This place is so lovely we didn’t want to leave. My partner and I stayed over Christmas. They cooked us a beautiful Christmas dinner. They left us on our own and we had a late morning breakfast. It is warm with lush blankets. The manager Darina was lovely warm and very accommodating of all our wishes. I highly recommend it.

Great place and great hosts. We got lost but found this little gem in the village and booked the same night.

Nice rustic rooms, interesting conversation with the owners, good food (the Patatnig is a must) and a perfect view all around. It feels isolated and quiet but if you really need something from the city Chepelare is just 10 minutes away with a car.

Great value for money. We booked an apartment for four people an infant and a dog for three nights. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was barely enough cookware in the kitchen but was OK to prepare a decent meal. The restaurant was a bit small just few tables and the menu was not quite long as well. The fried meatballs were just perfect and are a must in my opinion.

This is small but quiet and beautiful hotel in Pamporovo. You have 2 floor under the ground and 2 more flat on the ground. There is no elevator. Shuttle bus for skiing is stop in front of hotel. 50 meters from hotel is a supermarket where you can buy Internet sim cards (but only from Yettel). Everything is clean, hotel is warm and employers are very friendly and always with smile.

This hotel is outstanding. The staff go over and above to make you feel welcome and will do anything to make your stay better. Rooms are warm, cozy, towels changed everyday and the hotel is immaculately clean. It is on the main street. This family hotel is located right at the ski center. You can go skiing without the need of taking the car or a bus. The apartment was warm and clean overlooking the end of one of slopes. If your purpose is to ski, this is a good place at a reasonable cost.

The breakfast is very good. Rooms are OK. But - expensive meals, for nothing special. Half of the menu is gone in the early evening hours on Saturday. When you open the room windows, instead of the clean mountain air, you get leftover smell from the kitchen.

Everything in the room was very old and worn out. The bathroom door and washing basin was rotten, difficult to close the door. The bed sheets were small, towers worn-out and stinky of bleach. The blinds wasn't functioning - could not open and no curtains. Do not recommend.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

Excellent location and very comfortable, large and well equipped apartments for families! The staff is very nice and always ready to help you. We have visited The Castle several times and the level of service does not change. Excellent food restaurant, delicious food and huge portions!

We stayed 3 nights. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, bedding snow white. Food in the restaurant delicious, especially recommend tongue with butter and manatarka, this is a mushroom. The lady who works at the front desk is very nice and helpful. She recommended places to go and attractions to see. We are looking forward to visit again.

We got a very large room with a view to the mountain. The hotel is located in Pomporovo, which is well located for hikes in rodopee area. Brakefast was good and the staff were very helpfull.
