Quite noisy in the rooms because it’s next to the main square of the town. Some of the saunas weren’t working at all or were not hot enough. Pool is relatively small and far from the bar. Service is below average. Definitely not worth the price.

This is THE Hotel in Panagyurishte. It's very old, but renovated and very well maintained. It seems that they are constantly upgrading it and even now they are building an additional expansion. With a few minor issues this hotel can easily be recommended with his pools and SPA facilities. One minor issue is that the mineral water in the pools should be way warmer then it is.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and the room was spacious. We tried the spa centre and the outdoor pool and overall we were very satisfied with both of them.

Basic but nice and clean rooms. They have excellent customer service as we had major problems with noisy neighbors the first night but they upgraded us for free to the top floor for the second night to solve the noise problem. They also offered us free coffee for the lack of sleep we had the first night!

The location of the hotel is not the best, we had some difficulties finding it through the location set on their Booking page. The check-in can be done late in the night (as in our case we have pre-paid everything). My husband and I took a weekend trip to this area and decided to forgo the usual hotel and stay at a truly authentic location. The house was incredibly beautiful and well maintained. Beautiful place with originally preserved architecture of the late 19th century Bulgarian house. When enter the yard, it feels like an oasis, the athmosphere is amazing. Lovely garden, very well maintained, fresh and green. Rooms are great, so are the people and the service and attention that we got. Special thanks to Maria (the owner) and Sonya, both of them very sweet, who made our stay perfect.

Some of the furniture is a bit old, it's not "sparkling" clean (but it's ok). However, all of this doesn't matter as the hosts are extremely helpful and good people! Also, the room is super spacious and has everything you need. Another plus is the great garden in front of the house.

Great place to spend time with your family during your vacation in Panagyrishte! We will visit it again pretty soon.

The staff was polite. The dinner options were ok. The breakfast was underwelming. Generally, the place lacks atmosphere, it's rather uninviting. It was clean and it can include vauchers for using the SPA at a nearby hotel, which is not the most convenient thing, bit at least you have the option. I would not say that the hotel is more than "Ok".

The hotel is really nice, however the town of Panagyurishte has a very serious problem with the quality of the air. You expect nice and clean air when you go to a place like Panagyurishte, however what you get is extremely polluted air because of wood stoves and fireplaces during the winter. The hotel is built in a great position, the rooms were clean and tidy. We had a suite the top floor which had a nice view. Overall the hotel needs more improvement in the catering department as they were very poor. Breakfast and dinner were an absolute disaster as most of the food wasn't good. The hotel is located in the town centre. All the local amenities are within easy reach. I visited a friend who was staying there. The room was light and clean. The bar area is really nice with outside seating area as well. The service was prompt. The prices are slightly above the average for the town but still very reasonable. Choice of drinks and beverage was good as well. Would gladly visit again

This review is for the restaurant only and not for the hotel. We only visited the restaurant. It is situated in a nice huge back yard. The service is great. They serve the traditional Bulgarian meals with all the standard things you can expect. The staple here seems to be the pork knuckle in a black pepper sauce, which is truly great and quite big. This is highly recommended to try.

It's ok ,good indoor swimming pool and a sauna and steam room. Locks on rooms are terrible to open or lock. After asking how late breakfast is answer was at 8.00 . Next morning go there and suddenly it was 8.30 so it depends how late they decided to open that's not ok. The view outside is cool

A lovely renovated old house, with a revival spirit and kind hosts! A veranda with a wonderful panoramic view, a small picturesque courtyard with many flowers, deckchairs and a swing. Close to the center on foot and by car, and also to the market with many shops. Highly recommend!

Clean and nice place. The hosts have tried to provide the necessary amenities to their guests. Despite the limited space, a bathroom has been built in each room. A unique guest house. The house is comfortable both for rest and for celebrating holidays. There is also a tavern attached to the house, which easily accommodated all 20 of my guests. The villa itself is extremely well maintained, each room has its own bathroom, the rooms are clean. The host is extremely kind. I recommend 100% 🔝🔝🔝

It was a perfect place to stay for 2 nights (quiet, elevated and an easy walk downto the centre through cobblestone streets). Our rooms had balconies with amazing views. We were able to park in front of the property. It was a great base for hiking in the area.

Very nice house. Clean and new rooms, some with a terrace with a wonderful view. They also have a tavern, where in the morning you can prepare breakfast, there is a coffee machine, and in the evening you can gather and have fun. Edi does not have parking spaces, but there is a small square near the house where you can leave your car.

We stayed here about two years ago and really enjoyed our stay in the middle of winter. Good meals and well priced. Enjoyed the fireplace in the dining room.

It has a cozy view of the "second center" of the town. The room is small and way to full with furniture. I love the balcony. The cleaning could definitely do a better job, the smell of chlorine because of the pool its too strong in the house. And the quality of furniture and the size of blankets could go higher. Other than that it is warm and cozy.

The rooms were big and furnished as much as needed. There was really fun playground for kids. The food was tasty! Also there was a bbq you can use on your own. We didn't try the swimming pool since the water was still cold, but it looked nice from aside. The owners were really helpful as well. There is a path going up in the forest reaching meadows with wild flowers. Perfect for long or short walks...

Well-renovated hotel, in the woods just above Pirdop with private free parking, inside pool, kids center, sauna, private disco/bar, spacious rooms, good food in the restaurant, nice staff.They have a small park with deer. 4 stars, bacause there is nothing much to do in the area, besides some trails for hiking.

Nice, calm environment and cosy rooms. The staff was reduced due to the inactive season, but managed to do well. Generally positive experience, but could have been better.

It was clean and neat. The location was great - we felt like we're on top of the town but still everything was close to us. The host is the friendliest and most welcoming one we had this year (we travel a lot!). The breakfast was delicious. We are grateful for this experience.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful town. Where to start, some of the best hospitality i've had in Bulgaria! The rooms were clean and very comfortable along with the bathroom. I opted in for the breakfast which was a great choice, delicious! The family are incredibly nice and was a pleasure to meet them and provide their local insights to the area. A must if you are in town.

Easy and convenient to book, polite staff, clean and comfy rooms. They also offer a breakfast menu, however we did not have the time to try it. Deducting 1 star mostly for authenticity - rooms were modern on the inside, but this may be a plus for some.

Good place for sleeping near the central square and friendly staff. The only issue was with the hot water in the bathroom but it's getting better when waiting a while.
