Great place for winter spa and ski vacation

This place is so lovely we didn’t want to leave. My partner and I stayed over Christmas. They cooked us a beautiful Christmas dinner. They left us on our own and we had a late morning breakfast. It is warm with lush blankets. The manager Darina was lovely warm and very accommodating of all our wishes. I highly recommend it.

Great place and great hosts. We got lost but found this little gem in the village and booked the same night.

Nice rustic rooms, interesting conversation with the owners, good food (the Patatnig is a must) and a perfect view all around. It feels isolated and quiet but if you really need something from the city Chepelare is just 10 minutes away with a car.

Great value for money. We booked an apartment for four people an infant and a dog for three nights. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was barely enough cookware in the kitchen but was OK to prepare a decent meal. The restaurant was a bit small just few tables and the menu was not quite long as well. The fried meatballs were just perfect and are a must in my opinion.

Amazing place, amazing staff, OK food. But the thing that impressed the most is that the bathrooms were 10/10 this is the thing that makes me feel like the place is worth. And this one is amazing.

A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Staff attentive. The ability to walk indoors to dedicated lift down to spa is genius. Wear a robe and slippers from room to spa regardless of outside temperature. Highly recommended.

The most of the hotel is renovated. Nice SPA segment and big swimming pool. A trampoline for the kids and whole football field. I went there for a short business trip and was not disappointed. The view from my room was beautiful, the place was quiet and peaceful (off-season), I enjoyed the food and the service was good. I had little time at the SPA but I enjoyed every minute of it. The only downside is that the water in the pool was a little cold for my taste. I would return there if I have the chance.

Rooms are large enough. Lobby bar area and restaurant are nicely decorated. Spa and pool was nice. Shuttle schedule could be better organized and would be better if shuttles pick-up/drop off from the hotel entrance, not from street side.

Great amenities, spacious room, huge variety of foods with nice local dishes. On the downside, staff was not helpful and communication in English was an issue. In the kid zone attenders were on their phones all the time. The cleaning staff blocked the lifts with trolleys and didn't give priority even to disabled customers.

Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed). My family stayed here in August and we spent a good time here. The location is very, very good. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The food in the restaurant was also good and delicious. This is small but quiet and beautiful hotel in Pamporovo. You have 2 floor under the ground and 2 more flat on the ground. There is no elevator. Shuttle bus for skiing is stop in front of hotel. 50 meters from hotel is a supermarket where you can buy Internet sim cards (but only from Yettel). Everything is clean, hotel is warm and employers are very friendly and always with smile.

This hotel is outstanding. The staff go over and above to make you feel welcome and will do anything to make your stay better. This family hotel is located right at the ski center. You can go skiing without the need of taking the car or a bus. The apartment was warm and clean overlooking the end of one of slopes. If your purpose is to ski, this is a good place at a reasonable cost.
