Great hotel but was woken up by the train. They do provide earplugs and white noise machine in the room. I wish I had used them. Two good restaurants in hotel and nice area.

Was surprised we didn't hear the train at all. Window wouldn't close. The fellow that came to fix it said you just have to lift it when closing because the building has shifted. For the window to be out 1.5 inches that's not really a thing. Seemed like he didn't want to do anything about it. Also smelled like he had not showered in awhile. (Life choices I guess. I often stay here. The location is very convenient with restaurants, brew pubs and shopping close by. I recommend asking for a room facing the “Park” and away from city view. City view can be very noisy due to all night train traffic. Also, if the pool and hot tub is of importance to you, you should know it is often closed. Good hotel for the price we paid. For a person who travels a lot, this is the first time I have seen the toilet was of proper height and bowl size. The Delta Hotel was the perfect choice for a friend's night out in town! We were within walking distance of activities, pubs and coffee shops. The rooms were wonderful, and the view of the snow-covered mountains was the perfect way to start and end our day! We will definitely be coming back - it's a great local getaway!

The service was really good! The lobby looks nice and new but unfortunately the rooms not so much! The room is pretty small and the carpet already looks old and dirty! The bed was nice and comfortable! We still had a nice quiet night!

The rooms are quiet, the beds are comfy, what more do you need? I recommend going to on the rocks pub nearby if you need a spot for dinner. This is the cleanest, quietest, and wonderful hotel. The front desk gentleman speaks kindly and is very helpful. Everything was very clean and tidy. The breakfast included fresh cut pineapple and watermelon, along with bananas and oranges. They also had waffles, omelets, cereal, and an oatmeal bar. What a great place to stay!

Needed a room last minute due to road conditions. Accent was able to give me a room at standard price (no opportunistic price increase), check in staff was extremely friendly and pleasant and room was very clean. Great place! Will stay here again if needing a room in Kamloops.

The front staff were great. The room was adequate, nothing special and even a little dirty. The gym was Disgusting! No towels, no water, no cleaning supplies to wipe down the equipment before and after use. YECH! There were very few rooms to choose from for this date, and we were not impressed with this choice.

It is a bit old hotel, but the facilities are spacious and good. However, the hotel owner has changed and the hotel name has changed. You should be careful and ask the hotel front desk.

This is a beautiful gem about 20 minutes from Kamloops proper. That's the only negative, is it's not in Kamloops but you will not be disappointed. Couples Stopover Very nice location next to golf course. Didn’t eat at restaurant other than coffee & granola bar in the morning. Was a great price for our family to stay from out of town. We have 3 kids so most places will force us to take 2 rooms or an expensive 2 bedroom suites for 800-1000$/night. This place was much less. Riverland Inn is an awesome hotel. They have a great view of a beautiful river, also the service is wonderful. Especially the front deck agent, Shahed.

Good stay. Been here many times for work. Good close walking distance to some good restaurants downtown. I need to try the restaurant in the hotel sometime. My stay was quiet and room while small is good enough for me travelling as one. The beds and bedding is one reason I come back. So comfy.

Front desk was excellent. However, the hotel and rooms could be maintained better. There were stains on the bedding, trays left in the hallway for 15+ hours, and room service was not apparent for 4 days- have to ask for towels at the front desk. I assume you have to ask the front desk for room service.

I enquired with the front desk ... and I was told the rooms were cleaned on alternate days. The hotel look great.Staff is sociable. Very clean comfy beds and bathroom. Enjoyed our breakfast as well it had everything from fruit juice a cereal to bagels and yogurt. We will come back.

The hotel is nothing less than a 4-star hotel with all the amenties and the facilities that were provided to us. Specially with this price range of $99. The hot breakfast is like a good start for the day with coffee available for 24*7. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always there to help with my silly questions.

Situated next to 2 beautiful lakes. Stayed 1 night in a large 3 queen bed family room. No AC but the night was cool/cold. Came away with some mosquito bites (no bug screen on door) They also hooked me up with power for my level 1 charger to charge my ev overnight.

We had a Cabin for a night. The nature and the lake itself beautiful no matter it is morning or night!Worth to go and check out the place. Really good for fishing and bird watching! It had everything in the kitchen, I missed the welcome cafe or tea what I can drink in the morning without buy it from the resort, for that price I would expect this. The reception was nice with us.

We were playing in Kamloops and discovered it was a holiday. So we found this place out of desperation. Of course I was wanting a cheap place to stay...which this is not...but I'm happy to have a roof. Turns out some of the nicest people you can imagine work here. We stayed 1 night heading from Alberta to the Island. It was a great place to stop with kids. They had a pool/hot tub and a large games room with arcade, pool, air hockey. It help get them off screens. It’s located by a major bus depot and rail tracks. It wasn’t very loud but you could hear the train. The Noble Pig - just the next building over was a delicious kinda Craft Brewery feel. Highly recommend...

I stayed here for the second time and my experience was pretty good. Rooms are spacious, recent and clean. Staff is ok. Breakfast is basic but good. The Ramada hosted us for our corporate safety meeting. Manager Tanya was extremely kind, accommodating, and efficient. Venue was exactly what we were looking for. Clean and nicely staged. Catering was provided by the restaurant in the hotel and was delicious. I also recently started staying at the hotel. Extremely spacious and clean room with all the amenities I could need. 10/10

Good motel for the value, friendly staff and clean rooms. However the rooms could use new pillows and mattresses. Not very comfy. Also the property is next to train tracks which can’t be helped but we definitely heard the trains all night. I’d stay here again for the value but I’d maybe ask for a room in the back, not right next to the road and train tracks.

The room deposit is "paid" and you need to get a refund on checkout instead of the deposit simply being a "pre-authorization" like every other hotel.

This hotel was just average. Elevator was clean enough and facilities were not well equipped (eg. gym and swimming pool). Treadmill had a broken belt it was a safety hazard. Swimming pool was out of order. Staff should really clean of fingerprints off the elevator. People take pandemic seriously everywhere we go. Staff booked us room 209 at the basement and there was no view. We didn't even like...

We had to wait in line for about 20 minutes upon arriving, and once we checked in we went up to the room and the keys did not work. We had to go back down to the lobby, wait in line again and get the keys activated. Once in the room the mini fridge was completely frozen inside so the cold air could not circulate. Have stayed in this hotel before and it could use some freshening up. The rooms are nice but the carpet was stained, the desk chair was very well worn and a desk lamp wasn't working. The fitness centre is adequate but the water cooler was left empty for two days. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, as always. And, appreciate the complimentary bottle of water in room.

Staff are super friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub area is nice. The gym is a bit limited and would be nice to see the addition of a few free weights. There’s always fresh coffee in the lobby in the mornings which is a great touch!

Visited the restaurant which is the Twisted Olive. We had mussels & clams in a hot pot for the appy. Had wild mushroom rissota for dinner. Great meal!

Hands down the BEST continental breakfast I've ever had. Would have expected a bill afterwards because of the excellent and personal service we received. The room was great too. Really good water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff all around. 10/10 will stay here again.

I'm From out of town and been working with my crew in Kamloops for the last 2 months. We chose the plaza after a couple other hotels that didn't fit the bill. Location is fantastic. Save on foods, many restaurants and bars just outside the door. The staff were phenomenal, always greeted with a smile. Very pleasant and accommodating to my crew and myself, It felt like home after A hard Day's work....

When walking into this hotel, you can feel the history it used to carry. The room is nice sized and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Its location is close many amenities. I forgot a luggage in the hotel and only found out when I arrived at the airport and the hotel staff brought the luggage to me right away with no charge!

I think the bad reviews for this hotel are from people expecting free stuff for minor things. This hotel was absolutely lovely and close to everything. Everything is within walking distance. The coolest hotel!! Just a tip anyone traveling make sure you go in and register for parking it's 10.00 cheaper. I went inside hotel and inquired on parking I was told to go park in the parking lot but no one told me anything about the parking rates until I returned so that was very sad because two of us did that. For the cheapest hotel in Kamloops this was much better then I was expecting. The beds are comfy and clean, lots of amenities in the room (microwave, mini fridge, tv, 2 desks, couch) and air conditioning that can be controlled in the room. Someone more picky might be unhappy here with the decor (it’s dated ) but if you’re just wanting a place to sleep with no worries and no 150$/night bill, here...

This place was better than I was expecting, for the price. Plenty of towels, in room coffee maker, microwave and little fridge. Very happy. The pillows are really thick, so if you like a thin pillow, bring your own. The mattresses are very firm. 9/10, would stay again.

Price was fantastic for 1 nights stay. Walls too thin, next door neighbor had TV on all night (mental note: bring ear plugs next time). Location next to many food places. Room was clean, just dated. The room was nice and simple, and it was very convenient to stay for one night while passing by. There is hot water at the front desk, breakfast is OK, and cost-effective. For meals, you can go to the restaurant in the hotel opposite.

It's a good place to take a break between Banff and Vancouver. The Hilton Hotel is a decent hotel with a simple breakfast and warm service.
