Easy check in/out and cost was exceptional. I found the room to be very clean and the location to our destination was perfect.
Friendly staff. While I didn't say anything as this was a 3 star hotel I did notice some things. The room was decent and mostly clean. The bed squeeked and the refrigerator was quite noisy. It never really got cool either. The room had a small sink in addition to the bathroom sink. The small sink faucet had what looked like toothpaste or calcium deposits on it. It was also missing it's strainer. There...
Comfortable room, fixed an issue I had right away and it was very clean. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights, our flight was delayed so we called in advance to have a *very* late check in the next morning. They were already waiting for us and had everything ready. We would stay again :)
This is my go to when staying for business. Efficient check in and check out. Good value for $. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to stay here. I’ve stayed here at least 5 times now. It’s great for a work stay.
Stayed overnight after returning from Mexico (arriving in 2 in the a.m.) No surprise that i missed the 'continental breakfast', but was disappointed that there wasn't at least a pot of coffe for guests. My ride home was going to be late (weather conditions) and when I asked to checkout an hour or so late (11 a.m.) i was told that if I missed the checkout time i would b e charged for an extra day....
I was pleasantly surprised. The room was larger and nicer than I'm used to with budget hotels. The fridge and microwave were nice. The toilet paper was Kirkland brand and even the bars of soap were larger. I really liked that the thermostat was so easy to use.

I attended a work function at this location. The staff were helpful, particularly when we found the temperature of our conference room too cold. The food was a pleasant surprise. Typically hotel conference center food is bland and predictable but the meals here for our function were delicious and there was plenty for everyone. Staff were attentive and made sure we had fully stocked beverages throughout...
I was here with my daughter, her husband and my three grandchildren. The rooms were spacious enough to hold a crib. Which they brought to the room no problems. The front desk was helpful and very friendly. The waite staff was awesome and patient with the children and always had ready smiles for us. The rooms were clean and smelt nice. The pool outside was clean and the towels fresh. We had a small...
We had a session in one of their rooms. The provided room was too tight for the number of people they new we wanted to accommodate so we were squeezed in... the room was hot and they neglected to list us on the digital board for our guests... even after being admised that we werent listed. I have been at this facility before and generally a great experience... they are worthy of another try but this...
This is a great location for hosting company events, parties, seminars, networking events etc... the staff is friendly and helpful and always quick to respond! Friends have hosted events here for years and always a good experience. Not sure what the hotel rooms are like but have heard good things from others who have stayed the night. Food was good also! #recommended
This is probably the best kept hotel in this area. Service from check in to check out was great! This is definitely our go to spot with any out of town visitors. There are awesome restaurants directly across the street. Quick access to the highway and ample parking available at no extra charge. The rooms are very clean and size is good.
Was here for a hockey tournament. Lobby and restaurant/bar was nice. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were not the best but this isn't a 5 star place either. The decor was recently updated but the bathroom had very old fixtures. We had two double beds and they were decent comfort wise. Our shower lever broke while we were there but the staff fixed it very quickly. There is an indoor...

Location was good. Disappointed in bathroom amenities. No cup or body cream in bathroom. Keys did not work after we went out for dinner. That was annoying. Cleaning staff tried to enter at 10 am and woke us up. Beds were amazing and room was super clean.
The woman working the front desk when we checked in was so friendly and helpful she should be teaching classes on hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities are great, especially for families. Not only do they have an indoor pool, but an arcade and a bowling alley in the basement. Loved it here and will definitely stay again.
I stayed here while my husband was having heart surgery at St.Mary’s Hospital which is just a 15 minute walk away. The staff were incredibly accommodating when I had to extend my stay multiple times. I was so impressed. The restaurant that is in the hotel, Aqua, is delicious, friendly servers, and fast service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, they treat you as if this is your home! From Sherry...
Hotel reception management need lessons on customer experience. Reception staff do not look you in the eye when you arrive - simply demand your name and ID. I get that kind of behaviour from a customs officer or police officer, not expecting it from “reception” on a 4 start hotel. Take note, Parking is in another building and can be confusing. Unfortunately, I took a ticket on entry and used it...
This is a very nice hotel in downtown Kitchener. Everything was clean and smelled great. The staff was very friendly and the food was also quite good. I would recommend them for their rooms and their event spaces.
Nice lobby and a nice bar restaurant. Service was good. Rates are reasonable. A bit of walking to the parking which is extra charge. We were in the older section in the rooms were a bit narrow and the bathroom was small no counter space - but the furniture and cleanliness and bedding was all quite good. Nice lobby and a nice bar and small restaurant. Service was good. Rates are reasonable. A bit of...

Lovely experience in a lovely hamlet outside of town. Gracious hosts, wonderful breakfast, up to date amenities in an historical house. Even a pay what you can snack station for those late cravings!
My husband and I spent our wedding weekend at Maryhill Inn, and the stay was nothing short of exceptional. Located in a charming rural Ontario town nestled between Kitchener and Guelph, this bed and breakfast quickly felt like a home-away-from-home largely thanks to the outstanding management team: Kimmie, an artist with a background in theatre set design, and James, an all-around handyman with a...
I surprised my wife. She loves B and B. From the moment she walked in to when we left. The room, fireplace, wing backed chairs and especially the hot tub and the four poster bed. The inn keepers Kimmie and James are one of the best parts of our stay. Breakfast was amazing. Our room very neat and tidy. We live in Alberta, will definitely tell our friends to come here who live in Ontario.
The hosts Kimmy and James greated us with smiles and great info about the Inn and the amenities they have to offer. The garden suite was beautiful, especially the claw foot tub! Very clean and quiet. There was water bottles available and some popcorn, in case we needed a late night snack, nice touch! The location would be perfect if Maryhill had a busier town center, but it's central to St-jacob...
This old house is being lovingly restored to its original glory! We stayed in the rose room, and every little detail was beyond beautiful!! The house is very deceiving from outside, it's HUGE inside. There is a relaxing patio in the back which is beautiful and welcoming! There's even an outdoor fire and hot tub. This is in a small town so it quiet! The 2 nights we spent here had me completely relaxed...
Very pleasant experience. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel like we were at home. We stayed in the rose room which was very comfortable and enjoyed watching old movies on VHS. The morning breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Definitely recommend and would go back.

I stayed at the residence and conference centre this past weekend with my lacrosse team. Upon arrival, I found out that I had not actually had a room booked. The gentleman I spoke to never put my name in the system, nor took any information down for the room. But the ladies at the front were absolutely amazing, and were so nice throughout the weekend even though they seemed to be very busy! Super clean...
The location is just across conestoga college Doon Campus. The service os good. Good wifi and free breakfast
Training day for work. Room was in basement but comfortable, nice temperature of room. Washrooms clean. Overall good for a work training day but being in the basement there was no outside view
Lived here my first year of college. It's expensive relative to other local housing and doesn't have a strong student culture that you find at other school's residences. That being said some amenities were nice to have compared to what you will find elsewhere in the area (games room, BBQs, etc. a list can be found on their website), the free shuttle service to both Conestoga's Doon and Cambridge campuses...
Nice place to stay. Staff are very nice, and most rooms are nice and clean. Residents are sometimes loud walking through the hallways but other than that, a good experience.

Room was a bit dated but very clean. There was no smoke/CO detector or a second lock on the door. The bed was super comfortable. Beautiful big picture on the wall behind it. Hot shower. Took a while to figure out how to turn on the heat. It's part of the air conditioning unit. The guy in the office was super friendly and helpful.
Had a horrible night here. Not all the hotel's fault. The room was adequate, although I found it more expensive than it should have been. Unbeknownst to me, I was staying in prime territory for people who go to Country and Western concerts at a few local places, and that night was just nuts. There was actually a point where I didn't feel safe. If you choose to go, call ahead and make sure it's not...

I stayed here for two weeks in January, and there are a lot of good things about this hotel, but also some not so good things. First off, the service was excellent and super-responsive to my needs. I had a small issue with my original room and they placed me in a much nicer room right away, which made me very happy. The amenities are good. The pool is great, the sauna is a big bonus in winter. There...
Had a great experience staying here for my daughters birthday. The staff were nice. Check in/out was a breeze. Rooms were a bit dated but clean. The highlight for us was the pool. We absolutely loved it and it was never busy.
Very odd layout, bathroom was small, bed was comfortable and place was clean. We didn't receive any shampoo in the room so we went to front desk. Within 5 minutes we had bottles delivered to our room. Great service
The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking, but also clean and nice enough. The breakfast was great, real dishes and silverware, lots of options, most fairly healthy. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, check out too. The pool looked nice, the while building in general is beautiful, but I didn't have the time to try it out.
Location is great, right off the highway and near a shopping mall. Very convenient. Rooms are clean. There was no advertising of the event however because the hotel was not running the event.
This hotel is a fair size facility with lots of rooms as well as a pool and common areas to hangout at and relax with friends. The check in was a little rusty and the young lady doing it must have been having a pretty bad day as she was very short with us. The pool is on the ground level but it looks pretty decent. Parking is ample, but some might have to park downhill if you get there late. The...

The motel was exactly what I expected. Clean and tidy, beds reasonably comfy, Owners very friendly, ample parking. Close enough to Stratford for an easy drive into town.
Quiet efficiently run and super-clean. Nicest owners give a "family" feel. Our room had the basics without pizzazz and though slightly dated everything was updated clean and comfortable. Our room backed onto peaceful and picturesque farmland which gifted us with fresh air and silence. Though we never used the pool, the pool area, pool and grounds were well kept, inviting and again, peaceful. We enjoyed...
Wow! A hidden gem in Stratford. 3 night stay. Value for money - check, room and property cleanliness- check, outstanding and courteous customer service by the owners Mike and Mandy and their staff Danielle and Nicole - check, quiet and peaceful sleeps with rooms facing a green field with a little balcony if lucky enough to get one of these rooms - check, well tended, beautiful gardens offering privacy...
We have no complaints about this motel. It's very clean. We have a lovely little deck that you can set out on. The pool is secluded and friendly and nice to be around. If we were to visit Stratford again we would choose this motel. It is situated outside of the main town but it's like 3 minutes away so who cares.
We were recommended to this place by a family friend. Amazing experience ! Would 100% recommend. Very clean and friendly. Cute garden and pool. They have a guide to Stratford in every room that recommends literally anything and everything you want to do and eat. It was pretty awesome.
The room was very clean and tidy. The property has very beautiful gardens. We ate by the pool under an umbrella because the gardens were so nice to look at. The location was perfect for touring around Stratford. Would definitely stay here again.

An old-fashioned motel, well maintained, on lovely grounds, quiet, beds comfortable. Nothing fancy, but will return for its simplicity and clealiness.
One word: clean. From the moment of check in to check out, everything was spotless and I'm a very meticulous and careful person when staying at accomodations where I double check everything. Staff/owner was nice and the restaurant just down the road was a nice hidden gem as well which I would recommend. Happy with the value and stay overall.
The room was spacious and very clean. My stay there was pleasant. The owner of the motel is a super nice lady. I will definitely stay there again, when I am back that way.
What a great motel. Clean, clean rooms, comfortable beds, spotless washrooms, pleasant staff, great price. Not sure what more you could ask for. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends.
This has become our favorite place to stay when we come to the Stratford festival. Although it is not downtown, it is still a quick 5-minute drive to all the theaters. The rooms are spacious and both sides of the bed get equal treatment with a nice nightstand with shelf and drawer and good lighting. It is well designed & comfortable with several chairs, a fridge, big TV (that we never use) and a nice...
The facilities were clean and well kept. The motel had a vintage feel. The breakfast included coffee, tea, orange juice, and breads and muffins. The owners were nice.

Breakfast was excellent and plenty to eat! Loved the many options and little extras, home made jams, beautiful room to eat in.
We had such a great weekend. The house and grounds were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, but the true beauty of our experience were our lovely hosts Ilya and Bruce. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend.
This is my favorite stay. We, two families 6 people, sightsee the Stratford city and luckily chose this county picturesque historic house. Llya is so nice and provided awesome hospitality to accommodate all of us. Just feel like a homecoming visit, cozy and considerate. Definitely we will come back in the future.
We, a family of five, visited Koch Haus B&B in the early July. The house is located in the picturesque countryside which is just a few minutes drive away from downtown Stratford. The drive towards there is just glorious, with endless green and yellow wheat fields, winding hilly countryside roads and peaceful farmlands with horses and cows. Our host and hostess are amazingly hospitable. The breakfast...
Just a simple delight. Our hosts welcomed us into their home as if we were old friends. The pioneer style stone house has been completely renovated but the feel of home and warmth remain. Super nice owners of this hotel. They diligently monitor the grounds well maintained safe and sound. Plus they have the a pet dog known as thier "Prince". When you see him you'll know why! The of the beautiful dogs I have ever seen. He's actually stunning. If he ever has puppies I get first pick...
Staying in Room 6, room is perfect for just myself. Room comes with a little glass dining table and a larger desk; which was perfect for the Zoom meeting I had today. Wifi works excellent! Although on a busy road, the atmosphère and outdoors seems more peaceful and relaxed. There is a gazebo that I must try out tomorrow! The owner Dee is very professional and pleasant.
Decent prices a little run down from the look of it but the rooms look better than you'd think from the outside. Clean. But you can't control heat from your room, and the housekeeper is elderly I was told and forgets things sometimes like the alarm clock that went off at 1 am. Maybe it's also my fault for not checking but I don't stay in hotels/motels often. The lady at the front desk was very sweet...
People seem to dislike management here but we didn't have an issue with them. I came in having low expectations but I was completely wrong. The rooms are clean, air conditioned, and have wifi. There's a beautiful courtyard where you can relax after a long day. Since I'm tall the small washroom/shower was a slight issue. Obviously it's not a 4 star hotel but for what you pay for you will be pleasantly...
