I loved everything about Home Lodge! It's so cozy and comfy. A relaxing retreat indeed. Lynn is an awesome host! This is definitely a home away from home.

Have stayed with Lynn & Siggy twice and on both occasions Homelodge was the highlight of the trip. The welcoming hospitality, the great food, the attentive service, the beautiful facility, and the relaxing ambiance make Homelodge a 5 star resort. Lynn and Siggy clearly love what they do and they genuinely make you feel like you're home. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

This is a place of BEAUTY and INTEGRITY! We actually had to cancel our stay at the lodge due to smoke caused by fires in the area. We were totally bummed out. We held on to the idea till later than last minute, constantly checking the radar for air quality info and hoping for a miracle. I called Lynn and asked her opinion. Best ever! Beautiful, comfortable accommodation. Outstanding breakfast. Nothing too much for Lynn, warm and friendly reception on arrival and throughout our stay, we were sorry to leave when the time came.

What wonderful place to stay. Set in the countryisde just outside of town, we loved the location and the house was grand and of the highest quality. Our room and ensuite was clean and comfortable. Our host Lynn was super helpful and the breakfast was superb. We would love to revisit again some time. Thank you for such a great stay, Adam and Diana.

We recently rented out the Lodge, and had such an incredible experience. Denise was so lovely to deal with and extremely accomodating. The place was spotless and I highly reccomend it. I cant say enough positive things about this place!! Thanks for such a memorable weekend!!!

Great place to stage a hiking trip... This home had plenty of room for our group ( 10 people) with ensuite bathrooms for all, plenty of sitting space to share big group storytelling, meals and games. Kitchen area is very well equipped. Denise & Loren were wonderful hosts and provided a few suggestions for local hikes... Most of our trip took us to Yoho valley ( about a 40min drive). Absolutely recommend...

Accomodation at the lodge was better than I could have hoped for - comfy beds, very clean, extremely well-stocked kitchen, lots of room for the 10 of us, beautiful scenery, outdoor decks and large picture windows. Hosts were very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this to any large group!

Such an awesome spot. The lodge itself was fantastic. We had a larger group and there was plenty of space for everyone. There are tons of bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and shower. It was nice to go to a property that allows parties/special events, which can be extremely had to find. The owner we met, Loren, was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. This is a set of privately owned chalets located a short distance off the Trans Canada highway. It is very private and peaceful and has a stunning view of the mountains. Recently rented a cabin at Chancellor Peak Chalets, the cabins were clean and tidy with many amenities, location and surrounding area was phenomenal. Communication with host was seamless and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy yet rustic stay, absolutely enjoyed it and definitely will be back in the future.

These cabins are paradise. The location is unreal, so close to Yoho national park, kicking horse, lake Louise and Banff. Loved the beautiful views and spacious cabins. I will continue to come back here.

A great view of the mountains and there's a river that's just a short walk away

Very modernised chalets. It was gas heated and had a beautiful loft. It had an authentic cabin feel in a remote location. It also had an amazing mountain view.

Loved the location just outside Golden. The 2 bedroom chalet we were staying in had a great veranda with mountain views and a hot tub. The chalet was totally private so you felt you were in the middle of nowhere. The views are spectacular as was the lobster fondue. Our entree's - lamb shank, pretty good, the pasta was good. Desserts at $10 tasted good but scimpy serving for that price. Would be 5 stars if the price matched the food. Service was great. Prefer Eleven22 in town.

While we were staying at Cedar House Chalets and dropped in for dinner after skiing and were blown away! The food was delicious and the portions were filling. Our server and the chef were both very pleasant and helpful. The cozy environment was nice different from the other places we went to in Golden.

Wow. Just wow. The chef knows what he is doing! I had the duck with smashed potatoes, green beans and tri-color carrots. Hubby had the Bbq Ribs. Great hotel. We had a problem with our car tire, and the receptionists were very kind and friendly. The room was a 10. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel view is great. The room has a mountain view. There is also a Grizzly bear refuge downstairs. The brown bear house can be visited during the day. However, it is really hot in the summer without air conditioning. There is only a fan.

Our family stayed at Glacier Mountain Lodge this June 2023. The resort is very clean and is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were there for a wedding. First time tried hostel, and Dream Catcher gave our family an excellent impression. The room is unbelievably clean, I don't see any dust, even at the corner. Great place. Clean. Spacious common areas and restrooms. High pressure, hot showers. The wooden frame around the bunk bed was a bit uncomfortable because I am very tall. The train goes through Golden in the middle of the night, so earplugs/closing windows is recommended to sleep well. As stated on the website, linens/towels are provided. Bring clean flip flops (no shoes allowed).

Nice hostel, well located near restaurants, cafes and walkpaths. Like every town along Hwy 1, expect the sound of the trains and the hwy traffic at all times of the day and night. But still don't dismiss stopping at this hostel as the comfort, privacy and cleanliness in the dorm room and common areas makes up for it.

Stayed for a night,rooms were very spacious. Place was absolutely lovely.Breakfast was yummy specially the home made pancakes.Very accomodating and friendly staff. View was fantastic. A great place to relax and enjoy nature.

This is such a wonderful B&B; I'll be recommending this location to everyone I know passing through. Everything about our stay was a great experience. The hosts are extremely accommodating; the views and the location itself are inexplicably beautiful. The breakfast is healthy, abundant, and very delicious!! I'll definitely be returning.

We stayed at Kapristo Lodge in September 2018. It is the most perfect B&B. The owner is a charming lady who is exceptionally hospitable. We stayed in the Cougar Room which is impeccably furnished. The very large bed was very comfortable and we had a wonderful sleep. Breakfast the next morning was very tasty. I will definitely be coming back to stay!!!

Right by the ski hill King horse ski resort in Golden. The place we stayed at was wonderful, kitchen (all the tools you needed) to make your meals. Coffee and tea was even provided. The one that got me the most was the hot tub it was amazing to end the day.

Fantastic stay for the price, been here 3 years in a row and absolutely loved it. They layer the decks so that you're not disturbed by other groups of people in the hot tubs. Ski right in from the hill to the deck. Full kitchen well stocked. Comfy beds. Will be back for a 4th year next year.

Not as advertised my colleagues and I go on an annual ski trip and I would not recommend this for next year. this is the second year we have travelled to KHMR. we would consider going back for the skiing but would not stay at this particular housing (the year before we rented a house off the resort and were much happier). The space is clean, well organized, very comfortable, and exactly as shown on the website. Kat is warm and welcoming. The breakfast offered was great. Parking is convenient. Overall, it is probably the best stay and I 100% recommend Canyon Ridge Lodge.

This B&B was the best place we stayed in our entire western trip! Kat is super friendly and a great host, and spoiled us with an amazing breakfast. The room was exceptionally clean, and comfortable. We loved our stay at Canyon Ridge and can't recommend it highly enough. Kat is so welcoming, the room and en suite are very comfortable and clean, the communal area is set up with sofa, coffee machine, tea, and fridge, and walks out to the hot tub area. You also have access to a lovely, walk-in warm room for kit, which is great for ski boots. And saving the best till last...the breakfast – delicious...

Kat was born to be a delightful B&B host, she prepares delicious and plentiful breakfasts, is attentive to guests and very accommodating. Our experience was several times better than staying in a hotel/motel and Canyon Ridge is better value. Did I mention the hot tub? Yes! Stay here. Just do it.

Everything! The rooms are so beautiful and you see the love to details everywhere. The Chillout area was so cozy - big couches, tea and coffee and a fireplace - it doesn't get better than this!

Large clean rooms at affordable rates. Kind staff, stuck around to make sure we got in safe w our late check in and had the fire stoked and ready! All you need right off the slopes w out all the gimmicks. We will be back post pandemic to enjoy the hottub!

It was a nice well priced place to stay for a weekend getaway. Breakfast was good and the service was awesome. Only complaint would be that they advertise a king bed but they really just push two twins together... That's the reason for the 3 stars, other than that, everything else was great.

We stayed here as part of our summer vacation. It’s a cosy place, nicely decorated and very comfy. The rooms are also really big. Some of the staff were attentive but others weren’t great - they seemed to be on a summer job and helping us was a bit of an inconvenience to them. But overall a pleasant stay and would recommend going - a great place to explore Golden

Wow, what a wonderful guesthouse to base ourselves from after a day exploring the brilliant activities the area has to offer. Huge place, clean, well-maintained, warm, Richard and Karli-Shae are wonderful hosts. Amazing value for money. If you're thinking of booking at the Braeberry Valley Apartments don't hesitate!

This was a great little spot just a 15 minute drive from downtown Golden surrounded by white capped mountains and access to beautiful trails and hikes (we did thompson falls). The guest house is great for a family get away or excellent for a big group of friends to unite (what we did!).
