This is a beautiful hotel situated near the ski slopes of Mechi chal.The rooms were spotless. The staff was very polite and the food was amazing.The prices were also great.

The food is perfect , the hotel is warm, there is a ski wardrobe and a highly skilled ski teacher. Highly recommended.

This place is so lovely we didn’t want to leave. My partner and I stayed over Christmas. They cooked us a beautiful Christmas dinner. They left us on our own and we had a late morning breakfast. It is warm with lush blankets. The manager Darina was lovely warm and very accommodating of all our wishes. I highly recommend it.

We go there for a second time and I can say that it is a very nice place for sure.

It was very clean, comfortable, i liked the interior design in traditional bulgarian stile. The staff was very friendly and handled everything professionally. I would love to stay there again.

Great place and great hosts. We got lost but found this little gem in the village and booked the same night.

Nice rustic rooms, interesting conversation with the owners, good food (the Patatnig is a must) and a perfect view all around. It feels isolated and quiet but if you really need something from the city Chepelare is just 10 minutes away with a car.

Great value for money. We booked an apartment for four people an infant and a dog for three nights. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was barely enough cookware in the kitchen but was OK to prepare a decent meal. The restaurant was a bit small just few tables and the menu was not quite long as well. The fried meatballs were just perfect and are a must in my opinion.

The place is good. Definitely great a few years back. It was built with EU funds and the idea is great. It is starting to showmsigns.of wear and tear, but nothing too bad yet. It is due for minir renivation never the less. Good for families and if traveling with friends. A group of 4-6 with children can ocupy one house.

The houses were great. Roomy with a nice fireplace. Each house has a garage for one car. There is a kitchen where you can cook and each room has it's own bathroom. Some of the doors didn't quite close properly but that wasn't that big of a deal. The view outside the houses is beautiful.

Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed). The view from the balcony was a delight every morning from the sofa bed. The bedroom window had a good view of the main ski slopes. Every effort was made to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. This is small but quiet and beautiful hotel in Pamporovo. You have 2 floor under the ground and 2 more flat on the ground. There is no elevator. Shuttle bus for skiing is stop in front of hotel. 50 meters from hotel is a supermarket where you can buy Internet sim cards (but only from Yettel). Everything is clean, hotel is warm and employers are very friendly and always with smile.

Cozy, comfortable family hotel with a top location. Good cuisine, friendly service and clean rooms. What more could a person want! The only thing to keep in mind is the lack of an elevator, but for 3 floors, I don't think it's a problem.

Perfect place

This family hotel is located right at the ski center. You can go skiing without the need of taking the car or a bus. The apartment was warm and clean overlooking the end of one of slopes. If your purpose is to ski, this is a good place at a reasonable cost.

This is a block of apartments, suitable for skiers. It's located in the center of Pamporovo, so the location is excellent. Like with other locations in the centre of the resort, to get to the ski slopes you will need a ride or to use the shuttle service! But, you have available close by supermarket and the other excellent hotels in the resort.

The hotel is close to the ski trails. 5 min walking to the lift. It's apartment hotel, you have small kitchen so you can cook if you want. There is a minimarket with the basic staff you may need. Good for family vacation.

Wonderful place to stay with you loved ones, especially for families with kids. Great conditions for outdoor activities, great service and very polite and friendly stuff. The restaurant provides perfect Covid-19 security and the food is really delicious! You can easily go on foot to the ski lifts.
