The location is very good, right on the main road leading to the airport and the city center. The Orchard Park shopping center is directly across the street. The rooms in the tower are very well-equipped and spacious.

The rooms are newly decorated and have a nice feel. The parking lot is large, the swimming pool is very nice, and it is very comfortable to bring children. Opposite is the largest shopping mall in the city, and shopping is very convenient. You can walk there

My son's team stayed in this hotel and left some personal items in their room. The housekeeping assistant manager, Yash thoroughly searched for the lost items and informed me in a timely and respectful manner of the result. I am grateful for all his efforts and will definitely book again in this hotel.

I went to this hotel to stay for a wedding. I was expecting high quality from a brand like the sandman. I was disappointed. We booked a room by the pool with our sliding door facing the pool area, which looked amazing. It happened to be closed for renovations even though it looked to be in perfect working order. The hotel is in a great location, right by the lake, with a pleasant view. The room facilities are very complete, and the suite I booked actually has three bedrooms and three beds, which is very cost-effective. The rooftop heated swimming pool is a plus, and there is also a hot tub, which is a perfect holiday choice.

It was a pretty good room, clean bathroom, and beautiful view, but I couldn't sleep because of the cold room temperature, the noise of the heater, and the extremely high pillow. It was also inconvenient that there were no slippers. It was not suitable for the price because there were no basic water supplies. However, the location and view were definitely good.

The room is quite big, but I didn't expect the bed to be so small. Moreover, this hotel doesn't provide slippers or even toothpaste and toothbrush. It feels like a third-class hotel.

This old hotel is still a favorite. Right downtown without loosing the quiet and relaxation you need . The rooms are small but charming. Hotel is clean and well staffed. Every nook and cranny has a welcoming feel. Love every stay here.

Suite #301 is nicely updated and has more then enough space to accommodate the family. The proximity to downtown is very convenient. Tyra at the front desk has been absolutely fantastic and has made multiple stays at the hotel very enjoyable. She has gone above and beyond on several occasions to make sure everything was perfect!

Do NOT book a jacuzzi room. The noise from the tubs in OTHER rooms running sounds like a jet engine inside your room. This hotel is trying really hard to be better than they are. It was so close to the beach and all other restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful! We asked for extra towels, it was in our room before we got back in our room. Kids said someone delivered it. Staff at the reception was very nice and friendly. Thank you so much for providing excellent service. I will definitely come back to stay again.

We booked the Prestige at the recommendation of a friend who had stayed there 2 weeks prior, you absolutely can't beat the location. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the lake with lots of food options around as well. Rooms were comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. Older building but well kept. The room were small and the attention to housekeeping details was not good. Outside some of the stairs need to be replaced. Loud music was blaring from outside speakers during the day.

Just got back from a week at Big White. Other than it not really being 'ski in, ski out' it was great. Great place to stay. The room was a perfect size and clean and the staff were great. The only downside was how thin the walls appeared to be when we could hear the people in the room beside us clearly at 6 am. Hot tub and pool were the best part after a good day of skiing. Would stay àgain.

We had an Airbnb booked that ended up falling through, and had to spend a night in the car in the parking lot. I called up the hotel trying to get a last minute room for one night, however they have a two night minimum policy. I explained my situation to the staff and asked kindly if they could make an exception due to the circumstances, expecting to be turned down. I got a call back ten minutes later...

Staff are awesome and friendly. Friendly with helping out with where to go and what to see. Great food in the restaurants. Great pool and hot tub area. Board and ski storage. Also great deals and location would come back.

Nice clean place to stay a day or two

It’s not the ritz, but a clean and friendly motel. Room had an accordion divider separating the other bed so my teen girls had their own space. Courtyard was big for a gathering with a bbq to use. Pool looked clean. Capri mall across the street with grocery and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Rooms are nice and clean. It has a grassy area where you can have a picnic and bbq. The staff are friendly. Our baseball association has been coming here every summer for the past 10 years.

Budget motel, bed was some what ok, couch was filthy I had to a blanket off the bed to cover the couch just to sit on it. Kitchenette had no baking sheets so you couldn't use the oven, I had to wash the dishes before using them. They have live ins that are noisy, people coming and going at all hours of the night slamming doors as they enter and leave. Winter rate was $95 a night in all honesty it should...

Very inexpensive and very helpful. The heated indoor pool is an added bonus. Some of the rooms have ovens, stoves and refrigerators. That is why we stay there. Will return again.

There was no option to have an invoice emailed. Nearly misses checking in by the 5pm maximum. They did kindly call us on our way up to confirm we were still coming.

We had our wedding at Hitching Post after our other venue cancelled and we were so glad it worked out that way! Greg and Marietta were incredible hosts and such great people. They were so helpful setting up and helping at the wedding, they really went above and beyond. The property is so beautiful

We spent 2 nights at A Touch of English on the way back to Vancouver. The property sits high up away from the centre of Kelowna and has a nice pool and wonderful views. My wife and I stayed with Clare and Kelly a couple of weeks ago. We had a fabulous time. The accomodations are beautiful, and they are the best hosts! Kelowna is a beautiful town and the B & B is in a great spot. We'd highly recommend it, and look forward to possibly visiting again in the future!

A very cost-effective chain hotel, a one-night transit hotel during the journey, similar to the Hanting standard in China. The room is not big but has a sofa bed, suitable for family stays.

The hotel is located right by the lake, and the location is very good. Although the name is a hotel, it is actually more like a motel. The decoration design is young and colorful, and it is quite fashionable.

Wow came back again booked 401 building 1 and still the same amazing views from all windows, kids could even see the cue at The bullet so they knew to wait for it to go down. Ski in and ski out mins walk to the village. Views from the hot tub of the fireworks again cannot fault the owners. Some new furnishings it was another great stay.

The location is amazing. It's right next to the lift and short walk to the village. Each unit has its individual hot tub, which is my requirement for any Big White stays. The bed and decoration are the standard.

Lynda and Arthur are wonderful hosts. The room was beautiful and fully COVID compliant. The breakfasts excellent. We would certainly stay there again whenever we are in the area. We also took a wine tour with Teahouse wine tours. Arthur was a great tour guide, taking us to some exceptional wineries. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Our host made our stay the most comfortable! Breakfast was great for all 3 days that we were there and their wine tour was awesome! Had so much fun especially when you have a tour guide that is very engaging and that takes great pictures. Oh and their yellow labrador very friendly and cute. Absolutely delightful. Always a wonderful time when we stay at the Teehouse B&B. This will be our 3rd stay with Linda and Arthur. Always welcoming, kind and helpful. Gourmet breakfast awaits you at 8:30 with the best coffee and conversation. Our room (the albatross is our favorite). The King size bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. You MUST try it for yourself!

I stayed here for my mini honeymoon. The hosts were wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. We loved staying in the albatross room. The huge bathtub, private patio, walk in shower and king bed made everything so luxurious! I hope to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

I stayed here years ago somewhere in the mid 2010s. Not sure if they still have the same owners managing it. They were very nice people. I still remember the locally sourced breakfast they offered. I hope to stay here again in the near future.

Feels like you walked into a picture postcard! Beautiful old fully restored home with wrap around verandah surrounded by flowers, shrubs and a bucolic sheep farm. Best water you'll ever drink! Hosts are friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. I'd live there if I could!

A hidden gem among the wineries in Kelowna. One can feel the love and effort that has been poured into the heritage house. Great books to feed your soul by the fireplace and lovely conversations with the host.

This place is a great time if you want to meet people, lots of very social and friendly folks from all over to interact with and hear the stories of. We came in on Canada day weekend and had an absolute blast in this city and hung out with a whole group from here. Bathrooms weren’t clean. At 6 in the morning we were woken up by karaoke and furniture being moved upstairs in the common area. The personnel is very welcoming and go out of their way to include the guests. Good place if you’re looking for the ‘family vibe’.

Best Hostel in Canada and maybe in the wold. The balcony is made to communicate. You might be alone in your travels but you will always find family or good friends there.

I thought this hostel was a great option to stay in a pretty expensive city. I booked a private room with a washroom and it was a good price for what it was. Parking is an extra $10 a day which seemed very reasonable. Overall, perfect location and decent place!
