Everything was great for the one night we stayed. It was the 3rd Fairmont on our itinerary, and the service and facilities are top notch. Our stay was smooth and the staff were friendly and accomodating. Eventhough we didn't get complimentary slippers when we arrived they sent it right away when we requested it. Far from the city, great service at the restaurants and bars and buffet. Keep in mind there is an indoor smoking area so the smell naturally spreads so if you're not a fan of the smell then you probably shouldn't be there. Had the buffet at Green's restaurant. The staff we fantastic. Very hard working, polite and friendly. They were always there to ensure we had everything we wanted. Our family stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. The whole place is clean. The housekeepers were very friendly and they even put my daughter's stuffies on her bed. Rooms were very tiny, We got top floor room so the view was very beautiful but the rooms were small and not even a closet in the room. There was just a small space to hang few coats. My experience was great! The rooms are more than enough, its super clean, and comfortable. Included was a breakfast (lots of choices) complementary coffee all day. There was a little snack shop in the hotel if you wanted to purchase. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this hotel.

Heated underground parking and great breakfast options are two highlights. Rooms are modern and staff is friendly. Pool and jacuzzi are nice too. We forgot toothpaste and they had some complimentary. I would recommend staying there.

Nice place to relax. Swimming pool has waterside as well which was the highlight of our stay. Our kids loved the water slide and didn't want to leave.

Always enjoy our stay here and we've stayed here quite a bit in the last few yrs. Pool water is fairly warm, it has a slide the kids love. There breakfast is usually pretty good with lots of options. The staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating

Dated but clean rooms with friendly staff. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds with terrible pillows. The breakfast is your basic free breakfast, but "freshly" baked muffins were stale, and the yogurts were about to expire. It's close to the airport and easy to get into downtown Calgary- great for a one night stop.

Rooms were nice and clean . The front desk lady was good they let us check in early to avoid the first snow in calgary . My only bad experience was the old guy hovering around the breakfast table to make sure you weren't eating too much .

We were there for business and the staff was very accommodating. We had a flight to leave at 9pm so we didn't really need to book another night but they still let us stay and use the amenities. I will definitely stay here when I come to Calgary!

It's a 2 star hotel..... I made my booking online right after I arrived and got a better price compared to the price at the desk. Room was spacious. Carpet had some stains but the bedsheets were clean. The hotel was quiet too. It was on the 4th floor. The location is not directly on the bus route so I had to walk a few minutes under the rain. It was an excellent room for training. The food (which came in three stages through out an 8 hour day) was delicious and varied. The staff were quick to clean while not interrupting the training. Room was comfortable.

I just recently spent two days at the Sandman Hotel, I checked in very late on Friday night and there was a young man named Jacob at the counter he was extremely helpful and very cordial. The room were very clean, the suite I stayed in very nice and updated.

I was taking a worshop held at the hotel. The space was nice but a bit cramped. Otherwise, the space worried ok.

Staff were great! Room was also spacious and even had a small kitchenette area. The reason for the low rating is that they only have one small elevator for the entire hotel. No elevator service, and sounds like this will be the case for a while - so beware! You must be able to go up the stairs. Room was clean, though a little dated. Breakfast was just okay. Everyone was very nice.

I loved staying in this hotel. Staff were very humble, sweet and caring. They even upgraded my room for free. Room was clean and cosy. Location of this hotel is perfect- center in the city and still in a very quiet area. Price and the quality is perfect.
