Lovely breakfast. But it's the host that really makes your stay. She was very personable and made the stay far more enjoyable.

We always enjoy staying at the Carriage House Inn. Angie was friendly and made sure we were taken care of from the get go. The rooms haven’t changed and are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and so was the coffee!! We can’t wait to come back for another stay !

You couldn't ask for a better stay in Fredericton. The historic house is full of charm, we stayed up by the fireplace and read their selection of interesting books. The rooms are quaint and cozy. Best sleep ever. And the breakfast will be the highlight of your day.

We stopped here on a road trip out to the east coast and what a perfect place to experience Fredericton! Angie was incredibly kind and personable, the location is so close to the amazing walking bridge and other amenities. Gosh this place is wonderful. Angie, the maven of magic who runs the place is generous, on top of everything, and hilarious. She offered to pick things up for me, makes the best pancakes for breakfast, and was very laid back. We only stayed for one night but it was absolutely lovely! We loved the decor and vibe here. The owner and staff were so charming and accommodating. As previous guests have mentioned the breakfast was amazing! I cannot recommend the pancakes enough! Also it is walking distance from downtown and a very cool walking bridge
