Everything was great for the one night we stayed. It was the 3rd Fairmont on our itinerary, and the service and facilities are top notch. Had the buffet at Green's restaurant. The staff we fantastic. Very hard working, polite and friendly. They were always there to ensure we had everything we wanted. Nice to sit outside up on the deck above the pool. Nice senior's discount too. The 7 of us enjoyed the good variety of breakfast food and desserts all the way to 2:00 pm.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. The whole place is clean. The housekeepers were very friendly and they even put my daughter's stuffies on her bed. The free breakfast buffet are filling and good too. We didn't get to try the pool since the weather wasn't good the time we stayed there. Overall, it's a family friendly hotel. Very enjoyable experience, is most definitely high class. They don't have a free continental breakfast. At one point in time it looks like they may have but not sure. Rooms were very tiny, We got top floor room so the view was very beautiful but the rooms were small and not even a closet in the room. There was just a small space to hang few coats. Beds were so soft which caused back pain. Breakfast is the main point why i rated 3, this is the worst breakfast i have ever had in a stay hotel, tasteless.

The staff are great,room was okay. The only issue I have is the TV service did not have any local channels on it. I informed the front desk on Sunday and still on Wednesday still no local channels. I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in Canada that did not have local channels.

Love this hotel! They were able to give me late check out so I can work. The rooms are nice and clean as expected from Hilton. The staff is very friendly. The airport pick up is also 24hrs just had to call when you arrive. The all day free coffee is great if your working. Breakfast had bacon! I never seen bacon in a hotel breakfast. The shuttle driver even gave tips what to see and do in Banff.

The staff and the rooms are amazing! We stayed in the king suite and it was a fantastic room with all the amenities you could want. The airport shuttle is reliable, clean and comfortable. The downside here is breakfast. The offering isn't bad, but the juices are extremely watered down and it is all just disposable cups, plates and cutlery! This seems very strange for a hotel that's in room amenities...

Our King room was very modern and clean. Came with a sofa in the room which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend staying here. The breakfast was a nice selection of muffins, eggs, bread, bagel, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt etc. My only complaint is that 9:00am is a bit early to end breakfast.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. Stayed in the jacuzzi suite. Only thing I want to complain about is the hair found in the bed sheets and the jacuzzi. We were too tired from our long drive that we didn’t bother with letting front desk know or to get switched to a different room. Good thing we brought our extra bed sheet to put on top, between the bed and blankets. I had to scrub the jacuzzi again before...

Always enjoy our stay here and we've stayed here quite a bit in the last few yrs. Pool water is fairly warm, it has a slide the kids love. There breakfast is usually pretty good with lots of options. The staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating

Dated but clean rooms with friendly staff. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds with terrible pillows. The breakfast is your basic free breakfast, but "freshly" baked muffins were stale, and the yogurts were about to expire. It's close to the airport and easy to get into downtown Calgary- great for a one night stop.

Rooms were nice and clean . The front desk lady was good they let us check in early to avoid the first snow in calgary . My only bad experience was the old guy hovering around the breakfast table to make sure you weren't eating too much .

We were there for business and the staff was very accommodating. We had a flight to leave at 9pm so we didn't really need to book another night but they still let us stay and use the amenities. I will definitely stay here when I come to Calgary!

It's a 2 star hotel..... I made my booking online right after I arrived and got a better price compared to the price at the desk. Room was spacious. Carpet had some stains but the bedsheets were clean. The hotel was quiet too. It was on the 4th floor. The location is not directly on the bus route so I had to walk a few minutes under the rain. Breakfast was nice with reasonable cold and hot options...

Excellent rooms and staff are wonderful. Will always stay here when in Calgary as they are very accommodating and the price is good. Location is close to airport and shuttle service is very good.

This was a great hotel to stay at with my dog. Close to everything you could imagine, shopping wise. They have a pool that was mostly empty the whole time we were there. Nice front desk ppl. And really clean rooms.

Screaming from the ceiling about how the staff is exceptional, the rooms are clean and functional, and the location is great as my dog is at the vet nearby and they had recommended this location. It was an excellent room for training. The food (which came in three stages through out an 8 hour day) was delicious and varied. The staff were quick to clean while not interrupting the training. Room was comfortable.

I just recently spent two days at the Sandman Hotel, I checked in very late on Friday night and there was a young man named Jacob at the counter he was extremely helpful and very cordial. The room were very clean, the suite I stayed in very nice and updated.

Ok my experience with Sandman was lovely. Kind and polite staff. Front desk people were helpful and cheerful! Conveniently located by the airport and multiple restaurants. The pool and hot tub are fantastic size for just tiring out little ones before bed. The rooms were clean and comfy and the maintaince man was great too we had him replace a light bulb for us. The front desk staff is extremely kind and patient.

We really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights while attending a family wedding. The bed was super comfortable, and there was ample seating and lighting. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were nice touches. There was one night missing in our reservation, however the check in clerk resolved that, albeit at the new rate. Scary that it was confirmed in my RSVP account, and never showed up in their system...

First night stay, prior to leaving for our holiday on April 12th, the room was very unsatisfactory. Soft bed, way too hot room, which couldn't be adjusted, and other issues. The staff are friendly, the room are small but have everything you need. I only used the hotel for a one night layover. The shuttle service was super handy and convenient. The room we had was clean and had all the amenities I was looking for, would definitely stay here again, thank you.
