It was very clean, comfortable, i liked the interior design in traditional bulgarian stile. The staff was very friendly and handled everything professionally. I would love to stay there again.

The food is perfect , the hotel is warm, there is a ski wardrobe and a highly skilled ski teacher. Highly recommended.

This place is so lovely we didn’t want to leave. My partner and I stayed over Christmas. They cooked us a beautiful Christmas dinner. They left us on our own and we had a late morning breakfast. It is warm with lush blankets. The manager Darina was lovely warm and very accommodating of all our wishes. I highly recommend it.

This place really deserves all positive reviews and high ratings. Spacious, clean, cozy... Lots of extras including gym, Jacuzzi etc. Perfect for big companies, celebrate your birthday and other events, as well as weekend trips for couples. Nice rustic rooms, interesting conversation with the owners, good food (the Patatnig is a must) and a perfect view all around. It feels isolated and quiet but if you really need something from the city Chepelare is just 10 minutes away with a car.

Great value for money. We booked an apartment for four people an infant and a dog for three nights. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was barely enough cookware in the kitchen but was OK to prepare a decent meal. The restaurant was a bit small just few tables and the menu was not quite long as well. The fried meatballs were just perfect and are a must in my opinion.

The place is good. Definitely great a few years back. It was built with EU funds and the idea is great. It is starting to showmsigns.of wear and tear, but nothing too bad yet. It is due for minir renivation never the less. Good for families and if traveling with friends. A group of 4-6 with children can ocupy one house.

The houses were great. Roomy with a nice fireplace. Each house has a garage for one car. There is a kitchen where you can cook and each room has it's own bathroom. Some of the doors didn't quite close properly but that wasn't that big of a deal. The view outside the houses is beautiful.

An amazing vacation place in the mountains. The complex has an authentic look and it is isolated from other hotels and rental homes in the area. The staff are very friendly and food in the restaurant is very tasty.

Comparing price/quality, this hotel is great choice. Food is OK, rooms are large, SPA is OK and water in the pool is warm(~27°C) !

Clean, basic rooms. Food is alright but it's often warm or cold. There is a microwave stuck in the corner you can use though. Staff are very helpful and allowed us to move rooms when our original neighbours ended up being on more of a lads drinking holiday than a skiing one. Shuttle to and from the slopes is very good and only 10-15 mins away

Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed). The best service in the area. Ekaterina Dafovska, the only Bulgarian gold medallist in winter Olympic games served us personally. She was helping the whole stuff and being extremly polite. We took pictures and spoke with her. The restaurant staff cooked something for us in the middle of the night, even though it was closed. Prices are low and the hotel is very clean.

This is small but quiet and beautiful hotel in Pamporovo. You have 2 floor under the ground and 2 more flat on the ground. There is no elevator. Shuttle bus for skiing is stop in front of hotel. 50 meters from hotel is a supermarket where you can buy Internet sim cards (but only from Yettel). Everything is clean, hotel is warm and employers are very friendly and always with smile.

Cozy, comfortable family hotel with a top location. Good cuisine, friendly service and clean rooms. What more could a person want! The only thing to keep in mind is the lack of an elevator, but for 3 floors, I don't think it's a problem.

This family hotel is located right at the ski center. You can go skiing without the need of taking the car or a bus. The apartment was warm and clean overlooking the end of one of slopes. If your purpose is to ski, this is a good place at a reasonable cost.

This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful place to stay with you loved ones, especially for families with kids. Great conditions for outdoor activities, great service and very polite and friendly stuff. The restaurant provides perfect Covid-19 security and the food is really delicious! You can easily go on foot to the ski lifts.

Everyone at the hotel is really nice. I didn't like that you had to scan QR code for the menu. Its not really that expensive, but I don't recommend to pay with card, because they charged me more for my room then they should.
