Love the room, the shower was great. The location is amazing and close to everything. Peaceful sleep. Can't complain.

Lovely room. Clean and neat. Comfortable beds. Both kids, husband and I slept well.

Clean room. Bed wasn’t very comfy and pillows were so fat they hurt my neck. Charging $3 for a bottle of water (room $140) was a bit rude. Easy check in,friendly staff. Tv was old and picture quality low. Excellent position. Close to Kmart and all fast food restaurants. Recommend 👍🏻

Kitchen and apartment facilities were great. Clear simple instructions from reception staff allowed for a pleasant couple of days. The motel folder outlined all required information in detail which was extremely helpful. This would be more practical if left on the bench or desk rather than being hidden in a drawer.

Convenient CDB location across the road from the beautiful Queen’s Park. Clean, tidy & well appointed facilities run but a switched-on local team. We hear there’s a pretty awesome pub less than 100m from their door too 😉 Highly recommended. You’ll be looked after well at Quest Toowoomba.

Nothing too special about the rooms. I personally prefer a larger bedroom and smaller lounge as we're here on business. Probably the most spectacular part of this place is the entranceway.

Cannot fault this place! Was greated by staff who were incredibly friendly and super welcoming. the rooms were clean and well maintained, the dryer and washing machine in the room was a pleasant bonus. The view from the room overlooking queens park was just incredible aswell! We really enjoyed our 3 day stay 🙂

We had a great weekend stay. The hotel is located in a great spot, staff were great, rooms were clean and having a secure parking area was good.

Clean, well equipped rooms. Ideal location, especially if visiting the Carnival of Flowers, Queens Park is only a short stroll away. We parked the car and were able to walk to restaurants, cafes and pubs. Reception staff were exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean and private. Security of the venue was fantastic. Staff were friendly. Only down side to our visit was the onsite bistro was closed on the Saturday and Sunday we were there. Bit that said it wasnt that big a problem as there are many options all in walking distance.

This was our second visit to Potters and it did not disappoint. Rooms are large clean and comfortable with a little balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine.

Clean, comfortable bed. Tea coffee biscuits. Great location. Dining services available to make life easier. Toilet paper was awful, unusable, it would break apart before use. Happy to pay an extra $3 per visit for toilet paper that I can use. Otherwise our visit was fabulous!

I’ve stayed here on other occasions and had better experiences. We booked 3 king superior rooms, and on check in were informed $100 per room for breakages was required (there’s nothing on the booking stating this fee) and that this fee would take 3-5 days to come back into my bank account - this made me very unhappy, most places do a holding fee which returns instantly on check out/room clean. Nope...

It was so comfortable! Really convenient location, clean facilities, quiet and we ordered dinner from the room service menu which was delicious. Definitely worth the money spent!

Good overall super clean, mattress a bit hard, no smart TV, air con needs a clean, check in and check our pretty good. Room service doesn't include making the bed.

Very conveniently located in walking distance to the Clifford Gardens shopping mall. With access to public bus and taxi service at walking distance.

It was perfect for my needs on this trip. The room itself was lovely and quiet - you could not hear outside noise or guests next door at all. Having your own private little patio area was excellent. All of the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful.  We ordered breakfast using their room service option and it arrived hot and very well presented.  Plenty of it and it tasted great! Ive stayed at the hilander a number of times and it's always great. This time was even better than usual... My one bedroom apartment was HIGE and had a spa and was right U} the back near the COMPLIMENTARY laundry... Love, love, love! And I recommend it to everyoneñ

The property is close to the city centre . The motel being pet friendly was a bonus

Stayed with my mum and 2 adult daughters. It was so comfortable it was like being at home. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and there was nothing to complain about at all. It was great.

Quite and comfortable. Staff where well presented and very friendly. The food was delicious and the rooms where very comfortable. Could not fault. Pool was awesome 👌. And it's also dog friendly which is great if I ever need to bring my pup.

A nice quiet and clean motel all round. However they forgot to clean our room on the first day. Then the second day we weren’t provided with a towel for everyone. The owner also had 15 of their friends over to use the pool with a giant inflatable taking up half the pool and using all the sun beds. This was a bit unfortunate on the main hot day we were there!

Spent 9 nights at this motel while working in the area. Large comfortable room and high quality meals for both breakfast and dinner. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant is a major plus. I would definitely choose to stay there again if I need to stay in the area.

Had a good room with large shower/bathroom. Bed comfortable, kettle, coffee, tea, toaster, microwave in the room. Even though at intersections of 2 main routes & traffic lights did not keep us awake. Meal at the restaurant was enjoyable & reasonably priced. Staff were very polite & attentive.

As a female travelling alone i felt safe in this accommodation, i like that is was modern and staffed 24hr. Friendly staff are always a bonus!

Arrived just on closing time due to travel. Staff were still happy and helpful. Went to my room and found a problem, went back to reception and met staff leaving, explained the problem and they were more than happy to come back and change rooms for me. Could not be happier with the amazing service I received. Helpful and caring staff, clean and comfortable room. Will definitely be back.

Lovely place to stay. Central to shopping centre and other shops. Great to have a large fridge/freezer and complementary real milk. (not long life milk). Felt very safe and secure with covered parking underneath and lift straight to my room. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Booked to stay there again as I love the large rooms and feels like home away from home.

Good sized rooms, centrally located. The real kicker was the ability for people in adjacent or rooms above and below you to be able to turn on and off the bedroom light with their own remote in their room. Very handy for interupted sleep

Great spot in the centre of town, rooms could do with alittle touch up, my sliding glass door didn't fully slide, bits of rust around edges of shower. But very comfortable beds and a good place to stay. The lift was noisy while inside. Entrance was like walking into a corporate office, would stay again!

Good location and friendly and helpful staff. 1 bedroom apartment was roomy but desperately needs an update. Carpet needs a professional clean or better still replacing. Ashtray on balcony full of cigarette butts. Only 1 drinking glass in the kitchen, plenty of wine glasses. Overall cleanliness could be better.

The room was super clean, tiny bit dated but had toaster, biscuits, fresh milk, easy parking, close to sightseeing. continental breakfast was wonderful, fresh plentiful. Homemade jams a treat and also brought some. Friendly staff and helpful. I would stay again definitely.

We stayed here for 3 nights during the Carnival of Flowers. Room was very well appointed with a queen bed and separate room with two singles. Bathroom very nicely renovated. Our room was tidied every day. Can’t fault this place at all.

We are staying overnight in a pet friendly room and its so clean! The bed was super comfy, had a great night sleep. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were all set with our fur babe, and two babies. So happy with the exercise yard too. Great space! Highly recommend 👍

Good place to stay if you are visiting Toowoomba.. but there are many great motels in n near city cbd.. Wilsonton shopping center is just 1-2KM for quick shopping visits

We had a surprisingly enjoyable stay for one night. The lady accommodated us with a last-minute booking after our previous lodging in another Leichhardt facility fell through. There was secure parking available for our large ute and camper. The only downside was that there was no extraction fan in the bathroom, which resulted in a damp bathroom environment. Love staying at Tuscony on Tor. Centrally situated, exceptionally clean and well maintained, the rooms are a good size. The beds are comfortable and the managers, Nathan and Nat can't do enough to help make our stay perfect.

Recently stayed for 4 nights and found to be the nicest accommodation I've stayed in Toowoomba. Clean and modern, close to shops, quiet although it is situated on the main road. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again next visit.

The food is very good, my friends say the crumbed stake is awesome, and worth travelling for. my husband tried it and he said it was very tender and tasted good. I had creamy garlic prawns and it was nice, i make it better myself. The staff are very helpful. The parking lot could be bigger, but there is no room to expand it. Toowoomba seems to be quite a nice place with plenty to see.

Western Rocklobster was too good not to share, was absolutely devive and heads up to the head chef, Paul. stayed at the bronco again in july. always made to feel welcome. the rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. they have looked after us for a number of years now and we will continue to stay there whenever my son has his oncology appointments.

This motel is very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food and service was incredible. Best motel food I've had (thanks Chef). Even if you don't stay there the restaurant is worth a visit. Will definitely recommended.

It's not bad for the price you pay. Shared toilet and the showers had no working lights . Was extremely difficult at night time.

I wad given 2 room options and took the cheaper one. After looking at the room I went back to reception and asked if I could upgrade to the better room and was told it wasn't available.

Very nice lady in reception, so very helpful and kind. There was a terrible musty smell on level 5, however very thankful the smell didn’t go into the well equipped room.

This bed was great. And the carpet was clean but the bathroom shower and kitchen certainly are due for a makeover. The pool area is extremely tired. Won’t be back !

Checking was easy the room was nice the only thing I would say is housekeeping in the rooms need to dust skirting boards but apart from that I was happy with my stay you can park up and walk everywhere
