Prestige Kamloops Hotel

We stayed for 1 night. It took some time to check in at around 4:30 pm. The front desk person took a bit to register the small group ahead of us.
The room was clean and spacious but we found it dark specially in the bathroom. The bedside lamp with the plugs initially didn't work. But we figured out that the plug it was plugged in wasn't working so we switched the alarm clock plug with the lamp plug and it worked. We were able to charge our phones finally.
The AC works well using the thermostat on the wall.
The gym was nice. But there's no pool unfortunately. The patrons will have to forever use the pool across in the other building.
The breakfast included was just so-so. The space for breakfast was really crammed. Unfortunately, there was no freshly made waffles or pancakes or bacon or sausages. The lady that was attending breakfast didn't clean the tables at all. The tables were still dirty when we were checking out of the hotel.
Our stay was comfortable. We were able to get a later check out time thankfully. We might stay here again. I'm hoping the breakfast offerings will include waffles or pancakes and bacon or sausages in the future. And clean tables. That'll be wonderful!

This hotel was an awesome experience. We went to the restaurant for dinner the food was super delicious abit pricey though. As a guest we received 25% off for breakfast. The hot tub and pool weren't busy, and the pool and hot tub were warm and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a quiet room and a great sleep. The location was close to everything we were interested in. I would recommend this hotel from the experience we had staying there.

Overall great hotel. Beds were comfy, room was clean. They are right by the highway and so there is some noise on that side. We stayed at the Quality nice just up the hill from this place and didn’t get highway noise. However we didn’t hear anything from other rooms so that’s good. Deducted a star because the door casing where the lock is was completely coming off the wall. So not able to use the secondary lock.

staff were super friendly and helpful when I realized after check out that I forgotten my vape and it had to be in the room. The front desk woman took me straight up to the room. They were cleaning it and said come on in and instantly found it plus something else that I didn’t know I’d lost. Breakfast was great and the pool and hot tub at the other prestige right across the parking lot were wonderful as well thank you very much. Will definitely stay again.

It is a bit old hotel, but the facilities are spacious and good. However, the hotel owner has changed and the hotel name has changed. You should be careful and ask the hotel front desk.
