Days Inn by Wyndham Leamington

We stayed at the hotel for a youth baseball tournament that was hosted in Leamington. We were there for 2 nights, along with some other teams playing in the tournament.
The room was fine. Spacious enough. The king bed was comfortable, the pull out bed was terrible. The price was $270/night plus a $30 + tax surcharge as we had 3 children in the room.
Housekeeping did not come during our stay. The beds were not made and garbage was not taken out (we had a baby so there were diapers) Towels were not replenished.
The hotel was not large enough to accommodate a large group. There was not a common area we were allowed to visit in while the kids swam, or where the kids could hang out. The staff often seemed irritated by us rather than helping us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. We felt that we were always in the way as the “bar” is attached to hotel lobby and had limited seating.
The 2 star rating that is shown on the site is accurate. We will not be booking here again and suggest other teams don’t either. Far too expensive for sub par service and experience.

Room was clean and tidy and staff were pleasent, but....
- Pool was so gross it had skin on it and mirky.
- hot tub was broken and out of service and looked like it had been for some time.
- had to get help to use our elevator to bring our stuff up (not open to public)
- ceiling in our room had previous leak and patch job looked awful.
- contentenal breakfast was realy bad and all gluten only food. No scrambled eggs, no bacon or sausage, muffins were bite size store bought, bananas were so green couldn't be eaten.
- we were unaware there was no room service till the second day as the first day we got back from Pelee island and our bed was not made and towels were on the the floor where ee left them for housekeeping. When I went to front desk to ask he pointed at a sign in the corner stating no room service till day two unless requested. Would've been nice to know up front.
- no smart TV and TV was tiny.
- went to check, no one at desk to get elevator brought up to us and no one at desk to check out....

None of this would've bother me if I was paying $150 a night (weeknight) but I feel $255 for a weeknight is ridiculous. Very disappointing for our mine and my girlfriends first getaway together. Loved Leamington (great place, great restaurants) and Pelee island was excellent and high recommend.

Do not stay here. Terrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars. Stay at the Best Western down the road. It is head over heels better in every way especially cleanliness. The 'updated' rooms are the equivalent to lipstick on a pig.

Paid $250 per night for a motel. Don’t call yourself a hotel. How in the world can you charge this much for a tiny little motel and tiny little pool and filthy “hot tub”. Don’t put your bar next to a hotel room and then kick 30 people out of the bar because one room complained of noise. You would rather appease one person and an upset 30 others and charge so much? Shame on you. I would expect much better for this price! Will not be back, don’t waste you money.
