A good hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, nice view over the city, excellent location in Haskovo, nice staff. We stayed in a room for 3, it was large and comfy. We recommend the English breakfast.

The food in the restaurant is not really worth the money and they don't give you a choice (there's only 1 menu for everyone, anything else you have to buy) and the elevator makes an irritating beeping sound while it travels all the way to your floor

The hotel is somewhat good except for the inclination of the bath's floor which basically makes the water not able to drain and you have to wait for it to evaporate

This hotel is in the city center of Kardzhali. There is big private outo parking area of the hotel. There is outside swimming pool. Inside and outside restaurants are big and quality. Hotel & restaurant prices are normal

Pleasant place to stay in Kardjali. Nothing exceptional but very good service. Rooms are quiet and bed very comfortable. Parking available. And swimming pool, unfortunately empty at this time

Hotel is ok staff r helpful and friendly. Food is good and cheap just it takes so long 2 get there 4 hours from sofia on coach. Pool is good life guard is a good man. But 1 out of 10 people speak english

My room probably looked like when the hotel was new. Everything was well maintained. Biggest trouble for me was the key to the room which requires some effort to function

Small rooms, tiny beds, weird carpet on the wall. Nice view, but the pool is open until 7pm only. DJ plays only chalga. Guests to the restaurant and the pool come from the area. Hygiene issues very likely.

The staff were friendly and very kind. Despite the noise that our group was making they were extremely patient with us. The rooms were spacious and cosy. The breakfast was tasty and served with professional approach

Breakfast was also okay but there were loooots of bees outside which attacked our pancake jam and forced us inside. Pool was clean and fairly warm

We have been here only for dinner. The food was very delicious. Portions bog enough. Very nice/tomantic atmosphere (we stayed in open area). Very good music. Fast service. Good level of prices.

The reception was rather slow, which can be unnerving after a long road around suspicious neighborhoods and villages. We had dinner at the restaurant which was tasty, especially the katak and the garlic bread

Unfortunately the temperatures weren't high enough to enjoy the swimming pool so we are definitely coming back! I highly recommend Rocca resort to anyone who would like to spend some relaxing time surrounded by beautiful nature and high-quality service!

A place to relax -beautiful, clean, great view to the lake. Discrete music. Pool is of good size, restaurant is indeed pleasant. Frappe is fantastic. Good service. Just the road to it needs quite a repair.

Beware - you could be tempted to spend the whole day on the terrace! :) We were quite impressed by the professional and kind attitude of the waiters in the hotel restaurant

Overall the place is nice, the view from the restaurant to the lake is wonderful. But most of all - there you can find the best customer service in Bulgaria, full stop
