It was amazing experience. I planned a surprise birthday for my wife and with the help of Sunny I was able to manage everything. Definitely visiting again. Even at the restaurant the chef went above and beyond to prepare our dish as per our desire. I recommend anyone who wishes to have a get away with family. Extremely enjoyed our stay here. Cleanliness rating 9/10. The views and the ambience of the hotel are GORGEOUS. Breakfast is great. This is such a beautiful hotel. It is out of town but with the free bus and the very accommodating concierge/bell desk we had no issues getting about. The bell desk go above and beyond & are totally amazing giving lifts with ski gear to get you to places on time or after a shop. Thank you also to housekeeping for looking after us. Valet was horrible, no help so we self parked. Check in personnel was great. In room dining was fabulous, restaurant staff was fabulous, but the rooms are dated. Very clean and spacious room, We liked in particular the casual lobby area where you can spent your evening playing board games or even eat your own food. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The massive fireplace crackling in the lobby was so inviting. The little house situated in the middle of buildings was so interesting and unique. The free parking was awesome and we were able to easily walk or use transit to visit most of the sites we were eager to see. The rooftop hot pools were amazing after a full day of exploring Banff.

Juniper is an assuming hotel. It is a clean and well maintained vintage hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. While there may be no elevator to the second floor and no pool, they have the most AMAZING unobstructed panoramic views of the mountains. Truly breathtaking.
