I’ve stayed here on other occasions and had better experiences. We booked 3 king superior rooms, and on check in were informed $100 per room for breakages was required (there’s nothing on the booking stating this fee) and that this fee would take 3-5 days to come back into my bank account - this made me very unhappy, most places do a holding fee which returns instantly on check out/room clean. Nope...

It was so comfortable! Really convenient location, clean facilities, quiet and we ordered dinner from the room service menu which was delicious. Definitely worth the money spent!

Good overall super clean, mattress a bit hard, no smart TV, air con needs a clean, check in and check our pretty good. Room service doesn't include making the bed.

Very conveniently located in walking distance to the Clifford Gardens shopping mall. With access to public bus and taxi service at walking distance.

It was perfect for my needs on this trip. The room itself was lovely and quiet - you could not hear outside noise or guests next door at all. Having your own private little patio area was excellent. All of the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful.  We ordered breakfast using their room service option and it arrived hot and very well presented.  Plenty of it and it tasted great! rooms are very clean and comfortable. they are a good size and position is perfect.

A few things could certainly be improved. The aircon is filthy and fills the room with a smell of dirt, then turns itself off every hour or so. Noise can be a problem with the door autoclosers and people chatting in their balconies, but it was quiet after around 2130. The TV is very slow to respond. I tried changing channels, and then gave up after it not responding. It eventually changed channels...

We stayed at Potters for 1 night for a wedding which was local. Our room was very clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, staff so friendly and welcoming, the accomodation for an early check in was an absolute breeze with staff which helped us alot, very convenient and close parking as well as being steps away from Grand Central Shopping Centre. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, 100%.

The room had everything for a comfortable stay. No Foxtel here, just free to air TV. Shower had no door on it, just half a glass pane. The bathroom sink was tiny and oddly oriented. No coffee satchels available but heaps of tea types. No plates or cutlery available, just cups for tea and teaspoons.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are marvellous. We and several guests stayed there for a wedding and we were so glad we did.

This hotel is fantastic. Lovely rooms, friendly staff and a great location. We recommended to our family members to book there for their trip who unfortunately had to cancel at last minute due to a medical situation. Despite being later than cancellation period the Manager very kindly allowed a cancellation with no charge. This amazing customer service went above and beyond and we will continue to...

I enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Everything you need for a stay. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to have hospital access. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to stay.

Accommodation itself was excellent. Nice and clean rooms that look new. However, the mattress in my room was way too soft. Also, don't bother with the breakfast, which is extra charge. Location was convenient - right next to the hospital, 15min walk from city centre and next to some eateries. Overall, would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Very cosy and clean place in the centre of Toowoomba, the only problem it has was how uncomfortable the mattress was, if you have someone else sleeping with you who's heavier you'll always "fall" to their side due to how soft it is. If you're single or have a partner who weighs exactly like you then you won't have any issues.

The complex was of the highest quality: standard, upkeep, cleanliness and hygiene. The range of facilities provided in addition to the accommodation were a great compliment and benefit. A broad range of: affordable, tasty but most importantly nutritious meals. Finally, the staffs' professionalism was above reproach. They extended the utmost: trust, discretion, privacy, dignity and respect. Highly recommended...

All the staff were the most friendly and helpful I have ever come across. The meals were exceptional and the cook a fantastic bloke. The owner was the most welcoming and generous bloke shouting my first beer at the bar every night. Would recommend this place to anyone who wished to stay in Toowoomba.

Really lovely people who will do anything for you. The rooms are lovely and clean. Moderate pricing so ideal for a long stay.

Quite and comfortable. Staff where well presented and very friendly. The food was delicious and the rooms where very comfortable. Could not fault. Pool was awesome 👌. And it's also dog friendly which is great if I ever need to bring my pup.

A nice quiet and clean motel all round. However they forgot to clean our room on the first day. Then the second day we weren’t provided with a towel for everyone. The owner also had 15 of their friends over to use the pool with a giant inflatable taking up half the pool and using all the sun beds. This was a bit unfortunate on the main hot day we were there!

Spent 9 nights at this motel while working in the area. Large comfortable room and high quality meals for both breakfast and dinner. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant is a major plus. I would definitely choose to stay there again if I need to stay in the area.

Had a good room with large shower/bathroom. Bed comfortable, kettle, coffee, tea, toaster, microwave in the room. Even though at intersections of 2 main routes & traffic lights did not keep us awake. Meal at the restaurant was enjoyable & reasonably priced. Staff were very polite & attentive.

As a female travelling alone i felt safe in this accommodation, i like that is was modern and staffed 24hr. Friendly staff are always a bonus!

Arrived just on closing time due to travel. Staff were still happy and helpful. Went to my room and found a problem, went back to reception and met staff leaving, explained the problem and they were more than happy to come back and change rooms for me. Could not be happier with the amazing service I received. Helpful and caring staff, clean and comfortable room. Will definitely be back.

Lovely place to stay. Central to shopping centre and other shops. Great to have a large fridge/freezer and complementary real milk. (not long life milk). Felt very safe and secure with covered parking underneath and lift straight to my room. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Booked to stay there again as I love the large rooms and feels like home away from home.

Good sized rooms, centrally located. The real kicker was the ability for people in adjacent or rooms above and below you to be able to turn on and off the bedroom light with their own remote in their room. Very handy for interupted sleep

Great spot in the centre of town, rooms could do with alittle touch up, my sliding glass door didn't fully slide, bits of rust around edges of shower. But very comfortable beds and a good place to stay. The lift was noisy while inside. Entrance was like walking into a corporate office, would stay again!

Good location and friendly and helpful staff. 1 bedroom apartment was roomy but desperately needs an update. Carpet needs a professional clean or better still replacing. Ashtray on balcony full of cigarette butts. Only 1 drinking glass in the kitchen, plenty of wine glasses. Overall cleanliness could be better.

Location is handy to Clifford Gardens Mall & the Westside of Toowoomba. Room was clean & modern but quite small. Unusual for a 5 star motel not to have Sky TV channels.

Great beds great rooms great service

Annand Mews is a great place to stay. Plenty of space, and the layout of the unit was terrific. Extra car parking helped a lot. Thanks to the owners for late check-in

Very nice, stayed here for 3 weeks, the units are spacious, very clean and tidy, management staff are friendly, professional and looked after us very well. Loved the Foxtel, the bbq area and the security of the complex. Highly recommended.

The most comfortable apartments I've stayed at in Toowoomba. More importantly the service from the management was excellent! Thank you Ken and Virginia for looking after our family and an excellent stay, I'll be seeing you very soon! 5 stars from the Murray family.

Driving from Newcastle to Elliott Heads it is about half way had not been here before but will be back.

Tried my luck to approach the front desk for temp storage pf frozen food I bought last night at 1030 hrs much earlier then check-in time (1300 hrs). Beyond expectations, the manager allowed early check-in. We were so happy and the offer and flexibilty was much appreciated. Everything were well maintained. The staff were active, efficint and friendly. My room on G/F was just next to the pool.......

Very clean place, convenient location. My family stayed in the family room. All the beds are comfortable and clean. Handy kitchen area is a bonus for the whole stay. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay again.

Staff were fantastic, I had to be in hospital the next day at midday and needed a late checkout and wasn't a problem at all. I found the lady on reception exceptional! I accidentally left something behind and she offered to send it to me for free even after offering to pay! Rooms were clean, even had Netflix! Would definitely stay again 🥰

Super friendly staff, saved me from stress when my other booked accomm cancelled on me because my cc declined prior to checkin...did not realise I had to have my funds in there 24 hours beforehand!. She gave me a bigger room as that was all that was available, but for the same price as the standard room...thankyou so much!. Was clean and tidy, and roomy, had everything I needed. High price, nice bed, noisy place no cutlery present and no safety rails for spa bath. Overall not good value for money.

My family and I recently stayed here for several weeks until we found our own private rental. Arjan the motel manager was outstanding, nothing was ever an issue. He was always friendly and does a great job and keeping the motel in great condition. A big shout out to the cleaners too, our room was always clean and topped up with everything we needed. How amazing was this family run motel, thankyou for your hospitality and service. Your son Arjant (not sure of spelling) was always there with a smile and chat to ensure everything was ok. 👍🙂 There are rooms that go onto a bbq patio area, which we utilised, they supply bbq utensils, plus a pool which grandson made use of. There is also a laundry area with dryer.

Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Good shower pressure. Hotel is based at the top of the range. I’m a light sleeper so heard trucks all night. Also construction happening nearby with machines having an early start. Staff were friendly. Easy check in process.

The central location is fantastic - with easy access to the City Golf Club, and every other convenience (shopping, food, etc.) on your doorstep - and yet so peaceful and quiet. The self-contained room was spacious enough to accommodate our family of three, well furnished and clean, with a secluded balcony overlooking the golf course. The bed was superbly comfortable, and parking was very convenient...

The staff were lovely when we checked in, the room was very nice. Big comfy bed with some sound proofing on the walls. What let the room down was the mold in the bathroom. It was all throughout the grout, silicone and on the shower head itself. The bathroom was also not very clean with build up around the door stops and in the corners. At 8.50am we got a knock on the door from the cleaners telling...

The room was very spacious. King bed was great and very comfortable I wish I opened it. Only Downside was this damp smell that hit me as soon as I walked in and hung around the entire stay. Helps to have the patio door open. The service was good but the young girl at the front desk on check in seemed confused by any questions and some trouble finding her words. Perhaps she was new. Room was cool, clean and comfortable. We were given early check-in after a super long drive. Bed is comfortable and alot larger than expected. Wish it was a few nights not one. Complimentary transfers to Golf club is great, but is only a short walk. We had a wonderful view of the golf course with sunset views.

Such a beautiful room and spa tub. The fish on the TV made a very relaxing getaway and we had a great time. Close to shops and fast food, it's a perfect location. The staff were lovely.

These guys are Amazing. So close to the Twba Hospital, convenient. But the guys who run this place, were so accommodating, so kind and very generous. We have stayed here several times over the last few years and seen the changes made. The hosts greet guests like friends and nothing seems too much trouble. The rooms are provided with tea and toast making facilities and microwave and refrigerator. Tea, coffee and a variety of small snacks are also complimentary. Beds are clean and comfortable and air-conditioning keeps the room at a pleasant temperature...

The owners were very friendly. Our room was very clean and appointed with a kitchenette. Close to local shops and food options. Pet friendly, which was greatly appreciated. The only thing that stops it from a five-star review was the traffic noise in our room (Rm 1).

The owners are lovely. Always a clean quiet room with a nice bed and fresh linen. Had an awesome sleep after nightshift before driving back to Brisbane. 👍🏼

So clean and homely. The owners are lovely and take you in like long lost friends. So many improvements have been made by the new owners. Definitely value for money. The shower was nice and hot and even though it is quite old everything is spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. New quiet air con in our room. I will be back!

We stayed at Oak Cottage for 6 days in early January 2022, the property was peaceful and well appointed, and the hosts (Bruce and Lorraine) were friendly and always willing to help whenever required.

The Forest Cottage was beautiful! We felt at peace in the tranquility of the garden and the cottage was beautiful. Thank you Lorraine for showing us around and for your life stories, we enjoyed them. We will be back!

Where do I start. WOW WOW WOW. Homewood cottages has the WOW FACTOR. Absolutely beautiful hosts. Lorraine and Bruce do an outstanding job, they take PRIDE in everything they do so from Susan give yourselves a BIG pat on the back. The cottages are outstanding and stunning everything anyone would want to have on a holiday and relax. All you need to bring is yourselves. I stayed in the oak cottage....

Clean , quiet set in a garden setting just the place to relax, even our little 5kg dog loved being there exploring all the places in the gardens. Thank you

Loved these cottages! Stayed as part of a birding getaway/weekend and were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cottage, the great arboretum literally in the front yard, and the very close proximity to shops (including a fantastic brewery). We look forward to returning.

The location was fantastic. Just the right distance outside of Toowoomba to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Highfields. The cottage was beautiful and very well kept, the bird feeder out front was great (partner and I love birds). Excellent facilities. Everything about the cottages was fantastic and perfect to escape the city. 10/10 will be back.
