Great hotel in Leamington! Staff were so friendly and eager to help out if we had any issues. Room was modern and clean, water pressure was out of this world!! Had a great nights sleep! Didn't get a chance to use, but the pool looked so inviting! They have a little bar with a pool table for some evening entertainment. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

Overall it was very clean. Check in Amuu was lovely however she charged the credit card 3 times (saying it didn’t go thru) . We called for toilet paper and had to get it ourselves. Breakfast was minimal but adequate.

My room was clean. Linens and blankets were in good shape and looked relatively new. Surprised to find hardwood flooring rather than carpeting, though I think that choice makes sense. My room had a small microwave and bar fridge, plus a single-cup coffee maker on the desk. The motel has two floors, and there is an elevator if you need it, but it is operated by the front desk attendant. The motel has a small swimming pool and a fitness center, neither of which I used during my stay. as other reviewers have mentioned, the walls are a bit thin. It was easy for me to hear people talking as they walked by my door. I didn’t hear any noises during the night, though I stayed on a Tuesday and perhaps the motel was not that full. TV reception was OK but the picture was surprisingly grainy; see attached pic. The complementary breakfast is decent though not outstanding: assorted cereals, yogurt, toast and bagels, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, and a waffle maker. To drink, there is orange juice, apple juice, tea, and two types of coffee, regular and “strong”. I think this motel is fine enough for one or two nights, especially with the complementary breakfast. Other motels in the area don’t offer a free meal, so this spares you a trip to Tim Hortons!

Front desk young man was friendly and joked with us. Room was spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Would stop again if in the area. Enjoyed the restaurants and the thrift stores. Drove along the water and it was so pretty and calming

The staff were very helpful and kind. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained. The hotel is close to everything. I will definitely be staying here again. I had a fantastic experience. Breakfast was amazing. This is a must stay.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was fairly clean, the beds were not comfortable, and the tv was very small and fuzzy, with not many channels to pick from. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a greenhouse contributed to a foul smell. The pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub appeared to have been broken for a long time. The breakfast was disappointing, lacking hot items like sausage or bacon,our stay was overpriced, we will be staying at the best western next time like we usually do you get more for the price.

Wonderful woman on duty when we checked in. Very knowledgeable and personable. She gave us great information on dining experiences in Leamington. She offered us insight into what to see and do in the Leamington area. She gave us some great brochures to take along.

We stayed at the hotel for a youth baseball tournament that was hosted in Leamington. We were there for 2 nights, along with some other teams playing in the tournament.
The room was fine. Spacious enough. The king bed was comfortable, the pull out bed was terrible. The price was $270/night plus a $30 + tax surcharge as we had 3 children in the room.
Housekeeping did not come during our stay. The beds were not made and garbage was not taken out (we had a baby so there were diapers) Towels were not replenished.
The hotel was not large enough to accommodate a large group. There was not a common area we were allowed to visit in while the kids swam, or where the kids could hang out. The staff often seemed irritated by us rather than helping us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. We felt that we were always in the way as the “bar” is attached to hotel lobby and had limited seating.
The 2 star rating that is shown on the site is accurate. We will not be booking here again and suggest other teams don’t either. Far too expensive for sub par service and experience.

My niece and I arrived at the Days Inn at 6am, after spending the night in the hospital with her mother, my sister as she took her last breath. They wanted to charge us the full rate of $220. I explained the situation, adding we didnt need room service, nor maid service. So he knocked a measley $20 off the rate! I have stayed in lots of hotels and if the room is ready and available, they have never charged for an early check in. As you can imagine, neither my niece or I got much sleep. The 27th day was busy with preparations, notifying friends and family about her passing. Needless to say, we fell into bed, totally exhausted both mentally and physically. Unfortunately there was an unusually heavy rain storm overnight. When I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, I slipped and damn near fell with the water on the floor. Upon trying to check out in the morning, what appeared to be the only one covering the front desk and the breakfast room, said he would email receipt. I advised him about the ceiling leaking and he said he would look into it. Receipt arrived without ant discount for wet floor. I contacted the hotel by phone from home and all she could say is that would gladly moved rooms had I contacted them at the time. At 72 years of age and having gone through 2 very long days, the last thing I wanted to was get up, repack and change rooms. I'm not looking for a free ride, but certainly expect some sort discount for a 6am check in and a wet and dangerous floor.

I would say everything is okay. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. However, we saw a stranger walk into the building and ask us for something while there was no receptionist at that time. It is a bit scary so be careful!
