The Westin Calgary
Calgary, 320 4th Ave SW 🧭 Map
Check-in was fast, room was clean, sheets were soft, shower pressure was amazing, breakfast was solid, great stay overall.
Came to Calgary to visit friends, and booked this hotel out of trust in Marriott. The actual experience was quite good. The room is a little small, but it is still okay for one person. The hotel breakfast is very good, whether it is buffet or ordered. I had to catch a very early flight on the last day, and the kitchen helped me pack a portion before. The front desk staff who helped me order food in...
The receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!
Everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.
I have been staying at the Westin for many years and enjoy the location and cleanliness. If you use Trip, you might be able to get free breakfast, which is otherwise very expensive. And of course, Westin heavenly beds! And self-park which is nicer than valet.
Nice location. Easy access to everywhere

Service was fast and accurate for both in-room and at the restaurant. Check-in and check-out was swift. The doorman/valet and bell team are very friendly, gave great advice about where to go around the hotel while the concierge wasn’t there. Bathroom was small, but clean and everything you need is there. Highly recommend.
The hotel enjoys an excellent location and is very convenient for all kinds of activities. The hotel staff helped me retrieve the lost items and the hotel service is very good.
The Bathroom in the accessibility room is the only problem as for wheelchair user, it is difficult to reach the full size of the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
The shower chair and the bottles were too fair and I almost fell in the shower.
This Fairmont is located next to Calgary's main landmark tower. The hotel has a history of a hundred years, but there are few old photos showing the history. Parking at the hotel is not free and is very expensive at $55 per day. The hotel as a whole is relatively small, with few public places.
The 30-square-meter room is good in size and has newer facilities. The bathroom is small, the toilet and shower facilities are old, and the bathroom fan is noisy! Everything else is good, worth recommending!
Very satisfied with everything. Parking and luggage delivery are free. Hot water is even provided. Satisfied Very satisfied with everything. Parking and luggage delivery are free. Hot water is even provided. Four-star location is also good

Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel
Calgary, 110 9th Avenue SE 🧭 Map
A beautiful hotel, located right in the heart of downtown.
It is easy to find as it is literally across the street from the Calgary Tower. What I really love here is that they have valet parking. Sometimes finding street parking nearby can be difficult so you can offload the stress onto them and have their valet service take care of you.
Inside is well decorated and comfortable. Everything is designed...
This was my first time in Calgary. I can’t say enough about my time here at the Marriott. The staff made my stay exceptional. From top to bottom, their GM Glenn and all of his staff went above and beyond with their hospitality. The location of the hotel is perfect as well. Everything is in walking distance. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Calgary. Thank you all again. Until next time!
The room was very comfortable and clean. The view from the 10th floor is fantastic. Worth a five star except for the bathroom privacy. Designers who thought a barn door style door for a bathroom was a great option were only looking at styling. If you are concerned at all about sounds and smells, this hotel is not for you. I was on a group tour, so I do not have an opinion regarding the desk service...
My stay here during the Calgary Marathon weekend was exceptional! The hotel provided a free shuttle on race morning. The lobby is beautiful and so cozy and welcoming (smells amazing too!). The room is spacious. I'm not used to being in a place where it's still so light out at 9pm. Thankfully the curtains are blackout and I could go to bed at my usual early time with no problem. I thought the location...
I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the Marriott hotel in downtown Calgary. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions and dining options. Hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the restaurants and park.
Our rental car is just next to the hotel.
I will definitely stay here again when I am in Calgary.
We love the location (next to great Asian food in malls) and a short walk to a river side. The room was also comfy!
The breakfast here was also good with hearty serving. You can select a main with adds-on from the breakfast menu.
Unfortunately, there was a hiccup during our stay. We obtained approval to shift one morning's inclusive breakfast to another morning due to early morning tour departure...
All good in general! It would be better if there’s slipper, and kettle to boil the water.

Everything with the stay was perfect.
The hotel was easy to access and near to everything.
Everything staff was easy to talk to and helpful .
I had lunch, and short Ribs was yummy .
The hotel is right next to the us consulate general in Calgary, and also the front desk service are nice. Even I checked out , they still keep my suitcase for me.
I loved the service, they really cared about accommodating my disability. Room was spotless and they moved the sofa away from the window so I could enjoy the view more.
Great experience. Would return.
A great hotel with wonderful service. I spent the full day working from the room and then enjoyed the amenities after. Incredible staff at the front desk and were able to check me in early.

Cleanliness friendly atmosphere and friendly staff
Nice clean rooms, check in staff were great. My feeling was that, this hotel is double the price of most hotels in the area. Although it is fairly new, it’s rooms are small, pool area is small, and there is no included breakfast. My stay was good although left me wondering why I spent an extra $120/night to stay here?
Recently stayed here for 10 days. The hotel is very nice. Its clean and inviting. The staff is great. The laundry isn't expensive. They have a nice variety of snack foods and drinks by the front desk. The pool has a waterside. On my first and 4th night, the hot tub wasn't hot and when I told them, they had someone come right away to fix it. Secure elevators and doors. Nice wide hallways, luggage carts...
We stayed in the King Suite, the room was nice and tidy, loved the shower, plenty of space for a family of four. The kids enjoy the pool and the 2 storey water slide while the adults are in the hot tub. Bed and furniture were comfy and you have ample space to do some office work. Our room also had a nice view outside. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.
Staff were efficient and friendly at check-in and check-out. The room was clean and beautifully organized. We had a view of the downtown city, they had dove soaps and lotions for your use. I requested a chocolate or something on the pillow to celebrate our engagement and they went above and beyond. They put rose petals all over the bed all the way to the door, along with towel folded swans “kissing...
Very modern, new and clean hotel. Beautiful interior design with attention to details. Beside an auto mall, Ikea, coffee shops and restaurants.
Has a heated underground parking.
The pool and hot experience was really good. They don't provide a towel robe though.
Rooms were beautifully designed, big size, with high ceiling
Overall a very good experience and I will go back again for sure.

My husband, son & I stayed here for one night. The location is great. It’s near to restaurants, the city and airport. The hotel is pretty clean and so was our room and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay. I will be back even to try the food and stay a night or two. Thanks again to the staff it was an amazing experience.
Visiting from Winnipeg: this was a great hotel and I would stay here again. Room was spacious, had extra pillows and blankets which was appreciated as I’m always cold. Was clean and had friendly service
I stayed here for two nights. On the first night there was no hot water so I couldn't take a shower, but on the second night I was finally able to take a shower.
Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today!
It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so
minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification...
The Hotel is beautiful. From the main entrance, to the rooms and the Little Chief restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Love the design elements of the room! We chose Indigenous courses that were excellent,...
Stayed one night while we attended the Burton Cummings concert there. Having done this same routine for attending concerts several times now over the years I do feel that the rooms are seeming to become a bit dated and have a used feeling to them for the price. Smooth great service from front desk to all the staff, great room and clean, it gave us the space needed to unwind after a stressful flight. I loved.
I've stayed here several times when I have had to leave on a flight from YYC early the next morning and it never disappoints. The location is unbeatable: it's basically right next to check-in for the most common major airlines, you don't even have to step outside. The view from the rooms overlooking the airport gates/runways never gets old! The breakfast in the lounge was excellent on my most recent...
First time staying at Marriott Hotel Airport. Very warm welcome by MOLLY. Not only she just welcomed but upgraded our room for good view without being requesting.Incredible Marriott. Excellent customer service and happy employees. This also had one of the best value Elite status I’ve ever had; I’ll be returning just because of that.
This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed at and it is INSIDE the terminal. If you are flying to/from the US, it is just around the corner from arrivals and departures. The staff is outstanding, the room are incredibly clean, and the airport views are really cool. The lounge food and staff are also incredible. We will always stay at this location on our first and last night when we visit Alberta
Arrived as a late flight in, the check in process was flawless. Their team advised all the necessary details, food was quick that we ordered for delivery to our room. Food was excellent, hot and fresh.
The room was very clean, fresh and beds were very comfortable.

We have a great experience so far. The receptionist and maintenance staff especially OG are very helpful and diligent. This place also has a great location and view with the common and amenities areas are awesome and welcoming, they are a big plus to the experience of living here.
Whenever we have had any issues in our apartment over the past year, Ogie has always been there to help in a moments notice. This includes driving to our place at night on the weekends if we are ever in need of assistance. Big thanks to him and his team for being so on top of things.
Safety area in Downtown, so close to city train and park
Friendly neighbours, professional and client oriented administration
And my personal “thank you” to the maintenance department. My problem was solved on time and in very professional manner. Thank you so much :)
Good place to stay in Downtown
The rooms are the size of some 1BR apartments. We chose the International on rates alone and certainly weren't expecting such a luxurious experience. The views from some rooms can be poor, but the accommodations themselves more than make up for it. Staff were always pleasant, and the concierge service was accommodating of some unusual requests. Will absolutely be returning the next time I'm in...
Nice place, staff was friendly and helpful. The moxie's attached was not too busy so service was excellent.

The hotel is relatively new with fresh clean rooms, all the expectations you would see from a Hilton hotel chain. The restaurant is good and service all round was fantastic.
The location is a little far from the main entertainment area, about a 8-10mins walk, you do have to avoid the homeless hangout areas, but is mostly ok.
This hotel has maintained a high quality service staff and a well maintained product for the last six years of my usage! Even through Covid, they survived and came out of it, from a customer’s perspective, like nothing ever happened!

Great value for the rate. Breakfast was simple but tasty.
We did not try the pool.
We had some issues with our hotel room door being hard to close properly and loosely installed towel hangers in the bathroom.
Staff was super friendly about it all though!
Also noise levels can be quite loud being located in the downtown area with thin windows, just for your info.
When booking was told there was parking. There was no parking. Ended up having to find parking four blocks away and walking with all my luggage at 11:30 pm.
