I had a wonderful stay this weekend at The Delta Kingston - the service was great, the staff at the front desk were always pleasant and super helpful/accommodating. The maintenance guy (i didn't catch his name, older gentleman, evening shift on Saturday) but he was so friendly and helpful when we had a question regarding our room. The rooms were very clean, beautiful view of the water, the hotel in general was kept very clean. We dined at Aqua Terra in the hotel for Brunch and dinner, both experiences were great! The food was amazing and our server James was so pleasant and friendly, we will definitely be coming back to this location!!

Right at the Center of Kingston, easy access to the Thousand Island Cruise. Many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Very relaxing. Also enjoy the pool and hot tub. A lovely short stay.

The old air conditioner in the room cannot be turned on. Turning it on is like flying a plane in the room. It is so noisy that I can't fall asleep. The windows are sealed tightly and I will suffocate if I don't turn on the air conditioner... I am completely speechless

The hotel is nice, facing the harbor, with great views! Kingston is a small town near Toronto, Canada. It is surrounded by Queen's University, the famous Kingston Prison, and the boat tour of Thousand Islands Lake. The ecology is very good. We also saw snakes in the boat harbor🐍

The room was very clean and the floor was clean. The view from the window was beautiful and worth staying. The air conditioning temperature in the hotel was very low. Remember to wear a coat in the lobby in summer. Fortunately, the air conditioning temperature can be adjusted by yourself in the room.
