We had a great time for 3 day total ✨️
The most important aspect is that they're pet friendly 🐕
The garden is very large and you can easily place the chairs on the grass near the river.
Rooms: nice, cozy rooms for two that are cleaned everyday by the staff. It's a quiet place for people with kids.
Food: the pork neck was generally the best. If you opt for breakfast there's almost the same thing everyday, but very tasty.
The winery is a nice, interesting place, having another food menu than the rest of the restaurant.
There's nothing much to do around, but it's a nice place if you want to relax.
For a 50 minutes car ride you can visit Krushuna cascade and a crate.

We had a lovely stay - the staff impressed us with their friendliness - everyone was kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome.
The hotel is set in a peaceful, green area surrounded by nature - perfect for a quiet getaway or exploring the nearby natural sights.
Although the spa wasn't operational yet during our visit, we were more than happy to enjoy the delicious restaurant menu.
A big bonus: the hotel is dog-friendly, which made our stay even more special.

With no doubt - thats the right place in Pleven! Amazing nature, proper food, nice and kind people, comfortable stay.

We were at Kaylaka Park with friends and decided to have lunch in Kaylaka restaurant (as a friend of us was recommended it). Now it's my turn to gshchive recommendations - amazing - wonderful cuisine, clear attention to detail, plating, enough variety of dishes, presenting in a unique way of typical Bulgarian dishes, the products were fresh, last but not least, we were delighted by the service! Don't miss this place! :)

Was at a wedding hosted by this hotel. First thing you are greeted by at the reception are two refrigerators with drinks and shelves full of potato chips. That's absurd! This totally ruined my first impression as I felt like being in a village's shop! Maybe it was because the restaurant had to cook for all guests of the wedding but the food was NOT of quality. The rooms were quite ok, but there was no toilet paper holder and I had to constantly turn to put the paper roll on the water tank! Also the bath tub was not the cleanest. You could definitely see yellowing on the bottom of the tub. Would definitely NOT recommend!

The location is perfect. Much better than the other hotels in town.
Breakfast was okay -the choice was not wide.
Room cleanliness was good, also the beds were comfortable.
The only down side are the pets -this is a pet friendly hotel and there were dogs barking left alone in some of the rooms and that was a bit annoying.

The hotel staff is very rude. Most of them do not understand English and Manager (Vasi) says guest should understand and speak Bulgarian. Clearly they do not want foreign guests in Hotel. Wifi is worst and can not connect ever. Room are not clean, phone does work in room, Manager does not take action on complaint and does not listen also to guests concerns. Breakfast was dry, stale and rubbish. Will not recommend for anyone to stay in the hotel

Beds are extremely hard - the cheapest mattress without a grid beneath, but rather a whole plate making it even more uncomfortable. Even though I booked their deluxe suit, when I complained and asked that I check out 1 day earlier (to have one instead of the two pre-booked nights) they refused to return the money for the night not used. I checked out 1 night earlier anyhow, but it left a very bad impression from the staff and the hotel. It is a spa/forest retreat wanna-be but nothing can be further away from it. Breakfast was meagre at best, rooms old, their bar and dinner not working, the spa still “under construction”. Management - clueless. They could not return the second night with the argument “it was paid by card”. Even though I paid it directly to them without intermediary!

On 26.05.2023, the prom of my school was held in the hotel restaurant. Already at 0:00. the waiters began to clear the still full plates and glasses. Even those who were in front of seated people without asking if they were free. We felt unwelcome and like they wanted to kick us out. For over 120 guests and BGN 108. an envelope per person, such an attitude is unacceptable! We are insulted and disappointed with this service!!!

Room was clean and cosy. The place is a bit far from the town, so if you travel without a car its hard to reach the town. Breakfast was really good i love it (just need to put notes under the dishes so you will not open everything to see what is inside). It wasn't crowded so me and my girlfiend really enjoy our stay there. Really small terrace, no chance to sit there with glass of wine..
