spot and value for money. Rooms are a little dated and bruised, but it was worth it. Kids loved the jumping pillow and heated pool. Close walk to river, parks and ferry access The only complaint would be the hoon drivers throughout the night on the roundabout behind, if you happen to be staying in that area of the resort.

We used the conference room for a farewell party. The room is lovely and the food (by Matt and his team) was divine. We opted for finger food, and there was an abundance, and the quality was fantastic, rivalling any place in Brisbane.

The resort was really lovely. The atmosphere was family friendly. We really loved all the lake areas which meant that many of the apartments had water views from the windows/balconies. There was a good range of facilities on site and the resort location was only a short drive from Noosa town and beaches.

We found the ground floor accommodation very well appointed, quiet and relaxing. The accomodation is well positioned close to take advantage of river activities, walking and eateries. Reception was helpful and supportive of any requirements. We would stay again without hesitation.

Great location. Unit clean and spacious,beautifully decorated. The beds comfortable. The only issue was the unit had a very uncomfortable couch which could really only accommodate one person and not comfortably.

We had the best stay at Como, it was unexpectedly the most convenient position and walking distance to each function and the wedding at Noosa Boathouse!! Highly recommend. Excellent views. Great customer service. And prime location!

What a beautiful place to relax in ,the week went far too quickly even if the weather didn't play ball,the staff were super friendly and helpful. This is one of the most tranquil places with beautiful surroundings and many things catered for. Located in full lush green surroundings with the lake 5 mins walk ... perfect for paddle boarding, canoeing etc. Noosa, Coolum and other coastal places not far away so the best of both worlds. The location was wonderful, convenient yet not too busy. The river is across the road. There are paths for walks or bike riding or parkland for just soaking up the sun. The unit was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Location is good, ambience is nice, the apartment is a bit dated but spacious and clean. I normally like to leave hotel rooms clean. When I'm paying over $350 a night though I don't expect to be fined if I don't take out the rubbish.

Pretty nice. Didn't stay there just went over to see friends. The pool was pretty good and had a spa. The rooms were clean and large self contained units. (Don't know if that suits to all of them) but will keep in mind If needing to stay in the area. Don't know how much it costs but nice.

Location next to the river was great and quite. Facilities in the room were very comfortable and updated. Great for families with small kids or teens. Service was wonderful too with friendly staff always out and about maintaining the gardens and keeping the pool clean :)

The resort was lovely and the staff, Ben in particular, were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were given a lift into town to go to dinner and given plenty of tips about where to eat, what to see etc. It was a great experience.

Ben and the entire team at Culgoa do such a great job to make you feel right at home. The gardens, beach & entire grounds are kept in unbelievable condition. This place is very special and cannot rate high enough. Highly recommend 5/5.

I stayed with my family in this beautiful property in January and we were so happy. The appartment was amazing! Clean, beautiful and we had a nice view. The managers were really friendly and helped us with all of our requests. The location is great as well you can take a small ferry to noosa heads where you can find many different restaurants.

A well located place to stay. We had a river facing apartment. It was well appointed and clean. John, the manager, was friendly, helpful and, above all, cheerful. The neighbourhood is especially good with a full facility park opposite and many shops, especially food, within 2-5 minutes walk. The top-class Boat House restaurant is a 2 minute walk. We definitely will stay here again!

Our group (3 couples) stayed for 2 nights in a 3 bedroom unit. It was ideal for us with good bedrooms and bathroom facilities. It was clean and tidy and very spacious.Although we didn't use it the pool area looked great. The manager there was friendly and very helpful. A great affordable place for groups or families.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Sandy beach resort. The 3br two storey unit that we stayed in had been recently renovated. All bedrooms were upstairs and living areas downstairs. Couldn't fault anything with this place. Great location as well. Only thing to consider is the flight of stairs up to the front door and then internal stairs up to the bedrooms. We would definitely stay again.

Location is ok. 5 min walk to a marina for cafe, restaurant and bars. Also a nice Vietnamese restaurant at the resort. Room looked pretty tidy, but no vacccum under the bed for a year or so. (Dropped a pen and had to look.) Chips and cookie bags and a ton of dust... No wonder we found a couple of roaches in the room. Seemed like a permanent apartment next door with a heavy smoker, so quite the stink...

Didn't stay here although I'm gold it's a good place to stay. Went to the Vietnamese restaurant 'Nguyen brothers' and it is really good. As fans of good Vietnamese food, we found this venue great and well priced. People on the next table ate gulats diners and they travel 1½hrs plus from Brisbane every week. That's impressive!

Nice clean tidy rooms. Right next to busy road but didnt interfere with day sleeping. Sound proof rooms. Even with the disruptions of the painters noise and the caretaker hosing and mowing i would definitely be happy to say here again. The full size sink was a bonus. So much easoer to fill the jug and wash up your cups and dishes.

Such a great location. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Undercover parking was great and was right next to our room. The staff here are so lovely and friendly. My only issue was how easily it was to exit our room. No chain or lock on the inside of the door to prevent kids from getting outside.

We stayed here for a week before Christmas on an ensuite site. The park was immaculately clean and well maintained. The gardener was constantly trimming shrubs and gardens and the camp kitchen was spotless despite being used all day. We were so impressed and will definitely be back again.

We loved staying here, had so much fun, we loved the pool, the location, the movies at night and the pizza van was a great touch. Our cabin was great, well equipped, spacious and perfect. Its left us with lots of happy memories and we hope to be back one day.

The staff were friendly & helpful. Our family booked 3 cabins. They were furnished with all the comforts wanted. The aircon was excellent, their bbq was often used & the pool protected from (public) prying eyes. WiFi is unlimited. My suggestion: a drink dispenser would be well used because after the office closes you have to drive to get a cold drink & I didn't have a car.

No complaints at all. Camped in a tent at the back, the plots were very well maintained and level! Staff are friendly, amenities and facilities were clean, good, and generous. Good value too. Would stay again, and would recommend.

Clean and very well maintained. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was awesome and the games room is next level. It's the nicest caravan park I've ever seen.

Great facilities. Camp kitchen, number of barbecues around the site, showers, kids playground, pool all excellent. Good activities for the family too - magician performed on site, free bbq, petting zoo, live music. Smaller than some parks too which is a bonus too.

70$ for one night just because we came with two cars is well overpriced. We just had one lot. Facilities were great. But still a ripoff.
