The rooms were a bit pricey for what we got but the pool was amazing. The garden is great for walks and it has 2 friendly cats that greet you straight from the parking. It's adorable

Stryama Spa hotel is a quiet and cozy place,where people can rest and restore your body healing power of mineral water and all other procedures that are offered in the complex!

The hotel was amortizer as base material and there is an urgent need for major repair. All the rest is even more than 5 stars.

The nature around is fantastic. This is a good place for relax, however the building/rooms are kind of oldish. We were hicking and it was not a big deal. We had some issues with the hot water tho.

Good room for the price. Sadly the restaurant was closed and we have to drive to the town for dinner.

Went for a wedding. Did not sleep there. The staff is polite, and pleasant.

Very nice and cozy hotel, friendly and helpful staff. You get bikes dir free ans you can use the indoor sauna and steam bath aswell. The restaurant offers very good food.

Very clean and comfortable. The food was really good. The spa center is small, but nice. The staff is kind and took really good care of us. I am impressed by the level of service, which was more than excellent.

We were staying for 2 nights. I have never been to a SPA hotel before so it was ok. The indoor pool is very smal. The Sauna is leeking from the ceiling. Everything else was fine. I am not amazed but it wasn't a vad experience.

Kind of OK, but they could have been more polite, and the rooms need renovation. The breakfast was kind of limited, as well.

Aside from the beautifully made pool, there's no reason to consider this hotel. My room was moldy and cold (no ability to change their heat setting). Staff were borderline rude. The pool and steam room were closed early, opened late.

We were here a week ago and booked another stay in a week's time. This stay coincided with English Open Snooker and I am crazy about snooker. I could not believe it when I was told Eurosport is not available on TV in the hotel. Then it appeared that there are only about 10 programs on TV, of which one was sport, but all others that I like e.g.National Geographic, Viasat History, History Channel, Viasat...

The room decoration is old and outdated, our toilet door would not close. Breakfast was not the best. Facilities are really good.

There is no safe at hotelroom so cleaning lady can steal whatever so the cleaning lady stole my iwatch en some sigarettes when leaving hotel I reported to reception they said we call back but only on bulgarian telefonnumber

In the morning i ordered a coffee at the hotel lobby-bar and polite and gentle girl in glasses made it, the coffee was good. But in evening a different barista made the same coffee and it was awful. It looked like a girl in the evening shift did not know how to make it at all. The hotel was full, there were many people. Very nice hotel with indoor heated swimming pools and outdoor swimming pools. Technically some are hot tubs. Inside the large pool is on lane swimming and you need a swimming hat. The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

Well, it socialiasm luxury with minor upgrades. Big hotel and lots of entertainments, good spa and pools. Service is less than average. Rooms are not big, but are clean and comfortable. I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge...

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

We loved our stay. Mark down as it appears that, since its new owner took over 14 years ago, there hasn't been a refurb. Space and food are great. Spa services too. We will be back.

Very dissatisfied with breakfast first day buffet style lots of choice but hot buffet was stone cold sausages bacon eggs etc day 2 and 3 no buffet just a bit of paper with a few choices I opted for poached eggs and can't eat fried guess what they were fried again couldn't eat breakfast avoid restaurant staff on the 20/3/2024 were so rude and would not change my eggs on the 21/3/2024 I had massage it...

My family has stayed here for a second time in the last two years. I like this place a lot. Here comes a jacuzzi, pool, finish sauna, infrared sauna and some more things. It is included in the prize. The rooms are warm and clean. I can recommend this place to all

Highly recommend! This was probably one of the best spa hotels we’ve been this year. It has a decent size pool, 4 different types of sauna and a really nice outdoor hot-spring - all this was included in our room price, outside of that you could sing in for a few more relaxing activities. I agree with the previous comments. I would definitely return to Thai hotel. SPA services are great and you have an abundance of options. Saunas are renovated and great. The steam room was not working. Interesting why no one was working on it to fix it!? The rooms were small and the floor was old but the furniture was new. The outdoor pool was very cold. Overall for a three star hotel it was great

Very big room. Nice pool both outside and inside. We enjoyed spending time at the spa. Food at restaurant was also ok.

Really nice and clean hotel. The kitchen is very good and the staff is really helpful and nice. The massages we booked were perfect. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is described as on the website, the only remarks we have were that the coffee machine at breakfast we didn't really liked. We believed that the airco filters in the room weren't cleaned and the mini bar too noisy.

I loved the hotel. It's place is close to the center where you can visit different historical sites in Hisarya,Bulgaria. The food and beverages are so good and the staff are friendly, and pleasant. The spa centre is very good so the swimming pool.

Best place for SPA and relax in Hisarya town. Everything is fine, clean room with air-conditioning, clean pool and sauna all of them ready to use immediately. The staff is smiling and responsive. You will get good service for your money.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The staff is friendly and catered to all of our needs. There's a notable attention to detail especially when it comes to the interior. It is beautifully decorated, my group and I were all impressed. Cozy and comfy, I slept like a baby there! I'd visit Hisarya again just to be able to stay there!

A really beautiful, clean and charming boutique hotel. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Being that there is no restaurant in the villa, they called to order us food from the nearby restaurant “Balkan” and went to pick it up for us!! we were so impressed. The hotel is very pleasent. The whole staff was very polite and prepared breakfast in advance having in mind our early wake up at 6:30. Will suggest the hotel to friends for sure and will come again.

Very nice place in a very nice area. The yard is well maintained and it is well suited for children. The people are very friendly. The amenities are ok, nothing that one can miss but nothing fancy, more basic but good. The food they offer is good and there a choice from menu for each day. Very good overall.

Not the best place to stay but it's fine for a quick holiday. The bathroom is really cold. Bring warm clothes in the winter. No dining available, we had to search for the nearest restaurant.

Its a family hotel with really sweet and polite owners. There is a breakfast included in the price and it’s usually homemade banitza, pancakes (delicious) or smth else. The view is amazing! Perfect for relax. Our room had a balcony and the bathroom was completely renovated.

I never take the time to rate places but wow this hotel deserves it. The hotel is really peaceful and the view incredible. Rooms are basically but nice. This indeed is a quiet place. Located away from the main road and on top of a small hill the hotel also opens a great view towards the Balkan mountains and the magnificent Maragidik peak. The hosting family is very nice and hospitable. Rooms are clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant is homemade and tasty. We enjoyed the stay here and will return again soon

Decent food overall, nice atmosphere, the service was OK. I would only point that we ordered fries which were pretty oily. The waitress said there was nothing wrong with them, but the person who ate them had stomachache afterwards.

Great place, but with 2 cons: 1. Insufficient hot water in the bathroom, despite the solar collectors 2. 1 liter of mineral water - 4 BGN, maybe because of the lack of an alternative where to buy it nearby. Small but important notes!

Super hotel complex! We spent the New Year holidays here. Accommodation conditions are good. Clean room, warm and has hot water. The restaurant and service were also up to par. Delicious food. The staff is top. If possible, I would also visit during the summer season, there is a swimming pool and the place is nice.

The hotel definitely needs a refresh asap. Also rooms are quite cold. But! Food in the restaurant is homemade like in my grandma's house, people are super polite and make you feel comfortable, view is fantastic... Having bad experience with so many places with horrible service and bad kitchen during the last couple of months, I really could close my eyes about the old school ambient.

A magnificent view of the Balkan mountain. Breathtaking memorable experience, even from the rooms windows. The hotel is quite old and had been going a neverending renovation. There is a swimming pool, also under reconstruction. The food is OK. Pricing is as expected for this type of accommodation.

Awesome place! Very clean and tidy. It has all the necessary amenities, they accept pets, which was most important to us. The owners were extremely kind, helped with everything we needed. I recommend with both hands!

We stayed here for one night over the Christmas 2021 holiday. There are some good points and some bad points. First of all though, I should point out that the price was right at the top end of what I would expect to pay in Bulgaria for such a room. The good points: The room we took was described as a suite, and this is fair enough, given that there is a separate living areas, bedroom and bathroom...

A really nice and cosy place. Service was great, the food was good, prices were OK. The spa area was small but again very cosy. The entire hotel is full of art and interesting pieces. We had a lovely times and I would come back again some day. 🙏

The hotel is a secret gem in the Bulgarian mountains. Beautiful building, rooms, lobby and all facilities. There are several great restaurants within a 15 minute walk or a short drive. We spent our time in the pool, traveling around, coffee places and restaurants, and mainly relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant can be better...
