We stayed at 5 th floor, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is plain and very delicious. How ever we arrived at 01:00 a.m without a booking, it was very difficult to communicate with reception in English. She miss understood we want to get 2 rooms, you must booked before you arrive to hotel. WiFi is too bad at 5th floor.

Extremely friendly staff and very accommodating. Particularly during my evening check in with a lady who could speak Bulgarian, French, English and Spanish brilliantly.
Room was clean and comfortable, great balcony but the bathroom was a little small. I had to sit sideways to use the toilet. Shower was perfect with good pressure and temperature as well as very spacious. I would visit again if ever in Kurdzhali again.

In a city like Krdzali you do not expect a hotel this great. From super fast check-in to the quality of the rooms everything is just perfect. The breakfast was great.
The whole staff is lovely and welcoming.
There is even a tobacco shop on the premises that works almost 24/7 so you can get small items close by.
Connected to the hotel is a night club and a fantastic restaurant.
Highly recommended!

Although, the location is in the city center, just on the river board, there are no views over the river from the rooms but the only you can see is construction buildings. The standard rooms are too small and the bathroom is even smaller. The breakfast and the service are good.

Surprisingly amazing place. It is a 3 *** but the feeling is like it is 5. Booked accidentally as we decided to stay for a night. Headed first to the restaurant for a meal. Amazing service by the staff! All boxes ticked. Great experience and the menu was up to our taste. Then the room: was not really big but nicely designed and made as feel comfortable. Another plus was the available parking place.

The interior is amazing, very cozy, stylish and clean! Soft sheets, nice and practical bath. Lots of parking places and the breakfast is exquisite. As it comes to the price, it is okay in comparison to the quality!!
