Residence Konstantina Palace in Kazanlak

DEC2025: definitely upmarket restaurant but worth every Lev of it. Super tasty and great service. The menu is really interesting and elevates Bulgarian food to a fantastic level. Best presentation also. Only the choice of beer was a bit disappointed

Loved it. Never expected to find such an amazing hotel in a small city such as Kazanlak. By far the newest and cleanest hotel I have been for some time. We stayed at one of their apartments and it was extremely spacious. Breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of variety. We loved the fact there was an elevator. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing too - super delicious and the prices were beyond reasonable. Everyone was very polite and ready to assist with any possible enquiry. What I loved most was the little pigeon nest and the newly “born” small pigeons inside the nest, located on our window frame. We felt very close to the nature. There is a small souvenir corner at the reception and we bought a Bulgarian brandy made of roses since Kazanlak region is famous with its roses.
Would definitely come back on another occasion.

Wow... what can i say... for a one night stay I wasn't expecting much but it turned out to be an excellent hotel in the heart of the town. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel - rooms are spacious, with all the amenities a modern 5 star hotel could offer. Beds are very comfortable with good quality linen, great pillows too. Bathroom was also spacious with shower area and bathtub. Cleanliness was at a highest standard. Small details like the branded stcker on the v-shaped folded end of the toilet paper roll and the sanitary ribbons over the toilet seat, the bidet, the bathtub and the shower area make the difference. Towels were enough, fluffy and big at size.
Mini-bar, Coffee and tea making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, safe-box, iron and a board... the only thing I missed was a box with facial tissue. I would recommend to add some more amenities in the lovely little cabinet in the bathroom such as Q-tips, cotton pads, shower cap, etc. I was too tired to have dinner at the restaurant but the breakfast buffet in the morning was very good.
I particularly loved the ornamented glass doors of the elevator and some of the antiques used for decoration of the lobby and the staircase. I also used the free parking which is grat feature of any hotel nowadays. The staff was very friendly and accommodative. Overall a great experience in this lovely hotel. Would love to stay there again hopefully in the near future. Thank you for your hospitality!

I saw reviews called this hotel "luxurious" and thought, how could a small hotel at a little town like Kazanlak be luxurious? Well, I was wrong. This hotel really is as good as (if not better than) any big-city five star hotel in terms of the soft product! Everything was done professionally. We received a warm welcome and informative walk-through of all facilities offered on site at check-in. We were pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to a suite ("apartment" in the hotel's verbiage) since all junior suites were booked - who would have thought a small-town boutique hotel would do upgrades?! There was a welcome amenity (two kiwi fruits and water) in the room and the TV in the room displayed a welcome message - how many five-star hotels do both? The bathroom was spacious with a separate shower area. We liked the firm bed. Breakfast was great. Parking lot for hotel guests really helped at the peak of the Rose Festival. Overall, it was clear that people here care about what they do and try their best to do it well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Kazanlak!

The hotel is new with a luxurious interior. I had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure the most comfortable stay.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night on the way to Greece in August 2021. The hotel is new, cozy, clean, quiet, peaceful. The rooms are very spacious with large beds and freshly refurbished. The rooms have everything you need - cosmetics, slippers, bathrobes, a bar. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was a bit modest compared to the number of rooms, but ample.

This hotel will become the jewel in Kazanlak.
