Hotel is in Chiflik village with open pool in which you can enjoy all night and watch the stars on the sky....the party starts around midnight with lots of alcohol and music. Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath also available...food in the restaurant nothing special. Not quiet at night.

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

A very nice pool with not that hot mineral water. There is another smaller pool with different sections ranging from cold to very hot water.

Only critism is everything is in Bulgarian so doesn't cater for foreign travellers well but I will survive.

The food is good and the rooms are clean,but the only reason to give it four stars is bc when you are in the restaurant there is a buffet and it has some meals which are covered with something and no one can sneeze or cough on it,but at dinner the desserts weren't covered with anything! I recommend this place.

I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. A really gorgeous place. Road is a challenge, but worth it.

Perfectly located as my base for the climb/hike to the nearby Mountain Botev and the peak. The Hotel had everything that i required and more, the room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and inexpensive. I'm very satisfied with my visit and will stay again in the future.
