Check in is always a nice experience, I keep coming back and it is consistently friendly, efficient and professional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. One side faces the highway and can be a bit noisy. But the hotel supplies complimentary earplugs if you request them. Now I just ask for the opposite side of the building and have always been accommodated. The new restaurant Isagani is very...
Newly renovated the room are modern, clean and quiet. They also have a pool, fitness room and hot tub. Great location, right next to Aberdeen mall and if you're just stopping over for the night, you can pop on and off the freeway easily. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Took the time to give us advice for where to go for happy hours nearby. Which was a great suggestion. We will definitely be...
Checked in late at night and left early in the morning. Room was clean and renovated, but lacking some decor. I did like the modern tile in the bathroom. Location is convenient if you are passing through. Easy to find and plenty of parking. There are some restaurants and a mall across the highway. Enjoyed the mountain views from the windows. There is no breakfast, but complimentary coffee and tea...
The rooms and hotel are beautiful. It’s in a convenient location and is very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The only minor complaint I have is that the bed frame corners are pretty jagged. I accidentally hit my leg on one and it was pretty sharp. Maybe some rubber or something over the would be ideal. Overall though a very nice stay and would return.
Great continental breakfast. Clean rooms. March 2018 - waterslide was closed for renovations. Looks like it will be an awesome slide when completed. Swimming pool and hot tub still open.
Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely return. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Pool and hot tub was great.

The property is beautiful. If you want to stay somewhere where it's peaceful and serene this is the place to stay. It is a working ranch so there are lots of animals where you can feed carrots and apples to, and they are very friendly. The grounds are very pretty which you have access to walk around freely. The early morning sunrise and the evening sunsets are fantastic too. Watch from your hotel...
Rustic feel, old fashioned, fantastic views, country club type of atmosphere. The floor coverings between floors are different (top floor has carpet, bottom floor has wood floorboards). There's no microwave or fridge in the rooms, and there's also no elevator to get between floors. Madisens is the restaurant on the premises, and from what I've understood it's not open on a regular basis. The place...
Came here and stayed as part of a wedding. Staff were very nice and went above and beyond, even with last minute meal accommodations. I will say some of the doors in this place are super heavy. Specifically the door at the manor house is very heavy and spring loaded so it tries to grab you as you go through it and I almost pinched a finger a few times. Rooms were clean and front desk dog was so cute
The staff especially Debra were fantastic. The rooms were clean and view was pleasant. When we considered putting our dog in a kennel for the day while we played golf Debra offered to take her out to the counter and for walks. Love you.
This place is the perfect little getaway. It's just off the highway, overlooking the river. Beautiful scenery and they have a bunch of livestock on the property. Very dog friendly. They go out of their way for to make sure you are happy. Thank you for the coke!

Just celebrated our wedding there. Every one had an amazing time they were great at accommodating all of our needs and requests. Would definitely do it all over again ?
Scenery is nice. Main criticism is lack of essentials in our cabin. No cutting board, no sponge/scrub brush, only 1 roll paper towel, etc. Cabin is otherwise cozy. Good beds.
Located on the outskirts of Kamloops, this marvel is the perfect place to get away and relax. You have great views of the lake and mountains, a massive provincial Forrest that you can camp at, swimming friendly lake... It's just perfect! And... You can do weddings here! It looks beautiful, the wedding set up.
The cabins were a good size and in good shape. It's was comfortable for up to 7 in the cabin I stayed. Was nice to have the games room, pool, sauna and gym for later at night or if it was raining. The large communal fire pit and benches is a great idea as it's right down by the little lake for a relaxing night. The WiFi was spotty at best but at the same time you don't go to wilderness resort to spend...
Super cool facility. Thinking of booking in for a group trip. They manage an ice rink on the lake in the winter.
The cabins were great. I was here for a wedding, and the groom expressed some ire with the obscene extra cost of turning on the lights. I think people would be more inclined to enjoy the beautiful locale without hidden fees.

This Inn is not for everyone but, I have enjoyed staying here. The prices are very competitive and just remember that you get what you pay for. So if you're looking for a 5 star you might have to shell out a lot more. Not the best place to bring your kids. There are some parties but, usually don't get out of control. I am a heavy sleeper so not much bothers me. The front end staff have always been...
Close to the university, grocery store and bus stop. One of the good location in kamloops. Can view whole city from here.

We just stayed here as a family of 6 and I can’t say enough good things about this place. We stayed 3 nights and we had the best time. The staff made the stay so amazing, everyone so helpful, sweet and just made the time that much more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing and the hours of everything were just perfect. The pool opened early and stayed opened late which you don’t find all that often...
Huge rave to Gina who takes care of the breakfast hall! She went above and beyond what she needed to do for our family! Gina deserves a huge raise in my opinion. She was so cheerful every morning! The hotel was clean and quite in the rooms. The pools slide is awesome to tire out the kiddos too
Viloa was the most amazing customer service you could ask for. Super understanding and accommodating. I sure hope this staff member gets something beyond and above. I have been travelling over 33 hours and she reserved a room that wasn’t to my standard and accommodated me and compensated me for the inconvenience and switched me rooms. Absolutely amazing staff and one miscommunication. Wasn't their...
We just spent the weekend on a team trip for a hockey tournament and everything was fantastic. The kids really enjoyed the pool and water slide. The staff was fantastic and a special shout out to Gina and Egosa (her grandson helping in the kitchen). Gina made sure our team was well fed for breakfast, checking in regularly and took extra care in ensuring everyone was well looked after. She even went...
Service was great. Rooms are spacious and renovated. Good housekeeping service. Waterslides is fast and fun for the kids. Continental breakfast was one of the best and serving right up until closing. Hotel was accommodating to all yet still very quiet in halls and doors don’t slam!
The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating to my family and their needs! We stayed for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the free breakfast options our family had to choose from! On our checkout day we were even asked if we had a chance to grab something to eat before we left. That kind of care for their guests was greatly appreciated...

We stayed here as a cheaper alternative to sun peaks. We knew that booking it, it was a budget friendly option and we were not going to be in a 5 star hotel. For what we needed it for, it was perfect so I’m giving it 5 stars. Comfortable, clean, warm and quiet. The rooms are spacious and had a fridge and coffee maker etc. free breakfast was nice. Fresh coffee, muffins and light snacks. Perfect if your...
Had an excellent stay! Well priced rooms. Dog friendly. The layout worked great for the dog. Was able to keep his dog bowls by the microwave & the on the tiles, so he didn't get a mess on the carpet. Decently clean and didn't expect much for breakfast but at least there was coffee, fruit, yogurt & muffins to continue our drive. Will be staying there again next time my family and I travel to Vancouver
Clean room, friendly staff, good value. Our 2nd time staying here. Pets allowed in some rooms for a $20 charge. Recommended if you are on a tight budget.
Great little place to stay in valleyview. Clean suites & the price is right! Very nice staff also. Would stay again anytime

This hotel was just average. Elevator was clean enough and facilities were not well equipped (eg. gym and swimming pool). Treadmill had a broken belt it was a safety hazard. Swimming pool was out of order. Staff should really clean of fingerprints off the elevator. People take pandemic seriously everywhere we go. Staff booked us room 209 at the basement and there was no view. We didn't even like...
We had to wait in line for about 20 minutes upon arriving, and once we checked in we went up to the room and the keys did not work. We had to go back down to the lobby, wait in line again and get the keys activated. Once in the room the mini fridge was completely frozen inside so the cold air could not circulate. That aside the stay was nice, clean room, comfortable bed, and good selection of channels...
Have stayed in this hotel before and it could use some freshening up. The rooms are nice but the carpet was stained, the desk chair was very well worn and a desk lamp wasn't working. The fitness centre is adequate but the water cooler was left empty for two days. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, as always. And, appreciate the complimentary bottle of water in room.
Staff are super friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub area is nice. The gym is a bit limited and would be nice to see the addition of a few free weights. There’s always fresh coffee in the lobby in the mornings which is a great touch!
Visited the restaurant which is the Twisted Olive. We had mussels & clams in a hot pot for the appy. Had wild mushroom rissota for dinner. Great meal!
The rooms are decent. Good pool for the kids. No Continental breakfast though but lots of restaurants in walking distance.

The only hotel that was close to the hospital and helped us out last minute without reservations. My family member wanted to be close to the hospital to visit his dad before he past away but he didn't have a credit card and let me use mine for his accommodation which most hotels don't usually like or allow but un our circumstances they were an amazing help and friendly too.The room was clean and stocked...
Is the room new? no. Is it a bit banged up? Yes. Is it the Hilton? No.... but if you want an inexpensive, comfortable room, then this is the place. Comfy bed, really good pillows, fairly quiet (my night there)... the restaurant in the complex is excellent too. Long day on the road, was able to pound out a good sleep. WIN
Oh man, this hotel is honestly pretty good for the price. I feel like every other review is hoping to get something by complaining... which they probably did, 'cause the staff is super nice. It's a little dirty, but you can tell that they clean it frequently- they just don't deep clean. Sweeping and doing a quick mop seems more than reasonable. After staying here I'm honestly shocked by the 1-star...
Decent hotel in Kamloops. You can tell it is a little outdated and worn. That being said, absolutely nothing wrong with it. Rooms were large and clean. Has all the amenities of your typical hotel. The staff was friendly and the girl at the desk greeted us immediately. Overall not too bad a place to stay when in town. Pretty easy drive to downtown.
Large room that had three beds, good for 5 people. Room was pretty stuffy, but clean and neat. Included continental breakfast was good for the children and getting us on the road quickly.
Took a chance booked online 5 out of 5 experience. Friendly staff helpful very clean room. Ended up with kitchen. One of the best motel experiences we have had lately.

Can't complain. The beds are comfortable 😌 the rooms are clean, it's quiet, The water is hot and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Had one minor issue with the room when I checked in but the lady at the front was more then happy to help correct it. AC works great, almost too good, don't leave it on high all night you'll freeze lol. The manager was amazing 👏 she was so patient and understanding...
Got absolutely no problem giving 5 stars for this place, currently staying here and staff are friendly, rooms are clean and seems quiet. Also have on site guest laundry and available large vehicle parking on the road. Deffinetly one of the better ones I have stayed in.
Great stay. Clean rooms, stayed in the King room with a comfortable king size beds. Quiet except for the trains that go by, but that just adds to the country feeling. Reasonable rates, easy to talk to staff, very accommodating. Definitely recommend to anyone, we will be staying there again.
It was a nice, quiet location with an impressive view of the mountains on the other side of the Highway. Room was clean, had AC, and it had a coffee machine! Can't go wrong with some coffee in the room! Oh, and they had one of the more faster Wi-Fis I've ever experienced at a motel. Staff was friendly too. The motel is located about a 5 minute drive from town should you need to go in for some pizza...
Having stayed in some motels straight from a horror movie, I never quite know what to expect when arriving at one. This one is a shining star of a motel! The staff is friendly, even late at night, it's well lit and well maintained inside and out. The decor is rather dated but it's CLEAN! You can take your shoes off in the room, socks too! There isn't a spec of mold or mildew anywhere, no mystery stains...

For the cheapest hotel in Kamloops this was much better then I was expecting. The beds are comfy and clean, lots of amenities in the room (microwave, mini fridge, tv, 2 desks, couch) and air conditioning that can be controlled in the room. Someone more picky might be unhappy here with the decor (it’s dated ) but if you’re just wanting a place to sleep with no worries and no 150$/night bill, here...
This place was better than I was expecting, for the price. Plenty of towels, in room coffee maker, microwave and little fridge. Very happy. The pillows are really thick, so if you like a thin pillow, bring your own. The mattresses are very firm. 9/10, would stay again.
Price was fantastic for 1 nights stay. Walls too thin, next door neighbor had TV on all night (mental note: bring ear plugs next time). Location next to many food places. Room was clean, just dated. Parking was adequate, WiFi worked well for the most part. View from window could have been better. Front desk service was very pleasant. Overall would stay again for another 1 nighter.
Outside is sketchy but rooms are nice. Wasn't 100% clean in my room but it didn't bother me. Good place to crash.

The owners, Dennis and Isobel, were incredibly helpful, and there was nothing that this place did not offer. Everything was taken care of, from the incredibly put-together decor, and the breakfast was just insane; all cooked from fresh ingredients to perfection. The nights were spent between the spa pool, infrared sauna, and a bottle of vino, chilling around the fire pit with music of choice. Fully...
The place, space, food and host are amazing. Isabel and Derick's home is indeed heaven on earth and the thoughtful details, snacks and meals are above and beyond - magnificent. Thanks a million for exceeding expectations in such a gracious way!
The suite was more than expected , such a dream , this has been the best AIRBNB I have ever been 🙏🌹
The suite was perfect; cool in the summer, with great outdoor space for bbq, hot tub and star gazing! Isabel (the owner and host) was perfect in every way too, she has thought of all the little things that make it super comfortable and her breakfasts were to die for and set us up for the day. Will definitely be back to chill again!
This was a good AirBnB stay. Isabelle (the hostess) was hospitable throughout our stay (we stayed for 3 nights). The first thing that caught my eye was the place itself, and it was incredible to see in person. It was a very cozy cabin-like place, and my partner and I were very satisfied with the place and location overall. The house is about an 8-minute drive away from Sun Peaks Resort. Also, there...
Simply Amazing! It's hard to put into words how amazing our stay at A Suite Retreat B&B was. Our stay was near perfection from the attention to detail, the eclectic decore, warm hospitality, amazing breakfasts, and fantastic hot tub all located in a quite mountain valley setting. Isabel and Denis, the work you have put into your B&B definitely shows! Bravo! I would totally stay here again and recommend...
