Not so bad, good cleaness, nice and smile staff. Need more investments, because not all gym equipment is working, solarium is very old and not cleaning after using.

Nice place in one small and very beautiful town in Rhodope mountain. Has a pool and spa center. The one thing that we didn't like was that when we go to dinner, there wasn't any free table, and have to wait almost half hour. The room was clean and with nice view. 😊

The personnel needs serious training for hospitality and guest relations! Rude, making conflict, not offering solutions. Definitely will NOT come back!

Hotel was awesome. Large rooms, all the necessary stuff, the pool and the SPA were also great and the staff was helpful. The only problem was there was a party in the restaurant, which continued after 1:30 AM and we could hear it quite well from the first floor, so we had some trouble sleeping and we had to get up at 7:00 the next morning. Everything else was great.

This place is so lovely we didn’t want to leave. My partner and I stayed over Christmas. They cooked us a beautiful Christmas dinner. They left us on our own and we had a late morning breakfast. It is warm with lush blankets. The manager Darina was lovely warm and very accommodating of all our wishes. I highly recommend it.

This place really deserves all positive reviews and high ratings. Spacious, clean, cozy... Lots of extras including gym, Jacuzzi etc. Perfect for big companies, celebrate your birthday and other events, as well as weekend trips for couples. Fascinating view from the balcony. :) Delicious breakfast and last but not least - friendly and polite staff. Highly recommend it!

Great place and great hosts. We got lost but found this little gem in the village and booked the same night.

Nice rustic rooms, interesting conversation with the owners, good food (the Patatnig is a must) and a perfect view all around. It feels isolated and quiet but if you really need something from the city Chepelare is just 10 minutes away with a car.

Hosts are a colourful bunch of open-minded well read sailing people with tons of life experience to share. Home made food and beverages offered. Give it a try - you'll come again, chances are high!

Really nice view and hosts. However lots of dust in the rooms - it will greatly benefit from regular cleaning.

The house is great! Comfortable beds, enough space for luggage, extra blankets and pillows. Kind hostess. They accommodated us with our two dogs without worrying about the size of one. There is a kitchen with suitable facilities. It is close to the center. It's warm and clean.

It may be "old and old-fashioned" for spoiled and picky cocoons and contes, but for me personally, it is a cozy and earthy place where I will always stay with pleasure!

Great value for money. We booked an apartment for four people an infant and a dog for three nights. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was barely enough cookware in the kitchen but was OK to prepare a decent meal. The restaurant was a bit small just few tables and the menu was not quite long as well. The fried meatballs were just perfect and are a must in my opinion.

The place is good. Definitely great a few years back. It was built with EU funds and the idea is great. It is starting to showmsigns.of wear and tear, but nothing too bad yet. It is due for minir renivation never the less. Good for families and if traveling with friends. A group of 4-6 with children can ocupy one house.

The houses were great. Roomy with a nice fireplace. Each house has a garage for one car. There is a kitchen where you can cook and each room has it's own bathroom. Some of the doors didn't quite close properly but that wasn't that big of a deal. The view outside the houses is beautiful.

An amazing vacation place in the mountains. The complex has an authentic look and it is isolated from other hotels and rental homes in the area. The staff are very friendly and food in the restaurant is very tasty.

Comparing price/quality, this hotel is great choice. Food is OK, rooms are large, SPA is OK and water in the pool is warm(~27°C) !

Cheap and cheerful, nice bar to sit in some staff can be a bit challenging but I think sometimes it's a language understanding barrier. Warm basic. Getting dated

A nice hotel with good facilities. The food is alright, the staff are very friendly. One of the door men can do magic tricks. We were totally taken aback by his sheer skill. The walls in the hotel are paper thin but I must commend the ladies who brought me a fresh towel everyday ?

Clean, basic rooms. Food is alright but it's often warm or cold. There is a microwave stuck in the corner you can use though. Staff are very helpful and allowed us to move rooms when our original neighbours ended up being on more of a lads drinking holiday than a skiing one. Shuttle to and from the slopes is very good and only 10-15 mins away

The hotel is close to the ski trails. 5 min walking to the lift. It's apartment hotel, you have small kitchen so you can cook if you want. There is a minimarket with the basic staff you may need. Good for family vacation.

Very nice apartments that are not too expensive and quite clean. The service is also great. There is not restaurant in the hotel/apartments but there is a great restaurant right across the street.

What you see in the photos is what you get. Warm and clean rooms. Bathrooms are clean too and seem to be pretty new. Unsure where the comments reference rude staff etc have come from. Lovely location, friendly staff who go over and above to assist if needed. Food very nice, and if you have special requests such as vegetarian they do all possible to accommodate.

Rated as a corresponding three star hotel. Well it is nowere near that. Still it is OK for the price.

Stayed in the penthouse apartment with adult family of 5. The apartment is very spacious and has good size lounge and kitchen. Beds are comfortable and also has 3 bathrooms. Atanas the host/manager is super helpful and is full of good information on what to see and do. The transport to and from the ski slopes is very welcome after a long day skiing. However it is only a 10min walk if you feel inclined...

Perfect concept, perfect location. The houses need some refreshment, but in general everything is ok.

Quiet place to relax with friends. Loved the fire pits. Highly recommend not to take a villa too near to the playground. 🤗

Enjoyed my stay at fullest - took a whole villa with relatives and it was all we need. It was quite, it was wood - warm and perfectly suitable for our ski adventures. 300m from lift. Breakfast was perfect, dinner delicious. Ski conditions top 👍🏻. Totally in to come back next year.

Wonderful place to stay with you loved ones, especially for families with kids. Great conditions for outdoor activities, great service and very polite and friendly stuff. The restaurant provides perfect Covid-19 security and the food is really delicious! You can easily go on foot to the ski lifts.
