An amazing hotel which is brand new large rooms with very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom the lamps the chairs the wardrobe everything is perfect . An exceptional quality stay
The hotel room is clean and spacious, the location is good, it is convenient to eat around, check-in and check-out are very convenient, but we caught up with the renovation, it was a bit messy, there were few facilities, only a gym, and the breakfast was very simple and tasted average
The hotel is being renovated and the room smells bad.
Clean and sanitary. Large room. Hot service.

There was a room right next to mine with constant comings and goings all night. At least, the second night I asked for a new room from the second one and it was very nice (renovated and quiet).
Dated property but was very clean . Front desk staff went above and beyond to help with TV issues. He was unable to solve the problem of using a HDMI hookup , but was willing to move us to another room . We declined , but were thankful for the offer. He was very kind and apologetic .
Awesome stay. Could use a few more blankets in case you’re cold. Like a comforter. Great stay otherwise.
The night manager was very nice. The beds were comfortable and appeared to be clean. Internet was quick and easy to log in to. The parking was VERY limited. The latches on our bathroom window were broken so someone could have easily broken in. I jimmied a clothes hanger into a gap between two windows (one of them had a latch), so a third window couldn't be slid over, thus, effectively locking the...

I stayed here for two weeks in January, and there are a lot of good things about this hotel, but also some not so good things. First off, the service was excellent and super-responsive to my needs. I had a small issue with my original room and they placed me in a much nicer room right away, which made me very happy. The amenities are good. The pool is great, the sauna is a big bonus in winter. There...
Had a great experience staying here for my daughters birthday. The staff were nice. Check in/out was a breeze. Rooms were a bit dated but clean. The highlight for us was the pool. We absolutely loved it and it was never busy.
Very odd layout, bathroom was small, bed was comfortable and place was clean. We didn't receive any shampoo in the room so we went to front desk. Within 5 minutes we had bottles delivered to our room. Great service
The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking, but also clean and nice enough. The breakfast was great, real dishes and silverware, lots of options, most fairly healthy. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, check out too. The pool looked nice, the while building in general is beautiful, but I didn't have the time to try it out.
Location is great, right off the highway and near a shopping mall. Very convenient. Rooms are clean. There was no advertising of the event however because the hotel was not running the event.
This hotel is a fair size facility with lots of rooms as well as a pool and common areas to hangout at and relax with friends. The check in was a little rusty and the young lady doing it must have been having a pretty bad day as she was very short with us. The pool is on the ground level but it looks pretty decent. Parking is ample, but some might have to park downhill if you get there late. The...
