I always enjoy my stay here, staff are nice and it's always clean!
The staffs were so nice to us. Also the breakfast was The staffs were so nice to us. Also the breakfast was decent. There was power down problem once but the service was goot in total.
My stay was ok. To say the very least I wouldn't come back here even if it was free. Many large spiders in room, they do not vacuum in-between guest it looks like they just sweep it all to the sides and hope we don't notice which says alot about what they really care about. Also manager threw a hissy fit even though front desk said it was fine to check out late. Get it together fruitcake!
This hotel front desk and management staff are very very kind! Because the hotel is located well and close to business, we chose this home2 .When we checked in and I told them I don’t sleep well for two night ago .the front desk and management staff ,even the cleaning staff were very kind and enthusiastic to help me gave us so much more help, which made us very moved! We hope they will receive our...

Residence & Conference Centre - Kitchener-Waterloo
Kitchener, 99 Conestoga College Boulevard 🧭 Map
Student residence. Two beds, kitchen (which I didn't use) work space. Air conditioning. I did not check to see if the small TV worked. Shower head needed to be improved. I needed a place to sleep and this covered my needs
The rooms were very clean, please consider putting kettles in the rooms
We stayed at the Residence & Conference Centre for four days, using it as a launch point to explore southern Ontario. Keep in mind, you’re booking a dorm-style room—it’s a bit rough around the edges. There was a musty smell when we first walked in, though we eventually went nose-blind. The A/C felt a little underpowered, but I travel with a fan, so I was comfortable. That said, you get a two-bedroom...
These rooms are very dated with 30 year old blinds that barely function, a tv that has sound cutting in and out, plus missing some basics like coffee and tea that most hotels offer. The air/con kinda worked if you set it below 70. It's great to have two separate bedrooms but the place seemed manky overall for the room rate that one pays. In general, the KW area lacks good hotels near the airport. So...
It's suitable for friends to stay together. The room is average but the price is very reasonable.
Residence & Conference Centre - Kitchener-Waterloo is a very clean establishment. It is accessible to bus rides and restaurants. Easy to check-in and check-out. Highly recommended to travelers.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo was absolutely perfect. The hotel's excellent location makes it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were spacious and bright, with a modern design and attention to detail. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were clean, and the water pressure was excellent...
The good points are that the bed is very comfortable and conducive to sleep, and the toiletries are good; the bad points are that the bathroom is too small, and the hotel is quite old, especially the carpet and elevator, which constantly remind people of the hotel's age.
The air conditioning in the room was very strong, the room facilities were average, and the price was on the high side. Perhaps it was due to the start of the school season, so booking in advance might have been better. The price was quite high when I booked at the time. Western-style breakfast was a common feature.
So, the leading positive is the buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant -Aqua. Decent selection and good quality. Fresh omelet station. It is generally an add-on or a slightly higher room cost when included. The front desk service was friendly. Parking is expensive at $12 per day down a back alley and under a low concrete parkade roof - max height of just over 6 feet. Limited parking available...
The hotel has a superior location and convenient transportation
Beds were comfortable and the standard room was fine but there are other hotels that have nicer accommodations at a lower price. The parking is in a dingy covered parking lot and $12 a day. The balcony was so small.it is almost unusable and when standing outside there was garbage that should be cleaned up. I was expecting nicer accommodations as I thought this was a higher class hotel. The overall...

My Service Dog (Chai) and I are here for a (potentially) two month stay while renovations happen at home. Despite my concerns, both human and canine, from the moment I parked my car I have never felt so welcome! The staff (management, reception, housekeeping, maintenance and even construction - I hope I didn’t miss anyone) are always smiling and ready to help with anything we need. Yes, some facilities...
Rooms were in good order, well cleaned. Everything worked. Nothing extravagant but a decent place to stay the night. We had a room with a king size bed. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room had a fridge, microwave and safe. There were two sinks in the bathroom and a big vanity. Shower was pretty good also.
Staff friendly helpful breakfast was awesome. Expensive but worth it. Only thing is I wish the bathtub add a plug.
Very clean all around.. Staff was super nice. Rooms were kept nice and clean also. Breakfast food was yummy. Were were there for 2 nights and they had a variety of food options for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Get to the “gym” early...two treads, two ellipticals, and a recumbent bike and all were in use at 5:30am. Except for the above & dumbbells of < 10lbs there’s nothing else.

The hotel was great, stayed at different BW. If anyone drinks decaf I suggest you pick k up your coffee on the way or bring your own. Our room had a coffee machine.
Great value, clean room and excellent customer service. Really enjoyed our stay there. Good free breakfast is nice bonus.
This was a very nice hotel. The check in was very easy and friendly. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. It has a very good quality shower. We had the breakfast the next morning and it was a nice selection of hot and cold items. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area.
Its located along a strip of hotels, it's close to major roadways. Rooms are clean and the property is well kept. Interactions with staff at the front desk have been pleasant and professional. They have been attentive and helpful. I would stay here again if in the area and recommend the Best Western to others.
Very clean and quiet place to stay. Conveniently located off Highway 8. Very nice breakfast buffet included. Very reasonably priced.
I had a decent time in the luxury suite. My brother and father did not as they were kept awake by the refrigerator buzzing and low quality pillows along with a stiff mattress. I took the cot. The continental breakfast was decent and the staff seemed lively. I like how the check in is at 3 so there's no rush. However we were unable to check in early because a 🏑 team left the place a mess they were cleaning

Went to a concert that was 10 mins walk away. Stayed one night, but would've liked to stay longer. Built in 1800's but updated and beautiful in decoration and architecture. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable. Only slight criticism would be that some downtown light sneaks through the blackout curtains, but that's really the only critique I could come up with!!
We got married at the Walper and it was a fantastic experience from the moment we started planning. We worked with two different wedding coordinators who were both amazing and worked to bring our vision to life. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was magical for our special day!
The Walper Hotel in downtown Kitchener combines history and modern comfort. The rooms are cozy and stylish with personality. Attentive staff provide a warm welcome. Its central location makes it a convenient choice for exploring Kitchener. Request a higher floor to avoid hearing activity on street level at night. A delightful stay blending charm and convenience.
Our second stay at this lovely unique hotel in downtown Kitchener. The rooms are immaculate, clean, and so comfortable. The staff is warm and friendly. The price point is perfect, and make sure you take advantage of the optional extra of breakfast! Delicious.
So Incredibly happy with my stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and super trendy. The staff was amazingly kind and always took the time to say hi and ask me if there was anything I needed. The breakfast in The Barrister's Lounge (located in the hotel itself) was absolutely delicious and in the evening the drinks at The Local (again located in the hotel itself) were perfect and served in an incredibly...

Very gracious host. Nice breakfast included. Even went out of their way to get the hockey game on. Nice room and bed. Needs a bit of a cleaning.
Hidden Treasure Beautiful Inn with so much to offer. The owners go out of their way to accommodate.
We had a great stay! The property is very charming, our room was cozy and relaxing. The hosts were wonderful. Bring your swimsuit for the outdoor hot tub!

I would have recommended this place a long time ago but nowadays is not very clean getting very expensive and they barely clean the rooms anymore and it seems to get raided quite often
Best place to stay because is is near mall, tim, bar, and other food spots are available on walking distance. Staff is also good. My overall experience war good.
Quiet here generally, microwave stovetop TV I can whack off in peace smoke sleep party at a good price
I have stayed here in the past a number of time's and stayed recently for 10 days. House keeping was very attentive to our needs and office staff is always polite. Was only disturbed once by a fellow traveler. Other than that a very pleasant stay. Not sure why so meny bad reviews? I will stay there again in the fall when I return.
It's a hole in the wall kind of place, not a hidden gem though. Owners put up with a lot of BS. It's a good place to go if you want a no questions asked experience. Lived there for about 6 weeks. The other extended stay/permanent residents are pretty nice. It's not a place for families. Good if you're single or just don't care anymore. Rooms are clean, just rundown looking. No bedbugs either. Could use with a good update. The pool was the nicest part. My bed wasn't really comfy. The shower didn't work at first but they came up to fix it right away. It just didn't look clean in the hallway like stains on the carpet and paint drops (I hope it was paint) on the railings. Food cartons were left on the stairs in the side entrance and were clearly bad. I would not stay here again
Looks rough on the outside and in the halls but the room was clean & comfortable. Good for a place to hang your head.

Very friendly staff and very cozy well cared place.
Absolutely fantastic. The rooms were dry so I would suggest placing a pot of water on your radiator. The hosts were very welcoming and breakfast a real treat!!!! Robes and slippers made it an extra nice touch.
I booked this place for my parents. They don't speak English at all, but the staff is very friendly and do their best to make their stay comfortable. I know hospitality is all about that, but I can see that it is not a "forced" way to do it.
A very cozy Victorian era inn. Beds are comfortable to sleep in. Well furnished, with a lot of pillows. When the AC is off, it is a very quiet room, so you can get a good night's sleep. The hotel room is clean and spacious, the location is good, it is convenient to eat around, check-in and check-out are very convenient, but we caught up with the renovation, it was a bit messy, there were few facilities, only a gym, and the breakfast was very simple and tasted average
The hotel is being renovated and the room smells bad.
Clean and sanitary. Large room. Hot service.

Wonderful host and hostess. Clean spacious accommodation with a Kitchenette stocked with snacks and drinks. And then there's the beautiful backyard space!!
Wow, where to begin? My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Forest Hill B & B on July 14 and 15 for a delightful couple of nights. We were in the area to attend a wedding. We were warmly welcomed by our hostess Eleanora who helped us to get settled in. The lower suite was very spacious. We had a great sleep in the comfortable queen size bed. We enjoyed a 50” HDTV. We received the stay at Forest Hill as a gift from family and we were very happy we did. The owners, Eleanora and Dave, are wonderful people. Had a mid interaction with the owner and current president of the embassy motel Michael Primeau. Decent hotel with a very mid owner.
Decent rooms if you're looking for a one-night stay in a pinch to have a place. Rooms are air conditioned Motel is quiet no sketchy characters. The only downfall is you're not allowed any guests in your room day or night unless approved and not likely to be approved. Clean but very outdated
We had booked a smoking room for one night and it was very nice. The tv worked well and had a wide selection of channels, the room was very clean but small. Got stuffy fast and we did need to keep both windows and the front door open most of our stay. The bathroom looked recently updated and was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. The service wasn't the best however. My bf had issues with the...
Room seemed clean and it was enough to get a good night's rest. The couple who own the place are friendly and polite. Pretty good value for the money. Only thing I found annoying is the bathroom had no fan and a window that was right beside the sidewalk and at eye level. Not a great feature unless you want people to see you showering.
Nice little motel for the money, would definitely stay again.
Clean too. but bed's could be more comfortable. Air conditioner very annoying and not working properly.

i wonder if it still rains in the rooms i used to rent, 2-3 years ago. the water seemed to be leaking from upstairs, which would be falling on our heads like the roof was gone. not the best place there is, but the indian/paki? owner deserves a couple of stars just by himself. he was always very nice and helpful, i got to find out after 3 or 4 years in ontario, there are very few people like him around...

Not a bad little place. The new owner is trying his best to get the place out of the hole it fell into. It's still a bit rough around the edges but I'm sure in short time it will get better. Surprisingly comfortable beds and pillows for the room rate.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and well insulated. However, I believe that the management could be more human in the way they deal with the public; everything isn't always about money.
Not the worse motel I've been at. The office staff is very nice. Not to clean and could use updated bedding, curtains and TV. A little expensive for what you get. Conveniently located. I will return just cause the office staff was friendly and curtious.
