The room was clean and spacious.
Despite being able to accept payment via booking or paywave on your phone, they can't take the deposit. So make sure you bring the physical card, otherwise you'll need to go out of your way to get cash.
Don't get the spa suite. The design has you climbing a wide threshold of wet tiles just to get in (to have a shower or spa), it's a death trap. Also a bit strange that the bathroom and shower don't have a door.

We booked at the platinum International Motel based on a series of positive reviews.
On arrival we were allocated our room and informed that the restaurant was fully booked for the evening. Upon enquiring about breakfast we were assured that a buffet style breakfast would be available. The room was clean although some of the sealant around the shower bath is in poor condition. The tap leaks when having a shower and my partner discovered that some of the jets in the spa did not work. We also could not turn on the TV and had to ask for someone to come to replace the remote batteries.
This morning we made our way into the restaurant for breakfast only to be told that there would be no breakfast du to a tour group booking. When expressing our displeasure no alternative was offered and when asked we were told "Sorry I am doing what I am told".

Great size rooms with everything you need. The power points next to bed with usb availability are very handy.
Restaurant was fantastic. Dinner for 3 and we all greatly enjoyed our meal.

Friendly staff and easy check in and out. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet room with air conditioning. The walk in shower is great. The TV has no streaming services so limited to free to air. No casting ability. Overall a very comfortable stay and would stay again.

Good amenities, pool is super cold, no heating. Rooms are decent and a good size. Located in an industrial area, not very close to CBD

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Close to shops and a pizza place. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was great. Only unfortunate experience was while parked at reception waiting for my wife to settle our account a very rude woman abused me for being there. Hopefully she is not staff !!
