Great place, unique nature and very friendly staff. We had a gastronomical discovers of a Bulgarian kitchen at that place. The forests around the hotel makes this place easy to breathe )) in one of the restaurants the best place is near a fireplace when it is cold outside. And of course nice Bulgarian wine and rakia ))

It was a perfect 3 days stay, nice hotel, at a fantastic location and a room view. Very good kitchen at a native Bulgarian restaurant mehana, friendly staff. The swimming pool and the position of it is extraordinary!!! It is like you are at the top of the mountains and nothing around you but the nature. At the evening there is a newly opened night bar, with ambient chillout music and nice cocktails.

The hotel is in extremely poor conditions, with too high prices for such bad quality. Toilet is stinky and old, toilet seat was broken, and building is loud. We couldn't rest at all! Only pool is somewhat okay. I don't recommend it for future, Stay away!

The hotel is old and not well kept.Too noisy at night. They are also using an outdated kitchen or heating that runs on coal or something to completely ruin the mountain air and make the room smell of smoke. Do not go there.Plenty of better places to stay in Ribarica or nearby.

Clean and quiet place, suitable for a relaxing family holiday. The pool is clean and quite big. The restaurant is not that good though. The breakfast was really poor.

Nothing to expect but the beautifull nature and overpriced rooms :-) Don't forget - hot water means warm water.
The overal one star is comming from 5 stars for the kitchen... All we had ordered was delicious!

I will definitely NOT repeat staying there again! The hotel is very old, there is a typical oldish smell in the whole place. It's extremely noisy, we couldn't sleep because of the noise coming from everywhere, the bed and the pillows were super uncomfortable, the sheets were small and moving all the time. The furniture is old and not in good condition. In the bathroom, there is no ventilation.
The so-called breakfast was a joke, the first day were served "imitating" products for butter, ham, and cheese and 2 pieces of bread, the second day - the leftovers - fried bread. Absolutely not acceptable food.
Deeply disappointed, the only good thing was the beautiful nature.
Way too overpriced for what they offer!
Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!

Outdated this place Is not a 3 star hotel at all rooms are not cleaned by room attendants beds are not made. the bed linen is beyond awful and not to bedding sizes. Restaurant menu is disappointing for breakfast and dinner even worse. In more direct point hotel management must be either clueless or dreaming. Outerly disregard for safety aswell as balcony doors aren't closing properly.
