Booked our room directly with the hotel front desk, and the service was excellent. Room was spacious, nice and clean which included USB, mini fridge, microwave & TV. I'm here for work, so I cannot comment on value for money (because the company booked and paid for the room) but I can say the room is comfortable, clean and reasonably equipped for a sub brand chain such as Days Inn (don't go expecting a caviar mini fridge). The staff I interacted with were all very polite and helpful even with the confusion we gave them of 5 bookings all under one name and our staff...

Rooms are spacious. Clean for the most part. Could have done a better job with the "recent renovations" Bathroom was clean, need a better in house plumber for sure. Bed and lounge area good. TV is mounted a bit sideways but now I getting picky. Overall a decent place with friendly service. Bit overpriced but what can ya do

Nice place to stay, but the elevator is a problem. You have to get staff to unlock it. If you are a senior, you might seek a better alternative. Cost is high for what you get

Reserved a room here for a night and didnt realize the pool was out of service till i got there. We had an enjoyable stay for my son's wedding weekend. We would highly recommend room 14. No view but it was a large sunny suite. It had a bicycle theme. The Hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Was there for our sons hockey tournament, Sandy was awesome in the breakfast area, Dharmesh (manager) was great to deal with while trying to book for a whole hockey team. The rooms and general area were clean and newly updated. The beds were comfortable, but the size of the room felt a little small and crammed. The best part of this location is the service. The staff were very nice and had a few personal touches to our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. Breakfast was great and even more than I expected!! Loved the fact that you had a wide variety of breakfast items to suit everyone's preferences, ie. hardboiled eggs, homefries, eggs, omlettes, sausage and even a make-your-own Belgian wafflemaker! (plus of course cold breakfast options too!)

The bed was comfortable and it was quaint and cozy, good location to downtown leamington.

The room was updated with a smart renovation and was supposed to be non-smoking...however, a slight odour was noticed. Unfortunately, although we had an end room, the people next door were literally up all night, and dragging the desk chair and talking loud enough to keep us up more than sleeping.

The rooms were surprisingly clean and spacious with a simple no-nonsense layout, which was a relief because you never know what you're going to get when you stay at a small independent hotel. Some small independent hotels go for a "homey" feeling, which some people might like but which feels weird to me. The receptionist was friendly and I appreciated the layout: the parking lot and the hotel room...

Friendly staff. Very clean and organized room. Just remember to pull into the right parking lot. The neighbors aren't so polite. Other than that, it was pretty good experience.

One of the cleanest and most quiet motels I have stayed in. Great and friendly staff. Rooms are newly renovated as far as I could tell. Mattresses perhaps not the most comfortable, but still ok. Highly recommend

We came to visit nearby Point Pelee and this place ended up being the highlight! (Which is saying a lot because we loved the park too.) Beautiful room, exceptional amenities, AMAZING four course breakfast... Roland and Megan clearly take pride in their business and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Roland is an amazing host!! An enchanting home with all the necessary items to relax & splurge! The breakfasts are grand, delicious & Roland loves it! The room was perfect. 1 thing I'd like to mention was the bed was very very soft...sunk in. I would prefer a firmer bed but the second night I slept well.

Stayed one night in June 2017. Rolland was such a kind and wonderful host, and a talented chef. The beds were so comfortable and as other reviewers said breakfast did not disappoint! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and can't speak highly enough about the experience.

This place is a little throwback from the 70s. I enjoyed it. Cute. Maid service didn't show up for the weekend and there is some small repairs needed but the stay was still enjoyable :) older beds, 70s look, paint, sheets etc. Pool available but closed due to needing repair. This place was very impressive! Clean, modern and very comfortable. Check in was smooth and seamless.

Quiet clean cold air conditioner nice breakfast . Small steps wheel chair limited in some areas. Large person may find the toilet small but correct height. Ask when making reservations.

I have stayed here on 4 different occasions, and intend to stay on every visit in the future. Each and every time the staff was courteous and kind, the room was well maintained and clean, and the stay was as expected...quiet! The breakfast is more than enough, and the price is great. Love this hotel! The rooms are always clean and have been recently updated. Customer service at the front desk is wonderful, friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to install outlets at both bedside lamps in each room as my husband and I like to have our phones next to us at bedtime for our morning alarm. There could also be an outlet installed at each bar so a computer could be set up there...

With the price I paid for my stay at this hotel, its worth it. Everything I needed as basic necessities to have a good sleep and shower and stuff are all met. Breakfast is decent, although it could be better with more options and table and chairs. Happy to stay here again next time.

We have been twice, because the location is very convenient for us, when we visit some friends. Literally we just sleep and go. The rooms are clean but with a old smell. They have breakfast included, you can make your own waffles, take cereal and coffee, is basic but works perfectly for us.

The bestway motel was a pleasant, quiet and comfortable experience. The owners were friendly and supplied me with necessary toiletries right away. Arriving to the motel, the room was very clean and nicely kept. It’s a standard room with your basics, which is fair for the price. It was nice stay over here. The rooms were neat and clean. Near to all grocery stores and banks. The best part of it is that located on main highway. And the room service was so good.

Average Hotel. Had to upgrade me to Suite due to the fact could not supply me with requested equipment such as microwave and refrigerator. I did communicate in person with personnel and was told it would be there. Upon rival no such thing which they upgraded me.

The hotel is nice overall. I really, really dislike almost killing myself in the shower because it was so slippery. I actually hurt my back trying not to fall.

We had to switch rooms because the ceiling was leaking and our room was also right next to the elevator (very noisy). The staff was great. The pool room was cold and so was the pool. The hot tub was not working properly either and yes, it was also cold. The main reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub and neither were good unfortunately.

The room appeared to be rundown and ready for some refreshing. Walls had scuffs and marks and in bathroom you could see tape for drywall taping through the paint in the ceiling. Also mold around tub and on ceiling. Unit to cool/ heat made a click noise most of the nite. Eventually turned it off. POSITIVE: checkin staff good, bed comfortable/ pillows also. Room clean . Not worth the price paid...

Comfy bed, nice room. Disappointed that I needed to pay for outdoor parking. Breakfast not included. I think that I could find better property in the area on my trip south next year.

The place was kind of aesthetic but smelled weird the bathroom had mold and rust. Nothing to do there.

Went here for a seminar had no problem finding it easy access. Also the conference room or seminar room was comfortable. If there are people out there looking to do a conference or any kind of seminar this is a good place to book it

Conveniently located downtown and very good service but hotel is older. Bathrooms are small with small space for the toilet. AC units in each room seem to be as old as the hotel. Parking is a series of hairpin turns with little width clearance making it difficult to park. But staff was friendly and helpful as well as the eatery in the lobby.

This hotel is very clean..views aren't the best but the basics were awesome...really good pressure hot shower. The bed was super comfortable and clean...loved making my own waffles and the scrambled eggs were cooked just ✅️ right. Price was very affordable.
