Calgary, 133 9th Avenue Southwest 🧭 Map
Service was fast and accurate for both in-room and at the restaurant. Check-in and check-out was swift. The doorman/valet and bell team are very friendly, gave great advice about where to go around the hotel while the concierge wasn’t there. Bathroom was small, but clean and everything you need is there. Highly recommend.
The hotel enjoys an excellent location and is very convenient for all kinds of activities. The hotel staff helped me retrieve the lost items and the hotel service is very good.
The Bathroom in the accessibility room is the only problem as for wheelchair user, it is difficult to reach the full size of the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The shower chair and the bottles were too fair and I almost fell in the shower.
This Fairmont is located next to Calgary's main landmark tower. The hotel has a history of a hundred years, but there are few old photos showing the history. Parking at the hotel is not free and is very expensive at $55 per day. The hotel as a whole is relatively small, with few public places.
The 30-square-meter room is good in size and has newer facilities. The bathroom is small, the toilet and shower facilities are old, and the bathroom fan is noisy! Everything else is good, worth recommending!
Very satisfied with everything. Parking and luggage delivery are free. Hot water is even provided. Satisfied Very satisfied with everything. Parking and luggage delivery are free. Hot water is even provided. Four-star location is also good

The Delta Hotel Calgary Downtown combines convenience, comfort, and an excellent location in the heart of Calgary. With on-site parking for a fee, it’s an ideal choice for travelers planning a road trip to Banff or exploring the city. The hotel’s central location is perfect for discovering downtown Calgary, with Chinatown and a variety of dining, shopping, and attractions just steps away. The friendly...
Hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the restaurants and park. Our rental car is just next to the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Calgary.
We love the location (next to great Asian food in malls) and a short walk to a river side. The room was also comfy! The breakfast here was also good with hearty serving. You can select a main with adds-on from the breakfast menu. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup during our stay. We obtained approval to shift one morning's inclusive breakfast to another morning due to early morning tour departure...
All good in general! It would be better if there’s slipper, and kettle to boil the water.
We liked our stay at this hotel, the staff we very responsive, the breakfast was delicious.

The room is big, the facilities are new, and it is a very good experience.
Property not sparkling new, but nice and clean. Some confusion and delay checking in. Bed linens crisp, bathroom lovely and recently remodeled. Vending machine failed, but the desk brought me a bottle of cold water. I couldn’t readily understand how to operate the thermostat. It was ancient. I struggled to find a USB outlet, but there two in the top of the small alarm clock. The sports bar was...
The environment is elegant, clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful, it is worth recommending
Had the buffet at Green's restaurant. The staff we fantastic. Very hard working, polite and friendly. They were always there to ensure we had everything we wanted. Nice to sit outside up on the deck above the pool. Nice senior's discount too. The 7 of us enjoyed the good variety of breakfast food and desserts all the way to 2:00 pm.
Our family stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. The whole place is clean. The housekeepers were very friendly and they even put my daughter's stuffies on her bed. The free breakfast buffet are filling and good too. We didn't get to try the pool since the weather wasn't good the time we stayed there. Overall, it's a family friendly hotel. Would definitely recommend!
Very enjoyable experience, is most definitely high class. They don't have a free continental breakfast. At one point in time it looks like they may have but not sure. Rooms where very clean, bathroom had 1 long hair in the shower, and the shower door leaked unfortunately. Beds are very comfy, not too soft, pillows where way to big.

Good overall, just needs to be a bit cleaner. It also gets pretty loud at night. You can hear a loud noise every time someone opens their door, which is really disruptive. Someone should definitely look into that. Otherwise, it’s a nice location
Excellent value and convenient if you have to layover for early morning or connecting flights.
Check in and check out was swift and provides free parking. Location very convenient to the airport
Great value for a short term stay near the YYC, with turn off from major road BarlowTrail NE. The front entrance is a bit confusing if approaching from the rear industrial area. Staff were friendly and professional, usual hotel damage deposit and person staying in expectation. The room was very spacious and clean, although a bit dated. Was clean and had friendly service
I stayed here for two nights. On the first night there was no hot water so I couldn't take a shower, but on the second night I was finally able to take a shower.
Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification...
The Hotel is beautiful. From the main entrance, to the rooms and the Little Chief restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Love the design elements of the room! Each staff encounter was excellent, they always exhibited a high level of customer service. Really appreciated the dining experience! Again the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We chose Indigenous courses that were excellent,...
Stayed one night while we attended the Burton Cummings concert there. Having done this same routine for attending concerts several times now over the years I do feel that the rooms are seeming to become a bit dated and have a used feeling to them for the price. Really miss the offers where you could purchase as a package for the room and concert tickets along with breakfast for a fair price.

my dad said 'it is so nice and cozy place' so this is one of the nicest place.
I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Hotel. The rooms are impressively quiet, allowing for a restful experience. I particularly appreciated the larger-than-usual fridge and microwave, which made it convenient to store food while sharing the space with a roommate. The complimentary breakfast is quite elaborate, with a rotating selection each day that includes different types of potatoes, meats...
We had a very comfortable stay here in this lovely looking suite. A lamp was not working and the keurig was a bit fussy but otherwise things were great. Pool was nice and clean, room service order was tasty, jacuzzi worked well and the shower was nice too. The beds were soft and the pillows were good quality. We had a nice visit. Don’t make the same mistake we did and show up late to the breakfast...
I stayed at the Best Western Plus Village Park Inn on a busy fall weekend and was very happy with my experience. The staff was very kind and helpful, the location is great, and the hotel is in great shape. The parking was very convenient and breakfast was good! The two complaints I have are that the blackout curtains don’t fully close so we had a light from the parking shining right into the room...
I took a star off because it wasn't mentioned anywhere in their advertising that the hot tub is closed. Supposedly to support Calgary water restrictions, yet tge pool is open. Otherwise it is a very nice place with a novel atrium arrangement. Rooms were well appointed and quiet, considering the potentially noisy area. Included breakfast was very generous and in a nice dining area. Front desk staff...

the service was good we didn't do much but from what we experienced the staff were nice and the check in and check out was fast the food was fine the buffet breakfast had little choices but it made up with the taste it was clean and when you can't choose what to eat for dinner at the hotel restaurant there is a starbucks mcdonalds A&W and a subway so more food options
Still havr some rooms for improvement
These guys took such good care of us and our guests at our wedding. What a fantastic event. Literally the best buffet I've ever had. And the honeymoon suite was worth every penny.
Another great stay at the Four Points By Sheraton Calgary West, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Very much a winner in all areas of service. The front desk is especially a highlight and the presentation of the hotel is solid. Friendly staff and great facility. Great place to stay. Food was amazing!
Perfect location to explore the city. Services and amenities are great and also a great deal. Highly recommend.
Not bad hotel stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. The climate control in the building and room are a bit wonky. The rooms are extremely dry; you have control of heat/AC/ air flow but not humidity. Secondly, the heat in the corridors is unreasonably warm (especially given that it only early fall). Lastly, the location is in a high traffic area so driving is a little tight. Surprisingly...
The stay was nice, the rooms are quiet, the beds comfortable and clean and the water for a shower can get piping hot if you like that kinda thing. There's a nice size pool, though it's a little on the cool side. They seem to be pet friendly too, so that's a plus, not that we took advantage. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would recommend anyone to stay there
Went to an event here! Spent the night before at the hotel! Great service! Food was delicious! Price so spend the night was decent!
This is a great location for a hotel. The bartenders are beautiful and entertaining. The guest services are very helpful as well. The only issue is the elevator not going directly to the front desk. This place isn't centrally located, however, it is next to a plaza with good restaurants! Service was good too. Clean.
Great location. The free airport shuttle both directions was nice.
The swimming pool has a slide and the children like it very much. We arrived late and the management specially arranged for the children to play for a while. It was very nice. The breakfast variety was not very large but it was ok. The facilities and hygiene were good. Recommended
The room has an old appearance, carpet and furniture, but in general the quality-price ratio is good, it is a property to spend the night, there are no luxuries.
Quick and easy checkin and checkout process. We were staying on a non-smoking floor, and we unfortunately had the worst smells of ********* flooding into our room. We called down to front desk, who were going to look into it. Nothing done about it. Advised front desk at checkout of the situation and they didn’t seem to care. Other than that. Was a good location for us too.
The overall evaluation is OK, but the facilities are a bit old and the air conditioner is a bit loud. I don't know what to say to make up the word count, so I'll just say a few words, don't pay too much attention.

Great experience here and good staff. Walkable distance. Various choices of breakfast.
It's a cheap and clean hotel in downtown Calgary. The room was clean and well-heated, so it was warm. The location was also in the center of downtown, so it was easy to go anywhere. In particular, they provided a free breakfast, and it was really delicious! I'll stay here next time I come to Calgary ㅎㅎ
Thank you for kindly upgrading our room. There are many delicious restaurants in the area, and it is very convenient for sightseeing. The bedding was also very comfortable.
Very nice, and we were upgraded to a suite. There is a beautiful park near the hotel, and the Calgary Library is in the park. Breakfast is also good. Parking is behind the hotel, because the entrance is a one-way street, the hotel concierge will park for you 🅿️. Before leaving, tell them 20 minutes in advance, they will drive the car over, or you can drive directly to the backyard.

The staff is attentive, rooms are clean and well-stocked, and the location is great. The lobby is relaxing, and the hotel is pet-friendly, even for larger dogs. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations for a modern look in 2025. The staff, especially front desk administrator Melissa, are very kind and helpful with bookings and local information.
Top notch service and accommodations! Melissa was working the front desk when we made a last minute booking with Expedia and the booking we made was actually sold out. First of all, I think this place understands itself very well and provides all amenities wonderfully. I think that the price just slowly gets to a point where you must judge the convenience and cost of it versus other areas.
