as usual the room was very large, well furnished and extremely comfortable. everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were excellent and the coffee lounge and bar restaurant performed beautifully. it was, as always, to the standard I have expected from the Plaza.

I can't really provide a review on the hotel service itself, since I live in town, but I can point out that their lobby bar, restaurant, cafe and Irish pub are open to the public. Sevlievo is a small town, but this hotel exceeded my expectations! Rooms are comfortable, clean and the service is good. All the staff spoke English, so there were no issues during the stay. Restaurant is good with a large menu and there is also a smaller cafe and an Irish Pub, so plenty of choice. Located just across the road is the main town square that has several restaurants.

Better than sleeping in the car

We unfortunately had to stay overnight in the city and this was the one hotel that was opened during that time. It was late at night, almost midnight, no one answered our first phone call and after the second one the receptionist informed us that it is too late to check-in. Of course the hotel was not full and we were in an emergency so I do not understand what the problem was... She then agreed, price...

We just did a one night stay, a very modern look to this hotel. Clean and tidy but very basic. Breakfast was very good continental style nothing fancy. They did speak English. Location of the hotel is not nice area it looks like a building site and the hotel is not finished. But its ok for a quick stay.

Ok, but that's all. Dirty windows, cold, minimal bathroom. Breakfast marginal. Nothing to eat unless you are 3rd sort of reconstituted meat user. Good coffee.The rest fine

I went there with my girlfriend to watch my rugby team (I was injured). The team was staying at the hotel and we didn't plan to stay for the night. Eventually we decided to stay and there was only one room left. The room was very spacious and warm, the bed was comfy. All and all it was a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel close to the city center. Very clean, nice receptionists, the bathroom we had was very small. On the side of the main road it is a little bit noisy.

A very nice, children friendly and comfortable hotel. Went there for one night, as a couple with a 6 months old baby. Booked on short notice at around noon a double luxury room (70Lv) with breakfast and immediately got offered a child travel bed at the reception. I want to review only the restaurant, we ate here twice . The barbeque is delicious. We tried chicken steak, pork steak, meatball, sausage and everything was juicy and flavourful. Very nice hotels- silence, calmness and very nice staff. This Ongul houses are 3 houses pretty near one each other. In the main house is the reception, the restaurant, horse riding and archery. If was a birthday gift - two nights plus horseback riding lessons. We were left with a good impression of many things: - lovely clean western style provincial rooms - a beautiful and well kept yard, that we shared with a gorgeous mare - polite and friendly staff - good breakfast One star less for the squeaky bed.... But the top of our delight was the horseback riding. Vasil and Rosi are great professionalists...

Wonderful place with enormous size luxury rooms. Food was tasty and the gists were very friendly and accommodating. The village is quite and clean and is a good base to go on short trips around and visit many natural wonders - caves, waterfalls, canions, etc.

A wonderful place to have a nice rest. Big beautiful rooms, good kitchen, huge garden with horses and swimming pool. The owners are sweet and can tell u more about the region.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The guest was very nice and helpful. This place it is from walking distance from center. We had a really nice breakfast in the morning. I would give a minus fro the "old" smell from the rooms and the mattress was really soft (I think they are quite old). It is a fair price for what they offer.

The best place to stay in the area! Comfy rooms with all amenities needed. The restaurant is superb with fresh and delicous cuisine. The location is great, right next to the river and near the Krushuna waterfalls.

My friend and I stayed at this guest house and had the most wonderful experience in a place that was truly ‘home from home’ and so unexpected! The house has a great yard, very well maintained, with many different corners, with spacious and clean rooms, very well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen. The host is very kind and responsive. The panorama is truly unique.

Beautiful place directly at the entrance to the national park / waterfall site. Very nice staff, I would really recommend it.

Ate at the restaurant. Food was pretty good, no complaints there. Got delivered quickly and the staff was nice. However, it loses a bunch of points due to the stray dogs that kept coming up to us while we were eating. Normally I don't mind dogs, but these were highly pesky - they kept sticking their faces into us, the table, the food, and the waiters just smiled and went "they don't bite".

We stayed there on 08.08-11.08.2021. The place is quiet, cozy and pleasant. Despite the lack of air conditioning, at a temperature of plus 40 degrees outside the house was cool and did not feel the heat. Ideal place for rest and relaxation.

The villa is cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay in this beautiful place. The cleanliness was high, the hostess kind.

I like this place very very much! The house is big with a big yard which means that you can bring your go there with your pet (dog). There's a TV in every room and 12 people can sleep in the house. There's good WiFi in the house. Also there's a grill in the yard.

Amazing place! Cozy rooms that face the courtyard and are therefore very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils - exceptional cleanliness! Outside there is a barbecue for wood / coal, and the yard is spacious and very well maintained. Up to 2-3 cars can be parked inside. Mariana is extremely kind and helpful and it is obvious that she invests a lot of love and money in the maintenance...

Amazing place to spend a weekend or a whole week! It is rated as a 1 star guest house, but its comfortable and it has the luxury of a 4-5 stars hotel :) I suggest to have a look at it online or give a call to the owner! Its amazing!!!

The house is beautiful, well -equipted, the host is wonderful and kind. Very clean place and there is a food service too. The guest can order food till 12 at night from the comfort of his room. P.s. the yard is my favorite thing about the house :)

The place it's very well located close to the waterfalls (15 min walking) and our rooms was very clean and cozy. The host it's very attentive and helpful. We definitely recommend this place to visit.

.A hotel located in a beautiful and natural location. A postcard view of the Balcan mountainsi from the room, poolside and restaurant terrace.

Nice place due to it's view and location. It was clean. What I disliked was the small size of the bathroom and the fact that they didn't have any covid measures in the restaurant. Balconies are not fully separated so you can see and hear your neighbors which makes the whole magic of the place a bit uncomfortable.

A bit shabby, but the view is marvellous. Food is simple but fresh and plentiful. It's very quiet and there are plenty of nature hikes and walks in the vicinity, though it's best to hire a car to get to them.

Good rooms @ a good price. The food though, especially the lunch menu, is bad and extremely expensive. For example, the cucumber in the shopska salad (5+ leva) today was probably from an old salad - was already transparent and smelled like it stayed cut in the fridge for a long time.

The place is great. The hotel is middle level. The staff - quite unfriendly. Cleanliness - not good enough. Facilities - limited. Restaurant - poor.

Great place, but with 2 cons: 1. Insufficient hot water in the bathroom, despite the solar collectors 2. 1 liter of mineral water - 4 BGN, maybe because of the lack of an alternative where to buy it nearby. Small but important notes!

Super hotel complex! We spent the New Year holidays here. Accommodation conditions are good. Clean room, warm and has hot water. The restaurant and service were also up to par. Delicious food. The staff is top. If possible, I would also visit during the summer season, there is a swimming pool and the place is nice.

Amazing spot, pictures don't do it justice! Extremely clean, convenient, has all necessary amenities and beyond! The best part were the hosts - made the whe group feel like home. We are definitely coming back for the one of a kind experience!

Almost ideal service: close to the center, on the road to Troyan; space for cars in the yard; the employee is responsive; the pool is clean but cannot be watched underwater, entertainment for children. Notes: the floor of one bathroom is not made properly and there is Wi-Fi only in the front house.

The hotel definitely needs a refresh asap. Also rooms are quite cold. But! Food in the restaurant is homemade like in my grandma's house, people are super polite and make you feel comfortable, view is fantastic... Having bad experience with so many places with horrible service and bad kitchen during the last couple of months, I really could close my eyes about the old school ambient.

A magnificent view of the Balkan mountain. Breathtaking memorable experience, even from the rooms windows. The hotel is quite old and had been going a neverending renovation. There is a swimming pool, also under reconstruction. The food is OK. Pricing is as expected for this type of accommodation.

Really nice experience and tasty food, homemade sausage was amazing and with very original taste! Only cash payment possible and no English menu.

Decent food overall, nice atmosphere, the service was OK. I would only point that we ordered fries which were pretty oily. The waitress said there was nothing wrong with them, but the person who ate them had stomachache afterwards.
