Good location, near to a shopping plaza and not far from highway 1. Clean and spacious. Good reception staff.
Jack at the front desk was the most amazing hotel manager we have ever come across. So welcoming, accommodating, and funny. Made out stay in Kamloops amazing.
Staff was outstanding and very friendly. The room was large with a dining table and bar sink. My dad had his own bedroom and I shared the outer room with my cat. The fold out bed was not that comfortable so on the return trip I slept on the couch (bed folded up inside) which was comfortable. The bedding is in the closet. Do check your bill as they originally charged my room fees ($37 in taxes...
The pool and the room was big and pillows were big and soft
The hotel itself was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is in a sketchy area, lots of car prowling in the parking lot and open drug use in one of the vestibule along the street. It's an unfortunate situation in this part of Kamloops.
Came here for a family vacation and went to Harper Ski. HI was a great place to stay. It is conveniently located next to multiple restaurants, and it was a reasonable distance from the ski resort. The staff was incredibly friendly from the ladies at the front desk (Sylvia and Ania) to Wendy at White Spot, where we had breakfast every morning. The rooms are clean and spacious for the family. There was...

Tatiana, Roxana was amazing! She went out of her way to help me and my family of four to make sure we had everything we need and had a great stay after a long road trip. Thank you so much Tatiana, they are lucky to have you! Hotel is clean and updated and would stay here again no questions.
Great hotel but was woken up by the train. They do provide earplugs and white noise machine in the room. I wish I had used them. Two good restaurants in hotel and nice area.
Was surprised we didn't hear the train at all. Window wouldn't close. The fellow that came to fix it said you just have to lift it when closing because the building has shifted. For the window to be out 1.5 inches that's not really a thing. Seemed like he didn't want to do anything about it. Also smelled like he had not showered in awhile. (Life choices I guess. Might need a new maintenance guy) everyone...
We loved our stay at the hotel. We were so grateful for a complimentary room upgrade, enjoyed how close we were to everything, and loved the pool and hot tub. The little bit of feedback we have was that the room service did not check in on our room for the day we were there meaning we did not get a re-stock of coffee. The second morning I went down to the lobby for coffee instead and the bar was out...
I often stay here. The location is very convenient with restaurants, brew pubs and shopping close by. I recommend asking for a room facing the “Park” and away from city view. City view can be very noisy due to all night train traffic. Also, if the pool and hot tub is of importance to you, you should know it is often closed. I’m the 7 or 8 years I’ve been staying here I never once was able to use the...
Overall a good stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities also very good, with pool and two restaurants in which to dine. Only negative was the train activity during the night time hours. Will try the other side of the hotel next time.

The breakfast was excellent, the service was great.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot and ironing board. Good sized desk for working. Lobby was bright and lots of bright parking. McDonald's near by and other meal options as well. We'll be back.
We had a wonderful stay. We only stayed one night, but spent an afternoon, evening, and morning, so wanted a cozy, comfortable room. Our room had a sitting area with a couch that is actually comfortable, and good size desk with a comfortable chair, as well as a cozy bed. We were not expecting too much for the free breakfast and we’re pleasantly surprised with the variety of food, and felt it was a...
The rooms are quiet, the beds are comfy, what more do you need? I recommend going to on the rocks pub nearby if you need a spot for dinner. The five minute walk isn't bad, but you will have to cross the road twice. This place would be great if you're just needing a place to stay the night, but also has regular shuttles to both Jasper and Banff. There's a small convenience section which sells mostly...
This is the cleanest, quietest, and wonderful hotel. The front desk gentleman speaks kindly and is very helpful. Everything was very clean and tidy. The breakfast included fresh cut pineapple and watermelon, along with bananas and oranges. They also had waffles, omelets, cereal, and an oatmeal bar. What a great place to stay!
The room I had was huge. Very clean and quiet. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Situated next to 2 beautiful lakes. Stayed 1 night in a large 3 queen bed family room. No AC but the night was cool/cold. Came away with some mosquito bites (no bug screen on door) They also hooked me up with power for my level 1 charger to charge my ev overnight.
We had a Cabin for a night. The nature and the lake itself beautiful no matter it is morning or night!Worth to go and check out the place. Really good for fishing and bird watching! It had everything in the kitchen, I missed the welcome cafe or tea what I can drink in the morning without buy it from the resort, for that price I would expect this. The reception was nice with us.
Peaceful and serene place for the two of us and our dogs to stop on our drive across Canada. Very hospitable and clean! Thank you so much!
We were playing in Kamloops and discovered it was a holiday. So we found this place out of desperation. Of course I was wanting a cheap place to stay...which this is not...but I'm happy to have a roof. Turns out some of the nicest people you can imagine work here. The room is great...with a walk out deck and space inside. No A/C. But on the lake, not a lot of need. Clean and very accommodating...

Just celebrated our wedding there. Every one had an amazing time they were great at accommodating all of our needs and requests. Would definitely do it all over again ?
Scenery is nice. Main criticism is lack of essentials in our cabin. No cutting board, no sponge/scrub brush, only 1 roll paper towel, etc. Cabin is otherwise cozy. Good beds.
Located on the outskirts of Kamloops, this marvel is the perfect place to get away and relax. You have great views of the lake and mountains, a massive provincial Forrest that you can camp at, swimming friendly lake... It's just perfect! And... You can do weddings here! It looks beautiful, the wedding set up.
The cabins were a good size and in good shape. It's was comfortable for up to 7 in the cabin I stayed. Was nice to have the games room, pool, sauna and gym for later at night or if it was raining. The large communal fire pit and benches is a great idea as it's right down by the little lake for a relaxing night. The WiFi was spotty at best but at the same time you don't go to wilderness resort to spend...
Super cool facility. Thinking of booking in for a group trip. They manage an ice rink on the lake in the winter.
The cabins were great. I was here for a wedding, and the groom expressed some ire with the obscene extra cost of turning on the lights. I think people would be more inclined to enjoy the beautiful locale without hidden fees.

The property is beautiful. If you want to stay somewhere where it's peaceful and serene this is the place to stay. It is a working ranch so there are lots of animals where you can feed carrots and apples to, and they are very friendly. The grounds are very pretty which you have access to walk around freely. The early morning sunrise and the evening sunsets are fantastic too. Watch from your hotel...
Rustic feel, old fashioned, fantastic views, country club type of atmosphere. The floor coverings between floors are different (top floor has carpet, bottom floor has wood floorboards). There's no microwave or fridge in the rooms, and there's also no elevator to get between floors. Madisens is the restaurant on the premises, and from what I've understood it's not open on a regular basis. The place...
Came here and stayed as part of a wedding. Staff were very nice and went above and beyond, even with last minute meal accommodations. I will say some of the doors in this place are super heavy. Specifically the door at the manor house is very heavy and spring loaded so it tries to grab you as you go through it and I almost pinched a finger a few times. Rooms were clean and front desk dog was so cute
The staff especially Debra were fantastic. The rooms were clean and view was pleasant. When we considered putting our dog in a kennel for the day while we played golf Debra offered to take her out to the counter and for walks. Love you.
This place is the perfect little getaway. It's just off the highway, overlooking the river. Beautiful scenery and they have a bunch of livestock on the property. Very dog friendly. They go out of their way for to make sure you are happy. Thank you for the coke!

Check in is always a nice experience, I keep coming back and it is consistently friendly, efficient and professional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Newly renovated the room are modern, clean and quiet. They also have a pool, fitness room and hot tub. Great location, right next to Aberdeen mall and if you're just stopping over for the night, you can pop on and off the freeway easily. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Took the time to give us advice for where to go for happy hours nearby. Which was a great suggestion. We will definitely be...
Checked in late at night and left early in the morning. Room was clean and renovated, but lacking some decor. I did like the modern tile in the bathroom. Location is convenient if you are passing through. Easy to find and plenty of parking. There are some restaurants and a mall across the highway. Enjoyed the mountain views from the windows. There is no breakfast, but complimentary coffee and tea...
The rooms and hotel are beautiful. It’s in a convenient location and is very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The only minor complaint I have is that the bed frame corners are pretty jagged. I accidentally hit my leg on one and it was pretty sharp. Maybe some rubber or something over the would be ideal. Overall though a very nice stay and would return.
Great continental breakfast. Clean rooms. March 2018 - waterslide was closed for renovations. Looks like it will be an awesome slide when completed. Swimming pool and hot tub still open.
Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely return. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Pool and hot tub was great.

The food at the restaurant is very very very good. Best French Toast I’ve ever had, made with French Loaf bread.
We attended a birthday luncheon and interestingly, we were split 50/50 regarding our meals. First half of table had Chefs Salad and were all a 👎 the rest of the table burger n fries, sandwich, chicken fingers, etc.👍
Location was a little off main road however well worth it. When we arrived the restaurant was about to close however stayed open for our party of four adults and three children. Food and service were very good. I would recommend both the restaurant and motel to anyone. Thank you a wonderful stay
Even though it is a little older, this property is nicely maintained. Staffing is extremely courteous and kind. I have spent two nights here. Every day they clean, there is no mould in the bathroom, and I always get fresh towels.
We had a great time staying here. 1 night. The staff are super nice. Our room was cozy, pet friendly and the ac worked great. Shower has great pressure. Beds are very Comfortable. The pool and hot tub was nice. And the best part is the restaurant. It's a hidden gem. After long days traveling we get our food and the portions are amazing. Happy tummys. Was a great price for our family to stay from out of town. We have 3 kids so most places will force us to take 2 rooms or an expensive 2 bedroom suites for 800-1000$/night. This place was much less. The reason I gave less stars is that the rooms are very basic cleaning. Being that I clean for work I guess I'm a little pickier and for the price I can let it slide. The bedding was obviously clean and...
Excellent value for price. A great continental breakfast. A nice pool. Wonderful staff, very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Riverland Inn is an awesome hotel. They have a great view of a beautiful river, also the service is wonderful. Especially the front deck agent, Shahed.
The front desk agent Shahed is awesome and amazing! Apparently there was something wrong with the hotel system but he corrected everything for us! Overall, a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. Highly recommended!
Newer owners. Reasonable rates. And quiet. Breakfast starts at 7 and everything is locked down to specific times. I would stay again.
Nice room. Comfy bed. Continental breakfast was sparse... But ok... Will stay again there. Nice view of the river even in the winter.

The location was great. The kitchenette facilities were very handy. It meant we could prepare healthy meals. The bus stops, shops and fast food restaurants were nearby. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean. It felt like an Airbnb, home from home.
Nice room with great amenities. Front desk staff were very accommodating and treated us as though we were special. The only onside were the noisy people in the next room but the hotel isn't responsible for that.
Front staff was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating ! Check in and out was super quick and easy . Rooms were clean. Bed and pillows comfy. I appreciated the kindness of the front staff during my stay. They have and extra appliance - toaster oven and a few dishes available in the room which i thought was neat. Will stay again
On the way to Sun Peaks resort, from Seattle. Location is nice, quiet and in middle of may restaurants/fast foods. Staff was great and gave clear instructions. Room were clean and working properly. Nothing to complain.
Needed a room last minute due to road conditions. Accent was able to give me a room at standard price (no opportunistic price increase), check in staff was extremely friendly and pleasant and room was very clean. Great place! Will stay here again if needing a room in Kamloops.
The staff at the hotel are attentive and pleasant. We had particular needs and they were very accommodating before, during, and after our stay. Special shout out to Lori who was fantastic! Thank you so much from all of us.

The location of the breakfast was ok, but did think the quality was very low on bread products and extremely low-quality meat products. Dry and hard meats, one can tell its not good quality McDonalds is better quality. The coffee was decent but only skim milk? no options for anything other than skim milk or coffee mate.
Great room and excellent service. Truck battery was dead because I left the fog lights on overnight. They went above and beyond to get my truck boosted and back on the road. Breakfast was also very yummy! Thank-you for the excellent hospitality.
Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Delicious buffet breakfast included in price. When we arrived, the heater in the room wasn't working. The on duty manager came right away and moved us to a different room. Because of the weather and freezing pipes, to heater in the room we were issued initially froze up. So nothing to do with the hotel. I only mention this, because the staff...
The location is convenient albeit surrounded by highways and next to a petrol station so not the most scenic. Rooms are fine, breakfast ok and staff nice. Nothing special but good for a night.
Our experience was very limited. We got off the train and got on a bus. We got off a bus and walked into this hotel. Our bags were ready for us to pick up and carry to our room. Location was convenient. Early check in was accommodated by hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.
We got in at 9pm at night and apparently when I booked the room online that day I booked it for December 13th not October. Nem at the front desk got it sorted out for me quickly and nicely even though I caused her more work. Breakfast was nice with waffles and even lactose free yogurt. Only thing is the pool is down right now so call and ask if that's why you want to go.
The Super 8 on the Hill was exactly what we needed for the team visit to Kamloops. The lobby was clean and offered cold drinks. Had an excellent stay! Well priced rooms. Dog friendly. The layout worked great for the dog. Was able to keep his dog bowls by the microwave & the on the tiles, so he didn't get a mess on the carpet. Decently clean and didn't expect much for breakfast but at least there was coffee, fruit, yogurt & muffins to continue our drive. Each Sandman location has it's little issues. I've stayed in 5 star hotels with similar issues. The reason I enjoy staying at your hotels, and this applies to every location I've stayed at, is the staff. The service level is unmatched. The methods of training you use through your management o your frontline staff is consistent at every level. BRAVO!!
The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The building looks nicer in real life than in the picture. I stayed as a stop over, driving Edmonton to Vancouver. It was just minutes off the highway so perfect for what I needed.
We had a great stay in Kamloops. Atish was really welcoming and helped us find everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely plan to stay there the next time we visit Kamloops
Had a fantastic experience at the Sandman on Columbia. Great room service and clean and quiet just what you need after a long day at work. Atish & Deanna have been a great help in anything I need from being able to print out docs for business to having a coffee and chat. A very friendly place that I would highly recommend
Lovely hotel with very accommodating staff. Even though the check in portion of the building isn't directly wheelchair accessible, the staff member on duty was able to help a fellow guest effectively. UPDATE: We did end up staying there again, and the experience was just as positive as the first time. They even had an item we'd left behind in their lost and found. Not bad at all! Not sure why the other reviews give the place a low score. Rooms were spacious and they provide efficiency rooms which have kitchens, so that is a big plus. It was a phenomenal experience, from the layout, to the rooms, to amenities. My only gripes were the music in the restaurant was a tad high making conversation a little over casual speaking, and the hot tub closed too soon. We decided to have a night out. We don't use hotels very often and our hotel room at the Coast Hotel has reminded us why.
