The rooms have enough space, the inner pool has warm water, the food in the restaurant was very delicious but the staff was very slowly. The hotel is in the heart of the mountains and you can have a deep sleep because of the fresh air. I recommend this place for a holiday or a teambuilding! Thank you.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are large and clean. The staff is very polite and professional. And on top of that the food in the restaurant is really really tasty.

Great place, unique nature and very friendly staff. We had a gastronomical discovers of a Bulgarian kitchen at that place. The forests around the hotel makes this place easy to breathe )) in one of the restaurants the best place is near a fireplace when it is cold outside. And of course nice Bulgarian wine and rakia ))

It was a perfect 3 days stay, nice hotel, at a fantastic location and a room view. Very good kitchen at a native Bulgarian restaurant mehana, friendly staff. The swimming pool and the position of it is extraordinary!!! It is like you are at the top of the mountains and nothing around you but the nature. At the evening there is a newly opened night bar, with ambient chillout music and nice cocktails

Clean and quiet place, suitable for a relaxing family holiday. The pool is clean and quite big. The restaurant is not that good though. The breakfast was really poor.

Beautiful surroundings, very clean public spaces and a large comfortable family room that would easily sleep 6. The food was delicious, if I had one criticism, it was that there was too much of everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a big bonus.

Good place for rest and chill in the mountine. Friendly people and service, clean and cosy rooms. The buffet has been a bit sparce with too few oprions, especially for breakfast but the food itself was good.

Amazing mountain view, beautiful and verry well maintained garden and verry nice pool. There is restaurant and small SPA center. Rooms can be improved a lot.

The place is very beautifull and cosy. I loved the food and the polite staff. They even have rooms if you want to rest which are clean and warm. I fully recomend this amazing place!

Garden is lovely, service is fast and attentive. Food is average, there are better Mehana to be found in the area.
