The place is getting renovated that being said been here for eight months taking off this one the room is awesome raj and the new owners are great housekeeping is wonderful apparently there planning an addition or two which well attract a broader clientele great owners great staff here the pluses out weigh the minuses

Friendly owners - rooms are a bit outdated, however for the price it is great! Huge garden area that is wonderful if you stay during the summer. Comfy bed, clean room and friendly service - best bang for your buck.

The location is very good, right on the main road leading to the airport and the city center. The Orchard Park shopping center is directly across the street. The rooms in the tower are very well-equipped and spacious.

The rooms are newly decorated and have a nice feel. The parking lot is large, the swimming pool is very nice, and it is very comfortable to bring children. Opposite is the largest shopping mall in the city, and shopping is very convenient. You can walk there

My son's team stayed in this hotel and left some personal items in their room. The housekeeping assistant manager, Yash thoroughly searched for the lost items and informed me in a timely and respectful manner of the result. Loved this hotel. We stayed here in July with our three small doggies and had a walkout room facing onto a grassy courtyard. It was a little noisy because lots of teams were staying, so lots of kids and youths around. But we loved the atmosphere: so nice to see kids having fun! The pool and hot tubs were great: the complimentary breakfast was amazingly good. We will be staying again this month.

Its how a company reacts to a conflict or situation that it should be judged. I have stayed at many hotels that are fabulous, but when an issue occurs how do the staff react?How do they treat their paying clients?....... Although we had a couple of issues while staying at the hotel the manager Emma responded quickly and assisted us in coming to a resolution.

This was a pleasant surprise! Not that I expected this hotel to be bad but the room were huge, super clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast that was included was extensive and fresh! We had a courtyard room and I can definitely say that with the accessibility to the pool, its a great place to take kids. Will definitely have to stay here again.

We spent 2 nights at A Touch of English on the way back to Vancouver. The property sits high up away from the centre of Kelowna and has a nice pool and wonderful views. Very friendly customer service. The front desk were very nice and professional and they made check in and out easy. The rooms were super clean and really cozy. After being stranded with multiple flight cancelations, the front desk staff were AMAZING, so accommodating, and friendly. They helped make the best of an unfortunate situation. Being a Marriott Titanium Elite level, needed an in-expensive stay while in Kelowna for business. Fairfield location is perfect, rooms are a decent size, large flat screen TV, bathroom good size. Free parking and a good complementary breakfast (scrambled eggs, omelette, bacon, sausage patty, pancakes, cereals, breads etc.). Staff were awesome. Absolutely delightful. Always a wonderful time when we stay at the Teehouse B&B. This will be our 3rd stay with Linda and Arthur. Always welcoming, kind and helpful. I stayed here for my mini honeymoon. The hosts were wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. We loved staying in the albatross room. The huge bathtub, private patio, walk in shower and king bed made everything so luxurious! I hope to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The rooms are massive and clean. I only stayed there 1 night but found front desk people very kind. The rooms have everything you need. Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was sufficient with an excellent hostess. The pool and water slide were great for kids indoors. And the hot tub was perfect for adults. The room was very clean and the shower was excellent with great pressure. We stayed 1 week this time and would definitely stay there again.

The service right from check in to check.out were top notch. We stayed for 4 nights and though they didn't clean our room, they have extra towels when we asked and the housekeepers would knock on our door to see if we needed anything else at the end of their shift. Good service is hard to find these days and I would definitely come back here because of the service.

I love the convenience of this hotel, especially for medial purposes as they are close to hospital. Shopping center across road from them. Always welcoming and friendly services any time of day. Stay here every time I'm in Kelowna. The location is quiet, peaceful, and close to walk on beach.

This is a great place to stay. Has good prices and then even better with the a discount (if you qualify for one). The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms are older but clean! One of those motel inns where you feel so at home yet you're so connected to the community there. This is thanks to the central location. You're 5 minutes from everything you'd need to spend a lively weekend in Kelowna. The staff were friendly and warm to add. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back to chill.

Budget motel, bed was some what ok, couch was filthy I had to a blanket off the bed to cover the couch just to sit on it. Kitchenette had no baking sheets so you couldn't use the oven, I had to wash the dishes before using them. Very inexpensive and very helpful. The heated indoor pool is an added bonus. Some of the rooms have ovens, stoves and refrigerators. That is why we stay there. Will return again.

My partner and I stayed at the Lake View House in Kelowna about 2 weeks ago in the master bedroom. I loved the room and the balcony. Anna was a great host and we really enjoyed chatting with her. She came on a walk with us and showed us trails on Knoxx mountain. She was very helpful as a host and an over all lovely person! We will certainly stay here again next time we are in Kelowna!

Me and my friend finally went here for breakfast and coffee and it was delicious. The atmosphere is exactly that of a farm market and the staff were so pleasant. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the view while we ate. And then we browsed the market with all the little local soaps, candles, syrups and what have you.

Decent place, the location is good. One block away from the beach and 10 minutes walk to downtown. And mostly clean rooms. But the beds are small, not enough for 2 people. It's tight and uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep there. Good shower, but the toilet is so low.

Had all the necessities for a short stay. Most importantly, my husband and I slept well. I'm very particular about bathrooms, and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. Thank you.

Bathrooms weren’t clean. At 6 in the morning we were woken up by karaoke and furniture being moved upstairs in the common area. The personnel is very welcoming and go out of their way to include the guests. Good place if you’re looking for the ‘family vibe’.
