The Juniper Hotel & Bistro

Beautiful mountain views from our room. The rooms definitely need some upgrades, they were pretty small and rustic compared to what the website made them seem like. The mini fridge also barely worked which was disappointing for us to enjoy some beverages in our room for our anniversary. Service could be better as we had asked ahead of time for champagne glasses in our room, then when we asked again after arrival we were told they only had wine glasses. Ice access is only available until 8 pm because that's when the restaurant closes, so no later night food options available either. Which is also super early for a Saturday to be closed. Hot tub was alright, we were able to enjoy it to ourselves though it wasn't super hot and did get quite buggy out later in the evening. Having the ebike rentals were a nice addition. Overall it was ok but definitely not what I was expecting for quality of rooms and available amenities onsite.

Room is abit too dark. Bathroom drainage was poor (including sink, bathtub and toilet). Hair dryer was faulty.
