There are 3 stars because it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. It is pretty good and during the years they have kept some level, even in those hard times for this business. If it is a 3 stars hotel I can give 5 stars. The location, infrastructure and personal are perfect.

I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to a tennis court ( if you enjoy playing tennis, this is the perfect place for you) and a nice park where you can have a nice walk and visit the zoo. The food was amazing, the staff was very friendly, this is the best hotel in the town without any doubt!

This hotel is undoubtedly the best one in the area.As it is located in the biggest park in the city,in proximity to the tennis courts and the Zoo,it provides a variety of activities.There is an olympic size of a swimming pool which is the perfect temperature.The restaurant has now a new menu -traditional and modern European cuisine is served!The chef of the pizzaria is brilliant!You can enjoy tempting...

It's the very clean and relax hotel, good sleeping. I have stoped 3 times. Safe parking, bath room nice.

Lovely swimming pool with warmer water and great background music. Watermelon lemonade and good company. A sense of calm and ease about the place but it closes at 6 sharp. Recommend it.

A good hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, nice view over the city, excellent location in Haskovo, nice staff. We stayed in a room for 3, it was large and comfy. We recommend the English breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Very clean, nice staff, great location and interior. Breakfast was great. I recommend it.

Rooms too hot, AC not working at all, receptionist says it is switched to heating modern no way to be adjusted to another temperature rather than 29 degrees..., mid October is not cold winter in that area of Bulgaria.

Great staff. Great food! They have a garage to store bicycles. Very helpful and friendly with a great park right across the street.

A very interesting place to visit. It's the typical mutro-baroque as we call it in Bulgaria. The rooms are very big trying to look luxurious. The breakfast was of really low quality. They also have sauna and spa which we didn't have to time to try. The best thing is the view (just above the city) and the fresh air as the hotel is located in a park.

Although room looked nice and it is within reasonable walking distanceI found it quice disappointing that it was very dirty. Bed was not comfortable. Rugs needed some serious vacuuming and the couch was broken, same as fridge. Toilet was small and there was barely any oxigen in it.

The obvious plus is that the hotel is in the center. Ok rooms, smell of cigarette smoke, AC in the room is very weak, the breakfast is OK.

We are a fixed menu there. It was quite expensive for Bulgaria. The food was good overall but the tiramisu was pretty sorry... made with spray cream. One thing to note is that we were sat in a room that turned out to be the smoking room. A strange concept seeing as smoking in public places indoors is illegal in Bulgaria. Apparently some one ought to have told us when we booked. We were moved promptly...

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly, it's a perfect place for a holiday, it's very calm 💯😊

Nice and clean rooms , very good pool restaurant is so so. Slow service and nothing in the area around the complex. It pretty good for the price you pay

I can say the best hotel I visited in my life. Very clean rooms, very delicious food, cool architecture and decors, strong wifi and good waiters, cleaners.

We spent two nights in this hotel around New Year’s Eve. The whole experience was great! The hotel is clean, newly refurbished, warm and convenient. The personal was extremely kind and helpful! Even though we had last minute changes of the number of people attending, the owners were very understanding. They gave us advices about the hiking paths and sightseeing options in the area. The food was homemade...

Large, clean room. The girls at the front desk are great. Cleanliness and service without remarks. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We will visit it again!

Rooms and bathrooms are the perfect size. A clean and comfortable hotel in the center of the city. However, it was a little difficult to find the door, since we do not know the Cyrillic alphabet and it is not written in English on the door. The reception is on the top floor. The breakfast is good, there is a cafe bar and restaurant downstairs.

Convenient accomodations in the absolute heart of the city. Very attentive and friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Nice place in the very center of Haskovo. In this place you can feel what is like to live in an old bourgeois town, with the typical architecture of the epoch before WW2. The services in the hotel are good too, and the prices - moderate.

The perfect place for either a one night or a longer stay. The rooms are cosy and stylishly decorated, everything is absolutely clean, the staff is welcoming. A place to visit more than once!

Awesome hotel couldn't recommend it more. It had really nice staff who were really helpful and spoke good English. It was super clean and even the cleaners were lovely. Mini bar was cheap to. But the best thing was decoration of the rooms we stayed in 101 it was awesome ask for this room if you can. It's black panther theme with gold trimmings was really fun. 10/10.

Room was nice and large, very big bed, I slept well. It was clean. The food didn't impress me, but it was ok. Too bad they open the kitchen at 11am, so you can't have a breakfast at all. Good for a 1 night transit sleep. Just avoid the weekends, there is a disco there 😊

Great place for the having rest by the pool after long drive. Nice restaurant with bar as well. Recommended.

It was perfect for the price but they definitely need to add new pictures of the property since it is so much better in person than it looks on the photos! The room was very spacious, had its own balcony, very clean and nice bathroom, toiletries, the view was fantastic!!

We visited the restaurant only. The food was disgusting even if the guy who was all alone at this time was very polite. Inside was clean.

Friendly atmosphere and great service. Beautiful location in the middle of nowhere, but perfect for your own experience
