Great place - two storey accommodation clean but in need of updating. Our friends were upgraded to 133 which was outstanding and 5 star. Nearer to Tewantin than Noosaville but both walkable. Would definitely visit again

Didn’t like- the table and chairs- pillows on the chairs were old and worn out. Clock on wall didn’t have correct time; some crockery and cutlery dirty and items still in dishwasher. Did like- lock up garage, security, choice of heated pool + other pools, table setting outside.

Fantastic place for our family holiday. We had 6 of us, including my 89yo mum, and it turned out to be the perfect venue for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Noosaville. The location is perfect, absolutely central to everything; we certainly didn't need a car as everything is within walking distance and if we wanted to go further, there is a bus stop right outside the door. Fantastic family friendly accommodation. Rooms have everything you need for your stay and are clean and comfortable. It's within walking distance to a number of great restaurants and cafes as well as some lovely river walks. It's also a short drive from all of your services, as well as the famous Noosa Heads. It's a great place to base yourself while holidaying on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

A lovely place to stay, right across the road from the river in Noosaville. The accommodation is nice and clean, with large rooms. The gardens within the resort are stunning, so many lush tropical plants and palm trees. The multiple pools, spas and sauna are great. Plenty of space so it doesn't feel crowded, even on busy days. The location is fantastic. It's a short walk to cafes, restaurants, bars...

Love coming here. 4th time. Pathway at your door down to the beach, Great pool area with BBQ facilities and well equipped apartments. Beds are super comfy. Nice to be away from the bustle of Noosa. Short 20 min stroll to main shops and free shuttle buses that stop at the front door.

This is the second time we stayed here and our experience was just as perfect as the first. Everything here feels "just right" - facilities, service, location etc. The location was an easy 15 minute drive from Noosa and even less to some of the communities to the south. We were switched hotels last minute because of the Triathlon. The site manager attended to us despite it being his night off. He quickly got us into the Garden room which was a 2 bed apartment, helping with the cases even though there was a lift and giving us some chocolates due to the mix up. The grounds were lovely and well looked after . Pool was beautiful . Reception staff friendly . Apartment was spacious . Very quiet and lovely view of the marina . Great for kids Could do with some maintenance on sliding doors , and some areas showing signs of wear . Would definitely recommend .

This resort was an incredible stay. The location is very good, being next to an Aldi and not too far from the beach, but you would need a car as the roads to the town are quite hilly. The apartment we stayed in was incredible with a really nice kitchen and lounge room that was very clean and a really nice comfy bed and everything you need (dryer, washing machine ext…) The amenities are great with tons...

The location is good , close to everything , Aldi is only  minutes walk away. Inside the property is clean and tidy. Only draw back is the mattress is a bit old too soft

This is a terrific accommodation option (Hawaii Apartments). The apartment was massive and of course all self contained with everything that you'd need. The room is of a suitable size and clean, and the location is also very good, with many trees and a very Southeast Asian style.

Surprised that reception is closed at 12noon! However self key collection is quite easy. Room is very spacious but floor is very dusty. Toilet n kitchen are clean. Kitchen is well equipped! We need to clear our rubbish bin when check out in order not to incur additional fee. This I'm v puzzled.

Apart from the glass coffee table which we kept on walking into that caused bruising and cuts everything else was good

Fantastic location and nicely appointed rooms. Undercover parking is quite a relief if your here in storm season, which gets harder to determine every year. We got upgraded to the penthouse which had a lovely view of the Noosa river

Nice spot overlooking natural bushland and the lake. You can hear the people in the above stairs apartments as the walls have little soundproofing.

The pool area was amazing, definitely the highlight of the trip- three beautiful pools that were perfect for cooling off in the heat but warm enough to be super comfortable (and we wanted to stay in the pool forever). Some of the amenities in our apartment were a bit worn and outdated, however there was really no complaints :)

I absolutely loved my stay here! It was very clean and relaxed. The swimming pools wete great and the staff was very friendly! The only downside was its distance from the city centre of Noosa, but there was a busstop right in front which made it very easy to get there. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Property is located well for visiting Noosa, bus outside or Uber to go to main areas. The apartment was clean enough but as an apartment there were cobwebs in corners and furniture in need of deep clean ie sofabed and chair cushions. The tumble dryer didnt work. Upon arrival no one was there to check us in, the office was closed and no staff around, waited for about 20 mins before we saw an employee cleaning rooms, who was able to give us the information of what room we were in and that the door was open and key was inside. We found the ground floor accommodation very well appointed, quiet and relaxing. The accomodation is well positioned close to take advantage of river activities, walking and eateries. Reception was helpful and supportive of any requirements. We would stay again without hesitation.

Great location. Unit clean and spacious,beautifully decorated. The beds comfortable. The only issue was the unit had a very uncomfortable couch which could really only accommodate one person and not comfortably.

Loved everything about this place. Would recommend if you have more than one child that the room isn't big enough for more than one porter cot. It's quiet, relaxing and the owners are lovely, friendly. The retreat is a super convenient spot to beaches and main streets of Noosa to drive to. We had a great time in the Sun Lagoon resort. The apartment was fully renovated and clean. We had a great kitchen with everything we needed, a huge leaving room and two balconies. The place looked even better than the photos! Thank you for the hospitality Tony!

Nicely set amongst Gympie Tce in Noosaville this place has a lovely feel. Nice pool and bbq area and very secure. Good parking for residents and guests. It's a shame the resident Thai restaurants is no longer there as their food was wonderful but still many restaurants to explore and the lovely Noosa River to walk along it picnic. Usually something happening on the river and a great walk for the family...

I was on my honeymoon and my husband and I stayed in apartment 7. We absolutely loved it. The apartment was so well decorated and maintained, every little detail has been thought of. They even have an awesome rooftop with great views. On the l rooftop they have a table tennis table, extra dining area, barbecue and sun lounges.

Darrel and Michael were amazing hosts for our Noosa Triathlon Long Weekend. We rented two apartments which were comfortable, large, well located and welcoming. We made great use of the facilities at Tropicana and the team were so accommodating and flexible! Can’t wait to be back in Noosa again soon 🌴

We enjoyed our stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment which was spotlessly clean and great furnishings. Perfect position to enjoy Noosaville and surrounds. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating with all our needs. We definitely will choose this resort again and highly recommend it.

I had a larger family and we stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment. The pool is great as it is heated pool and the rooms are clean and spacious. However for the price I was not aware it is not serviced therefore we had to clean bin and take rubbish downstairs every day and there is a note saying if not taken away including bathroom bins, a $50 dollar will be deducted. I wish it was mentioned on the site...

Nice place but don't use the Spa in the middle as it had way too much chemicals in it and we got burnt, itchy and took the colour out of our bathers.

All in all it was good, but the level of chlorine in the pool really needs attention.

Spacious, tidy and clean house by the lake. Located in a relatively remote part of Noosa, I didn’t see anyone in the whole 2 days of stay. The closest shops are about 10 mins drive away. If you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, off the beaten track kind, this retreat is for you.

An absolutely wonderful place! Everything you could need while staying there is included, and we felt so isolated & relaxed. So close to Noosa’s main beaches and shops too so there is plenty to do if you get bored. Self check-in/out made us really feel like we were alone too. Such an amazing place to stay if wanting a secluded peaceful getaway 😊👏🏼

Absolutely beautiful. The cabins are quite a few years old, but very well maintained, clean and well appointed. The view of the lake,and the natural hardwood bushland provides the most peaceful, idyllic location for a relaxing getaway.

Just Excellent. Right from my first phone call to the Manager Andrew, I was made to feel welcomed. On arriving Andrew warmly greeted us and briefed us on the facilities and local things to do. I stayed with my family in this beautiful property in January and we were so happy. The appartment was amazing! Clean, beautiful and we had a nice view. The managers were really friendly and helped us with all of our requests. The location is great as well you can take a small ferry to noosa heads where you can find many different restaurants.

Perfect Resort for a family holiday! Susanne and Dom were very obliging with our car parking. Our apartment (6) was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the tranquil setting and would definitely stay here again.

I had a very comfortable 3 night stay in a spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment. It was Apartment 8. Sunset Cove enjoys just the best location. In a quiet street but only a minute’s walk to the Noosa River and the beautiful Noosaville foreshore and a multitude of options for dining and recreation. And last but definitely not least, I received warm friendly service...

The apartment (one of 11) is well equipped, clean and comfortable. If you want somewhere nice to stay that isn't as busy as the main drag at Noosa Heads then Noosaville is the place for you. Lots of local shops and eating places but would definitely recommend...

The waterfront townhouses have incredible views, we loved sitting outside on our terrace. We were originally booked into a deluxe waterfront townhouse which had dated bathroom, kitchen and older furniture with a tiny TV. We were able to move to the one next door which was beautifully renovated and stylishly decorated for a small additional cost. Staff at the site are excellent very friendly and helpful

We loved staying here. It is such a peaceful spot right on the water, away from the main street but only a 5 minute walk to get there. Having a pool right outside our apartment (34) was a nice surprise. Staff were super friendly & keen to help. Unexpected gift for booking direct was a nice bonus. This beautiful resort based in a small gated townhouse complex. The unit is spacious and can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 rooms, full kitchen and back of the unit is facing the noosa River canal, great for a relaxing holiday if you like activities on the river or just fishing from your backyard. On site manager Paul and Kim were helpful, would definitely return!!!

Beautiful and relaxing resort and great location on the waterfront. Kids loved the 3 pools and being able to fish off the jetty our the back of our unit. Waking distance to local restaurants and shops and a 5min drive to the beach. Friendly and welcoming staff and management. Great way to start our 2023. Would definitely holiday here again.
