I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the Marriott hotel in downtown Calgary. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions and dining options. The service was exceptional - from check-in to check-out, every staff member was friendly, professional, and eager to assist.

A beautiful hotel, located right in the heart of downtown.
It is easy to find as it is literally across the street from the Calgary Tower. What I really love here is that they have valet parking. Sometimes finding street parking nearby can be difficult so you can offload the stress onto them and have their valet service take care of you.
Inside is well decorated and comfortable. Everything is designed to allow you to unwind.
On the second floor they have the Kensignton Ballroom for presentations or events.
The front desk is a tad understated and located in an odd place that is easy tobmias and creates line ups.
I love the 2 way fireplace in the lobby here. It just disarms you from the day's tribulations.

This was my first time in Calgary. I can’t say enough about my time here at the Marriott. The staff made my stay exceptional. From top to bottom, their GM Glenn and all of his staff went above and beyond with their hospitality. The location of the hotel is perfect as well. Everything is in walking distance. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Calgary. Thank you all again. Until next time!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The view from the 10th floor is fantastic. Worth a five star except for the bathroom privacy. Designers who thought a barn door style door for a bathroom was a great option were only looking at styling. If you are concerned at all about sounds and smells, this hotel is not for you. I was on a group tour, so I do not have an opinion regarding the desk service. The bartenders at the saloon, however, are amazing! The Old Fashions are a must have!!

My stay here during the Calgary Marathon weekend was exceptional! The hotel provided a free shuttle on race morning. The lobby is beautiful and so cozy and welcoming (smells amazing too!). The room is spacious. I'm not used to being in a place where it's still so light out at 9pm. Thankfully the curtains are blackout and I could go to bed at my usual early time with no problem. I thought the location was perfect. There's a fridge so I walked to the closet grocery store one morning to stock up on some of my favorite things. The gym isn't too large but has all the basics and it was empty the morning I went. I'd highly recommend and would stay here again if I ever come back to Calgary!

Excellent staff and wonderful accommodations right in the heart of downtown Calgary. Agree with Rob H. on Murrieta's. That place is so good. Also, Rise cafe on 9th has great coffee.

The room was very comfortable, just a couple of details, first day the linens or covers of the bed had hairs, same as the towel and the shower, the next days had no problems. I had to ask for a bottle of water everyday, cause I had none in my room. And my friend who made the reservation, got a double charge, later on, the personal from the front desk apologize and solved the problem. It's a nice hotel and the personal is very welcoming, the restaurant had really good food, mostly the breakfast is very good, just take a bit to long to get your order. The location is great! Just across the Calgary Tower. Beautiful views from anywhere!

Stayed here for a conference. Hotel itself is very nice and centrally located. Lots of amenities.
If you encounter a booking problem, this is where your fun will start! The staff working the front desk and their manager definitely do not have the necessary tools required to solve simple issues. Good luck!

Great hotel downtown Calgary! Have stayed here many times for work and I find Rooms are spacious and have good amenities. The desks inside the rooms are very comfortable and have good connection for chargers and computer screens. They are also generous with their upgrades to suites for Marriot platinum and above members.
The bar in the lobby has good food and they serve a good variety of old fashions. For their old fashions, They burn barks of various types of wood and use the smoke to cover the glass before mixing your cocktail! I recommend!
