Location: in the city of Hissar, 160 km from the airport of Sofia, 50 km from the airport of Plovdiv, 1 km from the city centre.
Consists of two buildings.
The hotel has 166 rooms.

- Program for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the excretory system (kidney lithiasis, chronic diseases of the urinary tract, prostatitis, enuresis)
- Program for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the digestive system (chronic gastritis, gastroduodenitis, chronic diseases of the colon, chronic hepatitis, gallstone disease, chronic pancreatitis)
- Program for the treatment and prevention of diseases of musculoskeletal apparatus (arthritis, arthrosis, condition after prolonged immobilization)

Great place! Lots of pools of different sizes, depths and temperatures. Indoor and outdoor. Several children's pools. Although, the composition of the water is the same everywhere. For the sports pool you will need a cap, In other pools and jacuzzis it is not needed. Large relax areas with sun loungers at each pool and in the spa (this is on the floor above), there is a hammam, sauna, pool There is also a gym, but I did not specify the conditions of visiting If you decide to stay at the hotel, then on weekdays the cost is 140 lv. They include breakfast, free parking, spa for free. I came just to the spa, for one day, It costs 30 lv + 10 lv parking. However, you can leave your car outside the territory, there is 1 lv per hour. Take a robe and towels with you, or you need to pay separately (I did not specify how much it costs). The place is very nice! I recommend! And on the way back, get some mineral water, down in the park, which is opposite the pizzeria Toscana, it's also a wonderful place, I'll write about it separately now. The coffee in the buffet in the morning was awful, food was good though. The young staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is unnecessary expensive. Room was overall good, clean and tidy, I know someone will say you are not there to watch TV, but overall this is part of the price, from 40 something channels only few were working, Wi-fi was horrible, non existing very often, so I ended up using my own. The bistro next to the pool, 3.80 for two sips of horrible coffee and 4 lv for a small water, 9 something levas for French fries with cheese and 20-23 levas for a pizza that is not good, so more or less nothing good to eat by the pool. We ended up sneaking water by the pool from the outside, because according to the signs you are not allowed to bring food and drinks from the outside. Also, if you want some peace and quiet, this is not the best place for you. This is not something I hold the hotel responsible for but the customers. Mainly families with small children with no sense of empathy that there are other people in the next room and they might be sleeping. I'm not going to repeat this hotel and would not recommend.

We were here a week ago and booked another stay in a week's time. This stay coincided with English Open Snooker and I am crazy about snooker. I could not believe it when I was told Eurosport is not available on TV in the hotel. Then it appeared that there are only about 10 programs on TV, of which one was sport, but all others that I like e.g.National Geographic, Viasat History, History Channel, Viasat Explore and the like were not available. It is a shame that such a good hotel does not have proper TV as one would expect. Eurosport was available before and I watched snooker this time last year but not now. At least internet was available with relatively good quality. So if you like to watch sports on TV do not come to this hotel until they fix it.

RUDE staff, they do not speak English. Corridor is smelly. The glasses in the room were dirty. Massages closed. I for swimming pool facility is dirty. Breakfast coffe is HORRIBLE instant coffee, rest is okish.

There is no safe at hotelroom so cleaning lady can steal whatever so the cleaning lady stole my iwatch en some sigarettes when leaving hotel I reported to reception they said we call back but only on bulgarian telefonnumber

Very nice hotel with indoor heated swimming pools and outdoor swimming pools. Technically some are hot tubs. Inside the large pool is on lane swimming and you need a swimming hat. But they also have baby pool and smaller pools that don't require hats.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and with a lot of fresh choice.
Rooms were large and clean. You get towels and robes and you can use these at the pool.
It has free spa which is a sauna and a steam room. It has paid spa which we didn't try.
The hotel has couple of shops but we didn't purchase anything there.
It's close to the old wall and beautiful park. Plenty of restaurants in the area of you want to eat out.

In the morning i ordered a coffee at the hotel lobby-bar and polite and gentle girl in glasses made it, the coffee was good. But in evening a different barista made the same coffee and it was awful. It looked like a girl in the evening shift did not know how to make it at all. The hotel was full, there were many people. It is a shame that there are people who work in a 4-star hotel and don't know how to even make a coffee.
