Quite noisy in the rooms because it’s next to the main square of the town. Some of the saunas weren’t working at all or were not hot enough. Pool is relatively small and far from the bar. Service is below average. Definitely not worth the price.

This is THE Hotel in Panagyurishte. It's very old, but renovated and very well maintained. It seems that they are constantly upgrading it and even now they are building an additional expansion. With a few minor issues this hotel can easily be recommended with his pools and SPA facilities. One minor issue is that the mineral water in the pools should be way warmer then it is.

Location, a bit away from the town, but beautiful nature and the facilities were great. Very enjoyable to swim in the pool while outside is not so hot.

It's ok ,good indoor swimming pool and a sauna and steam room. Locks on rooms are terrible to open or lock. After asking how late breakfast is answer was at 8.00 . Next morning go there and suddenly it was 8.30 so it depends how late they decided to open that's not ok. The view outside is cool

The rooms were big and furnished as much as needed. There was really fun playground for kids. The food was tasty! Also there was a bbq you can use on your own. We didn't try the swimming pool since the water was still cold, but it looked nice from aside. The owners were really helpful as well. There is a path going up in the forest reaching meadows with wild flowers. Perfect for long or short walks...

Well-renovated hotel, in the woods just above Pirdop with private free parking, inside pool, kids center, sauna, private disco/bar, spacious rooms, good food in the restaurant, nice staff.They have a small park with deer. 4 stars, bacause there is nothing much to do in the area, besides some trails for hiking.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful town. Where to start, some of the best hospitality i've had in Bulgaria! The rooms were clean and very comfortable along with the bathroom. I opted in for the breakfast which was a great choice, delicious! The family are incredibly nice and was a pleasure to meet them and provide their local insights to the area. A must if you are in town.

One of the last remaining decent snack bars in Pazardzhik.

The place is very beautifull and cosy. I loved the food and the polite staff. They even have rooms if you want to rest which are clean and warm. I fully recomend this amazing place!

Garden is lovely, service is fast and attentive. Food is average, there are better Mehana to be found in the area.

Beautiful surroundings, very clean public spaces and a large comfortable family room that would easily sleep 6. The food was delicious, if I had one criticism, it was that there was too much of everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a big bonus.

The location, the pool, the fact we had a separate house for ourselves. The personnel were really nice people. They gave us a barbecue and we used it in the yard.

Comfortable semi-detached houses. Suitable for families with children. The complex is closed and children can ride bikes and play around. The water in the swimming pools was cold for us but there were a lot of people enjoying it. The staff can give BBQ. There is no restaurant in the complex so you have to bring in food and everything so you can prepare your meals. Otherwise the kitchen is supplies...

Nice and calm place. Houses are clean and they have everything that you need for relaxing vacations. 2 swimming pools one for kids and one for adults. One thing that I not like is that they not have restauran and you must take your food from out side of this house complex.

Beautiful place with a great open yard, swimming pool and a playground. Peaceful place situated next to the Rila Mountains. Close to Musala ( highest peak in Bulgaria). Very friendly and hospitable staff.

Hotel is in Chiflik village with open pool in which you can enjoy all night and watch the stars on the sky....the party starts around midnight with lots of alcohol and music. Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath also available...food in the restaurant nothing special. Not quiet at night.

Plenty of parking space. Reception was efficient and always manned. Rooms were ok, bathroom was clearly replaced recently but walls in the bedroom are in need of painting. I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

A very nice pool with not that hot mineral water. There is another smaller pool with different sections ranging from cold to very hot water.
