Nice place in a small village on the sea. This family hotel will make you fall in love with its lovely rooms, good owners, the perfect food and the quiet atmosphere.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms. A bit too expensive for Varvara, there is no breakfast included though. The swimming pool is facing the main road, not very pleasant...

Hosts are very kind, food in the restaurant is very delicious.

We only visited the restaurant and did not stay in the hotel but we couldn't have been happier. Everything is fresh, while vegetables are one of the best we've tried at a restaurant for a while. Make sure to try the home made beef meatballs if you like meat.

Great place, the new owners are very friendly, rooms are clean, food is a-m-a-z-i-n-g, veggies are grown in the backyard. We had a great time and we’re definitely coming back.

This is an old hotel that has changed hands only recently. The new owners have completely refurbished this hotel. Great location and great value! Well kept and properly manged hotel! It's just 100 meters from the best cocktail bar in the area and 15 min walk from the beach. Will definitely come back! Parking is easy and breakfast is prepared in the restaurant of the hotel.

Location is great, admittedly the town isn't very big. Place felt well cared for and well looked after. Friends staying at other hotels in town admitted they were envious of this one when they saw our rooms.

It was a great surprise to see such friendly guest, clean rooms, nice garden, great view and new facilities. We discovered a very quiet area with a fantastic garden and luckily for as respectful and quiet customers. Having breakfast and dinner in this garden was such a relaxing time.

Super cosy, clean, plenty of space in the rooms. Made with comfort and functionality in mind. There is a great garden with tables to sit and has extremely well equipped summer kitchen. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Great experience for that price.

Overall it's ok. The rooms are clean but the bathroom are smelly (most probably because of the pipes) and the light bulb in the bathroom was broken and they didn't change it during the stay

Very nice bungalows, next to the stairs to the beach. Clean, tidy, kind host. We had a very good time, we will be back again.

Best hotel we have been in years. Super clean, you can tell it has not been cheaped out when built as almost any other hotel in this class. All is indeed super quiet, even the staff whisper among each other. Location is also top, parking beside the balconies. No remarks whatsoever. Will definitely revisit.

This hotel is a jewel. The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was spacious and super clean. So was the bathroom. They do offer a bed for small children. The beach is just a short walk down the street. The hotel is really close to the town center. There is also a small shop in the next building which is cool if you want to get something to eat or drink. We were very happy during our stay there...

The hotel is situated in a very convenient area. It's 5 minutes away from the beach and 4 minutes away from the centre. The staff was exceptional. Staff was really helpful and pleasant. Food was great and variety was good. Room was nice and clean. Had a kids play area, and an outside dining area overlooking the beautiful sea. Would recommend.

Ambience is nice, food as well. Proper restaurant. One of the few restaurants where you can still catch a table in top occupancy time in Ahtopol. However, service is slow (not bad, just slow - only two people clocking many km). It was a very good experience at that Hotel, the services.... everything. Mixed with the story of old from the Gods time, probably is the best city for proposing of marriage !

Good location. They let us stay with the dog, that was a big advantage for us. The place is clean, the view is just amazing (it’s nice to have a balcony in the room)

Location: , many stores around, 5 mins to beach walking distance. Rooms : clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. There is nice small garden outside in the yard, again very good equipped. Nevertheless very friendly host. Good price. Pets allowed. I recommend it.

We liked the room (located on the 5th floor). The terrace was spacious with a great view of the sea. The parking lot they pointed out to us was almost inaccessible for a low car (the entrance to it was steep with huge stones). For four nights, they did not change anything, nor did they clean. They were generally accommodating, but we didn't ask them for much.

Very clean and comfortable. We visited in September and had to leave during extreme weather conditions and closed roads. The staff were very kind, they called us after we left and offered us to come back.

The place was so nice! It felt so cosy and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and let us leave our bags early as we arrived quite early in Ahtopol. I cannot recommend this place enough! It was great for children as well!

Everything was more than great. The room was big as well as the terrace, which also had a sea view and a place to sit and enjoy the mornings or get some fresh air. A kettle, coffee machine and tap beer in the kitchen on the parter. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the building and close by.

Our room was spacious and had everything available for a pleasant stay. It was cleaned every day. The yard is shady and peaceful, with a summer kitchen attached to it, which can also be used. The house is on a quiet street and close to the center. We recommend with both hands!

The house is actually across the street. It's very clean. Our room was northerly and cool perfect for summer, we didn't have to run the air conditioner. It is close to the center and the main pedestrian street. Excellent price. I haven't tried the rooms, but the restaurant is great - the service is on point and the food is delicious! ( Try the 'Beef tongue in butter'! )

Good cheap food, very slow service due to being always full, but if you have the patience to wait it is well worth the wait.

My rating for the restaurant, which is under nevzracnica his appearance hides a very nice kitchen extremely realistcly on the black sea our prices.

The location was perfect, close enough to the town's center and to the coast, but in a quiet area. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was perfect for a family. The summer kitchen was a great bonus.
