Our tour group spent four nights at this hotel in April, 2016. Rooms were OK. Breakfasts and dinners served to the entire tour group (40 persons) were often warm-to-cold. Dinners, ordered independently of the tour group, were fantastic: hot and tasty with generous portions. Wifi signals, although available on all floors, worked only in the hotel lobby.

Excellent breakfast, not very varied but ok. A la carte dining, reasonable prices and good food. Location close to the city centre. We paid 100 leva for dinner for four people, with drinks (3 beers, one whisky, juices). We stayed here to break in two a long and tiring trip from Romania to Greece and it was an excellent choice.

Pleasant place to stay in Kardjali. Nothing exceptional but very good service. Rooms are quiet and bed very comfortable. Parking available. And swimming pool, unfortunately empty at this time

Hotel is ok staff r helpful and friendly. Food is good and cheap just it takes so long 2 get there 4 hours from sofia on coach . No train service . . Pool is good life guard is a good man . But 1 out of 10 people speak english . Good breakfast included in price . And also manager is a cool woman and very helpful would recommend this hotel

A good choice for one night in my way to Grecee. Nice staff, good food and basic rooms.

This hotel is in the city center of Kardzhali. Location is so good. There is big private outo parking area of the hotel. There is outside swimming pool. Inside and outside restaurants are big and quality. Staffs are gentle.It is a clear and sweet hotel. Hotel & restaurant prices are normal. Swimming pool is ready also for daily users.

AMAZING. Theres nothing to visit in the city, worth to go there just to enjoy this lovely hotel, the professional service, the tasty breakfast. LOVED IT

Nice, quiet place. If there are available rooms with a view, there is also a beautiful view of Arda. Very friendly receptionist. The rooms are decent, they have everything. However, the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.

We stayed at 5 th floor, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is plain and very delicious. How ever we arrived at 01:00 a.m without a booking, it was very difficult to communicate with reception in English. She miss understood we want to get 2 rooms, you must booked before you arrive to hotel. WiFi is too bad at 5th floor.

Extremely friendly staff and very accommodating. Particularly during my evening check in with a lady who could speak Bulgarian, French, English and Spanish brilliantly. Room was clean and comfortable, great balcony but the bathroom was a little small. I had to sit sideways to use the toilet. Shower was perfect with good pressure and temperature as well as very spacious. I would visit again if ever...

In a city like Krdzali you do not expect a hotel this great. From super fast check-in to the quality of the rooms everything is just perfect. The breakfast was great. The whole staff is lovely and welcoming. There is even a tobacco shop on the premises that works almost 24/7 so you can get small items close by. Connected to the hotel is a night club and a fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended

Although, the location is in the city center, just on the river board, there are no views over the river from the rooms but the only you can see is construction buildings. The standard rooms are too small and the bathroom is even smaller. The breakfast and the service are good.

Surprisingly amazing place. It is a 3 *** but the feeling is like it is 5. Booked accidentally as we decided to stay for a night. Headed first to the restaurant for a meal. Amazing service by the staff! All boxes ticked. Great experience and the menu was up to our taste. Then the room: was not really big but nicely designed and made as feel comfortable. Another plus was the available parking place

It’s a modest place. People are kind and welcoming. The hotel is clean and according to the category 3* is fine. The room was clean and perfectly kept. It is near shops and the center. CONS: the breakfast was modest too, really! I liked the only coffee I was given though.

The hotel is quiet and nice place. The hygiene was a little but neglected but bearbale. The service was good and kind. I liked the breakfast there. We could not try the restaurant because it was closed for a wedding at the evening. The location of the hotel is good. The prices are very fine.

This is the place for good relax! In the middle of the little wood and by the coast of Kurdzhali reservoir. Very quiet and green. Bungalow was very tidy clean ans specious. Staff is very frendly and helpful Great breakfast F

Very nice and clean bungalow in the forest. You have outdoor kitchen and sitting area. I recommend it.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway. Quiet, cozy and has all the amenities one can ask for. AC, TV, a fridge, a mini kitchen, nice bathroom, peace and tranquility. I especially liked the key system - they leave the keys in a lockbox outside the cabin and tell you a passcode over the phone. You can check-in anytime you want. Our My House experience was a good one. Nice room with basic necessary devices, like hair dryer and water heater . Big balcony with sofa and tea table, just good to use for eating, refrigerator. Really spacious bathroom. Clean every where. We enjoyed it.

Very good family hotel. The place is in a quiet and peaceful part of Kardzhali town in Rodopi mountain in Bulgaria. It is on the international road from West Europe to Greace and Turkey. Really nice place owned by a very kind couple, hospitality was at its best, really beautiful garden with a lot of things to do for the kids. We had a very pleasant stay, the rooms are big enough with all that is needed and everything was super clean. Thank you for the nice stay!

I have to say that it was a Very nice place with Good rooms, newly renovated and fresh. The beds are very comfortable and big enough.... The owner is very polite, as my guest said when they stayed at the hotel. There was just nothing to complain about.... We totally recommend you visiting and staying there ;)

The hotel is ok but a bit noisy, situated at the crossroad if two busy streets/roads. The restaurant has an excellent menu and food is tasty.

Great grilled everything. Their specialty is parlenka and it's the best... Like a pizza pocket with the Bulgarian white cheese.

The location is next to the Hospital in a street with no exit for cars, but it is close to one of the main arteries of the city. I called on the phone and booked for three for three nights and everything is normal and the room is clean with air conditioning, TV and bathroom. , which we share with another room, as well as a shared terrace, but it was not occupied to our delight. The host behaved normally...

Very central place in Kardjali. The hotel has been recently renovated. From your room, you can hear the city hall's carillon, one of the major attraction of the city.

The hotel in a great, spacious rooms with huge parking, the air conditioning in our room was unique, no outside noise, and the bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever seen, I am extremely pleased with the price, quality and frequency

New hotel, the rooms are huge, clean, smell nice and are in nice style. The terrace is large. The bathroom is great. At the reception they are very kind and responsive, although they are still a little confused. You can order food at the reception and have it delivered to the hotel from their restaurant. It actually cost much more than what we paid for 1 night (BGN 50).

I can't help but give this place maximum stars! Everything is 5 star! The service, the rooms, the cleanliness, the location, the huge veranda overlooking the Kardzhali dam. If you rent the apartment, this will be your best choice! The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, it consists of 2 rooms with bathroom and toilet, a huge, very well furnished living room with a separate toilet. There is also...

The house is wonderful, there are amenities, equipped kitchen. It is a pity that there are no fish in the dam, the water level has dropped a lot.
