A few things could certainly be improved. The aircon is filthy and fills the room with a smell of dirt, then turns itself off every hour or so. Noise can be a problem with the door autoclosers and people chatting in their balconies, but it was quiet after around 2130. The TV is very slow to respond. I tried changing channels, and then gave up after it not responding. It eventually changed channels...

We stayed at Potters for 1 night for a wedding which was local. Our room was very clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, staff so friendly and welcoming, the accomodation for an early check in was an absolute breeze with staff which helped us alot, very convenient and close parking as well as being steps away from Grand Central Shopping Centre. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, 100%.

The room had everything for a comfortable stay. No Foxtel here, just free to air TV. Shower had no door on it, just half a glass pane. The bathroom sink was tiny and oddly oriented. No coffee satchels available but heaps of tea types. No plates or cutlery available, just cups for tea and teaspoons.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are marvellous. We and several guests stayed there for a wedding and we were so glad we did.

This hotel is fantastic. Lovely rooms, friendly staff and a great location. We recommended to our family members to book there for their trip who unfortunately had to cancel at last minute due to a medical situation. Really lovely people who will do anything for you. The rooms are lovely and clean. Moderate pricing so ideal for a long stay.

Quite and comfortable. Staff where well presented and very friendly. The food was delicious and the rooms where very comfortable. Could not fault. Pool was awesome 👌. And it's also dog friendly which is great if I ever need to bring my pup.

A nice quiet and clean motel all round. However they forgot to clean our room on the first day. Then the second day we weren’t provided with a towel for everyone. The owner also had 15 of their friends over to use the pool with a giant inflatable taking up half the pool and using all the sun beds. This was a bit unfortunate on the main hot day we were there!

Spent 9 nights at this motel while working in the area. Large comfortable room and high quality meals for both breakfast and dinner. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant is a major plus. I would definitely choose to stay there again if I need to stay in the area.

Had a good room with large shower/bathroom. Bed comfortable, kettle, coffee, tea, toaster, microwave in the room. Even though at intersections of 2 main routes & traffic lights did not keep us awake. Meal at the restaurant was enjoyable & reasonably priced. Staff were very polite & attentive.

We stayed in a cabin. It suited our needs. It was clean and comfortable. We were happy with the room and would recommend it.

A disappointing facility with old style facilities and old fashioned power access... power access looks a bit dodgy. Narrow roadways making parking bigger vans very difficult especially when long term patrons are allowed to double park work trucks further narrowing roads. Dump ponit is by children's play area. First time travelling with our fur babies. Pet friendly cabin had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay in Toowoomba overnight. The cabin was clean and roomy enough to easily set up dog beds. Super handy to shops (walk through back gate of property) for takeaway dinner and short drive to Queen’s Park for amazing dog walk. Have to mention super comfortable bed.

The Motel is conducted in a friendly and professional manner and strives to cater to all customers and requests. The hospitality is exceptional and the food delicious and with a delightful homemade touch.

Tried my luck to approach the front desk for temp storage pf frozen food I bought last night at 1030 hrs much earlier then check-in time (1300 hrs). Beyond expectations, the manager allowed early check-in. We were so happy and the offer and flexibilty was much appreciated. Everything were well maintained. Staff were fantastic, I had to be in hospital the next day at midday and needed a late checkout and wasn't a problem at all. I found the lady on reception exceptional! My family and I recently stayed here for several weeks until we found our own private rental. Arjan the motel manager was outstanding, nothing was ever an issue. How amazing was this family run motel, thankyou for your hospitality and service. Your son Arjant (not sure of spelling) was always there with a smile and chat to ensure everything was ok. 👍🙂 There are rooms that go onto a bbq patio area, which we utilised, they supply bbq utensils, plus a pool which grandson made use of. There is also a laundry area with dryer.

Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Good shower pressure. Hotel is based at the top of the range. I’m a light sleeper so heard trucks all night. Also construction happening nearby with machines having an early start. Staff were friendly. Easy check in process.

Old and tired but very clean. Family Room (sleeps 5) was an odd but functional configuration. There was enough cutlery plates etc and an entire stove/oven, big fridge. Good air con. Good water pressure and temp. Downside - no couch or comfy chair at all, the wall separating the little bedroom from the rest of the space didn't go up to the ceiling so noise/light gets through. It's priced accordingly...

The room was clean and spacious. Despite being able to accept payment via booking or paywave on your phone, they can't take the deposit. So make sure you bring the physical card, otherwise you'll need to go out of your way to get cash. Don't get the spa suite. The design has you climbing a wide threshold of wet tiles just to get in (to have a shower or spa), it's a death trap. Also a bit strange...

Great size rooms with everything you need. The power points next to bed with usb availability are very handy. Restaurant was fantastic. Dinner for 3 and we all greatly enjoyed our meal.

Arrived just on closing time due to travel. Staff were still happy and helpful. Went to my room and found a problem, went back to reception and met staff leaving, explained the problem and they were more than happy to come back and change rooms for me. Lovely place to stay. Central to shopping centre and other shops. Great to have a large fridge/freezer and complementary real milk. (not long life milk). Felt very safe and secure with covered parking underneath and lift straight to my room. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Booked to stay there again as I love the large rooms and feels like home away from home.

Good sized rooms, centrally located. The real kicker was the ability for people in adjacent or rooms above and below you to be able to turn on and off the bedroom light with their own remote in their room. Very handy for interupted sleep

Great spot in the centre of town, rooms could do with alittle touch up, my sliding glass door didn't fully slide, bits of rust around edges of shower. But very comfortable beds and a good place to stay. The lift was noisy while inside. Entrance was like walking into a corporate office, would stay again!

The central location is fantastic - with easy access to the City Golf Club, and every other convenience (shopping, food, etc.) on your doorstep - and yet so peaceful and quiet. Room was cool, clean and comfortable. We were given early check-in after a super long drive. Bed is comfortable and alot larger than expected. Wish it was a few nights not one. Complimentary transfers to Golf club is great, but is only a short walk. We had a wonderful view of the golf course with sunset views.

We stayed at Oak Cottage for 6 days in early January 2022, the property was peaceful and well appointed, and the hosts (Bruce and Lorraine) were friendly and always willing to help whenever required.

Loved these cottages! Stayed as part of a birding getaway/weekend and were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cottage, the great arboretum literally in the front yard, and the very close proximity to shops (including a fantastic brewery). We look forward to returning.

The location was fantastic. Just the right distance outside of Toowoomba to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Highfields. The cottage was beautiful and very well kept, the bird feeder out front was great (partner and I love birds). Excellent facilities. Everything about the cottages was fantastic and perfect to escape the city. 10/10 will be back.

These guys are Amazing. So close to the Twba Hospital, convenient. But the guys who run this place, were so accommodating, so kind and very generous. The rooms we had were comfy, large and definitely a place I'd stay at again. Thank you, you have made a stressful trip, much less stressful. Ps, don't eat the sea scallops from across the Street.

The rooms were adequate and very clean. The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is adequate parking off street. The position of the motel is excellent... On the main road into town, yet still quite. A small mall with a couple of food outlets a five minute walk. The price was realistic, very happy. The only fault was the pool couldn't be used, so I was a little disappointed...

Stayed here a few times now and have always found rooms to be beautifully clean, staff to be helpful and friendly and the value outstanding. It has a relaxed atmosphere and there is nothing the staff will not do to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is a must too. I would recommend Garden City Motor inn to family and friends without hesitation.

We stay here every weekend that we are in Toowoomba. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, helpful staff that are really accommodating. TV has free Netflix which is a bonus. Top spot.

Hosts are extremely hospitable and passionate about their business. For this fussy client they were very accommodating. Found me the quietest room, nicely renovated and tried to help soften the bed up with a topper. Enquired regularly about my satisfaction. Very grateful. Stayed 4 nights. Room serviced regularly. We have stayed here several times over the last few years and seen the changes made. The hosts greet guests like friends and nothing seems too much trouble. The rooms are provided with tea and toast making facilities and microwave and refrigerator. Tea, coffee and a variety of small snacks are also complimentary. Beds are clean and comfortable and air-conditioning keeps the room at a pleasant temperature...

The owners were very friendly. Our room was very clean and appointed with a kitchenette. Close to local shops and food options. Pet friendly, which was greatly appreciated. The only thing that stops it from a five-star review was the traffic noise in our room (Rm 1).

So clean and homely. The owners are lovely and take you in like long lost friends. So many improvements have been made by the new owners. Definitely value for money. The shower was nice and hot and even though it is quite old everything is spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. New quiet air con in our room. I will be back!
