My son's team stayed in this hotel and left some personal items in their room. The housekeeping assistant manager, Yash thoroughly searched for the lost items and informed me in a timely and respectful manner of the result. I am grateful for all his efforts and will definitely book again in this hotel.

We were a late check in never got in until 7:00 I called ahead to let them know we would be late when we arrived check in was fine but when we got to our room there was a dirty sock left under one chair, a stick of deodorant under the other also a dirty coffee cup and juice bottle left beside the bed. We spent one night in this hotel, and we really enjoyed it. The room was clean, very comfortable beds & pillows and my kids loved the pool. Matt, Julie & all staff keep up the good work you are doing amazing.

I stayed on two separate occasions in the executive tower. Due to issues with poor drainage in both sink and tub, I was pleased with the room on my second stay for one night. This room would suffice for future stays. I also found that water volume/pressure can not be adjusted on the shower and it was painful to shower under such water pressure. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

I loved the hotel. It takes a new style to a hotel with the indoor pool in the middle and rooms surrounding it. You get a good view of everything . The rooms aren't small. Maybe a little smaller than average. But you get a good sized room and the bed is comfy. I'd advise bringing your own pillow because the pillows provided are somewhat bulky and hard to sleep on. That's my only complaint

This old hotel is still a favorite. Right downtown without loosing the quiet and relaxation you need . The rooms are small but charming. Hotel is clean and well staffed. Every nook and cranny has a welcoming feel. Love every stay here.

Suite #301 is nicely updated and has more then enough space to accommodate the family. The proximity to downtown is very convenient. Tyra at the front desk has been absolutely fantastic and has made multiple stays at the hotel very enjoyable. She has gone above and beyond on several occasions to make sure everything was perfect!

Do NOT book a jacuzzi room. The noise from the tubs in OTHER rooms running sounds like a jet engine inside your room. This hotel is trying really hard to be better than they are. It was so close to the beach and all other restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful! We asked for extra towels, it was in our room before we got back in our room. Kids said someone delivered it. Staff at the reception was very nice and friendly. Thank you so much for providing excellent service. I will definitely come back to stay again.

We booked the Prestige at the recommendation of a friend who had stayed there 2 weeks prior, you absolutely can't beat the location. Just got back from a week at Big White. Other than it not really being 'ski in, ski out' it was great. Great place to stay. The room was a perfect size and clean and the staff were great. The only downside was how thin the walls appeared to be when we could hear the people in the room beside us clearly at 6 am. Hot tub and pool were the best part after a good day of skiing. Would stay àgain.

We had an Airbnb booked that ended up falling through, and had to spend a night in the car in the parking lot. I called up the hotel trying to get a last minute room for one night, however they have a two night minimum policy. It’s not the ritz, but a clean and friendly motel. Room had an accordion divider separating the other bed so my teen girls had their own space. Courtyard was big for a gathering with a bbq to use. Pool looked clean. Capri mall across the street with grocery and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Rooms are nice and clean. It has a grassy area where you can have a picnic and bbq. The staff are friendly. Our baseball association has been coming here every summer for the past 10 years.

The place had a great location and the rooms were nice! It felt clean. Check in and check out went smoothly. The only thing that bothered me was that the air in the room was very dry. I’d wake up in the morning with a very scratchy throat which would go away in the day! To make the stay even better, I’d suggest providing humidifiers in the room!

Stayed here for mine and my boyfriends first trip in June! Great staff, great prices from what we could find, and clean and quiet rooms. The AC was phenomenal as well! About a 20 minute walk to the beach too so we got to see all of the shops and whatnot. Also pleasantly surprised about the pool!! We're planning on staying here again this coming summer 😊

I was given a different room than I booked over the phone. I specifically told them the exact room I wanted as I had stayed in it before. For just a short period of time from August 30 to September 2 it's so amazing to stay a place with a friendly and a wonderful people that really will take care of you and your family while you are relaxing in their place.

We had the most lovely time with Clare and Kelly and nothing was too much trouble. The property is immaculate and breakfasts were a surprise each morning. You do need a car to get to anywhere but that was fine for us. If you want a b&b that is slightly different this is an absolute must.

Came up to work a convention. Arrived to an early welcome from Clare and Kelly which was perfect as we were exhausted. The room was immaculate and there was water and sherry ready to go. Thanks to Clare and Kelly for welcoming us so warmly, and making our stay so comfortable. We were greeted with freshly baked scones and tea, and breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. We appreciated Clare's assistance with finding places that we wanted to visit, and suggestions about where to walk our dog.

Once we walked into the room the kitchen sink was gurgling and backing up. The rooms were to have queen size beds in the ads, but it wasn't. Recently stayed here for 2 nights. Great location to downtown with lots of places in walking distance. My room was very clean and the comic book and yoyo were a nice touch. There was some construction noise nearby, but they supplied earplugs if needed. I normally sleep with ear plugs in so I already had some with me already but I thought it was nice that they had some to use.

Very relaxed feel and retro vibe. I might be biased because I like comic books but I think this is an incredible hotel. I genuinely felt like the service was some of the nicest interactions I’ve had. The amenities outside of the hotel room are great as well with a wonderful lounging area and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I can’t wait for my next stay here.

At first you might think that its a motel, but it is so much more, loved the Hotel, the concept the colors and the funk. Definitely staying here when I visit Kelowna again. 7 years old but maintained so well, looks brand new, their christmas decor was a frenzy in itself. Highly recommended.

Our host made our stay the most comfortable! Breakfast was great for all 3 days that we were there and their wine tour was awesome! Absolutely delightful. Always a wonderful time when we stay at the Teehouse B&B. This will be our 3rd stay with Linda and Arthur. Always welcoming, kind and helpful. Gourmet breakfast awaits you at 8:30 with the best coffee and conversation. Our room (the albatross is our favorite). The King size bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. You MUST try it for yourself!

I stayed here for my mini honeymoon. The hosts were wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. We loved staying in the albatross room. The huge bathtub, private patio, walk in shower and king bed made everything so luxurious! I hope to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

This place is a great time if you want to meet people, lots of very social and friendly folks from all over to interact with and hear the stories of. We came in on Canada day weekend and had an absolute blast in this city and hung out with a whole group from here. Bathrooms weren’t clean. At 6 in the morning we were woken up by karaoke and furniture being moved upstairs in the common area. The personnel is very welcoming and go out of their way to include the guests. Good place if you’re looking for the ‘family vibe’.

A hidden gem among the wineries in Kelowna. One can feel the love and effort that has been poured into the heritage house. Great books to feed your soul by the fireplace and lovely conversations with the host.

Wulf and his family are as nice as the view they offer. A great loft with all utensil a family or group of friends need to a short stay in Kelowna, inside his piece of land sorrounded by apple and grape harvests. We truly love it.
