Coast Hotel & Convention Centre

I stayed one-night for business. The room was immaculately clean, the furnishings were very modern and colourful. The bed was very comfortable, even with me being a fussy sleeper. The room I had was on the second floor and I heard zero street noise, etc.

The complimentary breakfast I was served in the hotel’s new restaurant, the following morning, was TRULY AMAZING!!! I ordered the brisket poutine (minus the included egg because of an allergy), and it was quite literally the most delicious and hearty breakfast I’ve had in forever! The service was equally amazing!! I highly recommend!!

Stayed here for 4 nights and used it as our base to explore other nearby locations.
Rooms were clean and the appearance overall was exceptional. They provided coffee in the rooms but I preferred to go to the Starbucks in the lobby. Casino was great and won more than we lost. Our flight was cancelled and the hotel staff went out of their way to get us a room for another night. We would definitely stay here again

Such a great stay! Called ahead to request early check in and play pen for our toddler. Was greeted by the wonderful Iryna who was very helpful over the phone and at the front desk. We were able to get into our room by 11am. Check in is usually 3pm. It was perfect for nap time and the play pen was already there. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed at this hotel as our home base for our Langley farm wedding. We were very happy with both suites (executive and hospitality) and found them to be great value for what we paid. The manager and front desk were also able to secure early check-ins for the vast majority of our wedding guests which was greatly appreciated. We had some issues with guests having difficulty booking rooms through the room block via the phone. I would consider that a bit of a training issue. If you have a room block, I highly recommend providing your guests with instructions on how to book rooms online, rather than by phone. It was nice to have the casino available for guests that wanted to keep the party going but the Saturday night crowd was a little sketchy/sleazy. Back to the rooms...they gave us everything we needed: a lot of space, two bathrooms and two fridges in each suite, plus a massive balcony for the executive suite. The rooms were clean, the shower water pressure was awesome, and the staff was friendly.

The room was very clean, bedding nice and fresh, bathroom spotless with nice toiletries. The restaurants and Starbucks on site is nice as is the 24/7 front desk & the security of only being able to use the elevator with your key card. Only issue I had was it was noisy in the morning, the windows are thin so you can hear everything outside. Overall would recommend though, one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in.

Arrived after a long day of travel to check in process was great. Starbucks also downstairs right in the hotel. Room was great spacious, very comfy beds and pillows although someone tried to keep stealing mine should of given maybe 3-4 pillows😊. Although the room was located by the alley way and was woken up at 6am by a garbage truck dumping bins next time get a parking lot room only complaint I have. Front desk staff were great

Me and my family stayed in the hotel few days ago with our relatives from Canada in this hotel. I really really enjoyed my trip in Canada. I like this hotel very much. Staff was very nice and cooperative . Rooms were clean and good. At front desk Manpreet she was very nice ,lovely , helpful and check in us very fast. I mean She was amazing. Hope I will come again and want to stay again in the same hotel.

Always a pleasure to stay and play here at the Cascades Casino and they also have Bingo.
There's plenty to do with a Starbucks on-site,all you can Eat buffet ,The Match Restaurant and Atlas Steak and Seafood Restaurants .
The staff are very efficient and always welcoming.
I highly recommend this place to everyone ...😊

I made a big error booking our two-night stay. It was to be tonight and tomorrow night but I inadvertently made it for tomorrow and Monday. I said it was a special time away before I start cancer treatment. The ladies at the front desk were so awesome! They got us a room for tonight and tomorrow on the 6th floor. A big thankyou to the staff for being so caring and understanding. You are the BEST!
