A good hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, nice view over the city, excellent location in Haskovo, nice staff. We stayed in a room for 3, it was large and comfy. We recommend the English breakfast.

Top option for transit and a pleasant evening

Room was nice and large, very big bed, I slept well. The food didn't impress me, but it was ok. Too bad they open the kitchen at 11am, so you can't have a breakfast at all. Good for a 1 night transit sleep

It is a nice hotel in the center. I liked the breakfast and dinner very much. Only the heating and cooling in the rooms is insufficient because there is central ventilation.

Not bad, clean and tidy rooms and good prices

Everything is mediocre, there is no elevator but the people there are hospitable, they opened the basement for me to put the machine

The food in the restaurant is not really worth the money and they don't give you a choice (there's only 1 menu for everyone, anything else you have to buy) and the elevator makes an irritating beeping sound while it travels all the way to your floor

The hotel is somewhat good except for the inclination of the bath's floor which basically makes the water not able to drain and you have to wait for it to evaporate

Regarding the price of a night, we were satisfied! Everything was normal and cleaning every day and new towels

, which we share with another room, as well as a shared terrace, but it was not occupied to our delight. The host behaved normally and assisted us with information we needed

I called on the phone and booked for three for three nights and everything is normal and the room is clean with air conditioning, TV and bathroom

The location is next to the Hospital in a street with no exit for cars, but it is close to one of the main arteries of the city

Very central place in Kardjali. The hotel has been recently renovated. From your room, you can hear the city hall's carillon, one of the major attraction of the city.

This hotel is in the city center of Kardzhali. There is big private outo parking area of the hotel. There is outside swimming pool. Inside and outside restaurants are big and quality. Hotel & restaurant prices are normal

Pleasant place to stay in Kardjali. Nothing exceptional but very good service. Rooms are quiet and bed very comfortable. Parking available. And swimming pool, unfortunately empty at this time

Hotel is ok staff r helpful and friendly. Food is good and cheap just it takes so long 2 get there 4 hours from sofia on coach. Pool is good life guard is a good man. But 1 out of 10 people speak english

My room probably looked like when the hotel was new. Everything was well maintained. Biggest trouble for me was the key to the room which requires some effort to function

In a city like Krdzali you do not expect a hotel this great. From super fast check-in to the quality of the rooms everything is just perfect. The whole staff is lovely and welcoming

I especially liked the key system - they leave the keys in a lockbox outside the cabin and tell you a passcode over the phone. You can check-in anytime you want

We were fascinated by the welcome and hospitality :) There is everything we need, they even left us water, because the water is not drinkable. There were spices, sugar, oil, vinegar (God forbid you forgot anything)

We were offered a private villa, which was clean, spacious, with a yard in front and a beautiful view of the dam. The girl from the reception gave us comprehensive information about everything around Glavatartsi

Nicely furnished no-nonsense villas with plenty of room. Parking for a single vehicle per villa. No internet so far but they say the problem is with the only local provider and affects the whole village

There is no restaurant but breakfast is included and there are plenty of dining options in the area. The WiFi is good and most important of all - the hotel is pet friendly!

A hidden gem worth discovering. Don't be discouraged by the views on the road there from Kirdjali. The location is wonderful, the hotel is clean, cosy and peaceful.
