Great hotel in Leamington! Staff were so friendly and eager to help out if we had any issues. Room was modern and clean, water pressure was out of this world!! Had a great nights sleep! Didn't get a chance to use, but the pool looked so inviting! They have a little bar with a pool table for some evening entertainment. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!
Overall it was very clean. Check in Amuu was lovely however she charged the credit card 3 times (saying it didn’t go thru) . We called for toilet paper and had to get it ourselves. Breakfast was minimal but adequate.
My room was clean. Linens and blankets were in good shape and looked relatively new. Surprised to find hardwood flooring rather than carpeting, though I think that choice makes sense. My room had a small microwave and bar fridge, plus a single-cup coffee maker on the desk. The motel has two floors, and there is an elevator if you need it, but it is operated by the front desk attendant. The motel...
Front desk young man was friendly and joked with us. Room was spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Would stop again if in the area. Enjoyed the restaurants and the thrift stores. Drove along the water and it was so pretty and calming
The staff were very helpful and kind. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained. The hotel is close to everything. I will definitely be staying here again. I had a fantastic experience. Breakfast was amazing. This is a must stay.
Wonderful woman on duty when we checked in. Very knowledgeable and personable. She gave us great information on dining experiences in Leamington. She offered us insight into what to see and do in the Leamington area. She gave us some great brochures to take along.

The Grove Hotel
Leamington, 12 Main Street East 🧭 Map
My wife and I have been staying here for years at least twice a year. We even stayed here/took photos here for our wedding a couple of years ago. We enjoy the escape from the city it provides as well as the individually themed rooms.
We used to enjoy being able to go downstairs and a few steps over to the Grove Brewhouse/Restaurant that was attached to the hotel but we understand the logic behind...
Awesome little hotel. Perfectly themed rooms. Very spacious and clean. Cant wait to go back in warmer weather to experience a balcony room.
what a great stay! From the moment I called to book a reservation, it was evident this was not just your regular hotel. The person who answered the phone did everything they could to get me exactly what I wanted. Prior to arriving the Cool Kids (aka "staff") sent multiple communications regarding fun things to do in the area and what to expect when arriving. We asked the person at the front desk if...
Our spontaneous visit was perfect! Kinda had an idea, but let them help me! Check in was smooth, not crowded & so personable! This boutique hotel didn’t have a hotel vibe. Nor a BNB feel. It is so unique. We got to our room to find a personalized note to make our stay a little better! Really? Really!!! The room was perfect! The bed super comfy! The atmosphere wonderful!!
We are most certainly going...
We had an enjoyable stay for my son's wedding weekend. We would highly recommend room 14. No view but it was a large sunny suite. It had a bicycle theme. The king mattress was comfy and the washroom was so clean. It was quiet as well. We appreciated the complementary tea coffee and snack in the lobby. Melody and Paul

We recently stayed for two nights at this place, and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and a special mention goes to Miss Mahi, the breakfast attendant. She truly made our mornings special by interacting with us during breakfast—it made us feel genuinely cared for. The breakfast itself was very nice with a good variety of items to choose from.
The rooms were clean...
Very great hotel, clean rooms, good beds. Located in the middle between a lot of fast food Restaurants. Everything you need within walking distance.
Sandy was very great, helped us with everything he could. He also showed us the kings crown at the waffle maker :)
Would definitely come back when work requires it :)
Very clean, recently updated, comfortable beds. Located in the middle of the area we do business. Owner is easy to reach when needed, very helpful and seriously knows everyone in town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar area is a laid-back meeting point when staying with a group of coworkers or meeting other frequent travelers. This hotel is being maintained very well. With focus on...
The Hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Was there for our sons hockey tournament, Sandy was awesome in the breakfast area, Dharmesh (manager) was great to deal with while trying to book for a whole hockey team. All staff were awesome and very accommodating. Would recommend for any one looking to stay in Leamington!
The rooms and general area were clean and newly updated. The beds were comfortable, but the size of the room felt a little small and crammed.
The best part of this location is the service. The staff were very nice and had a few personal touches to our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. Sandy was exceptional as he worked the breakfast bar to help our kids with making waffles...
Breakfast was great and even more than I expected!! Loved the fact that you had a wide variety of breakfast items to suit everyone's preferences, ie. hardboiled eggs, homefries, eggs, omlettes, sausage and even a make-your-own Belgian wafflemaker! (plus of course cold breakfast options too!)

Average Hotel.
Had to upgrade me to Suite due to the fact could not supply me with requested equipment such as microwave and refrigerator. I did communicate in person with personnel and was told it would be there. Upon rival no such thing which they upgraded me.
Pay for Parking, C'mon Man!
The hotel was nice, but I didn't understand the parking fee. There was plenty of parking out front! Scam?
The hotel is nice overall. I really, really dislike almost killing myself in the shower because it was so slippery. I actually hurt my back trying not to fall.
We had to switch rooms because the ceiling was leaking and our room was also right next to the elevator (very noisy). The staff was great. The pool room was cold and so was the pool. The hot tub was not working properly either and yes, it was also cold. The main reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub and neither were good unfortunately.
The room appeared to be rundown and ready for some refreshing. Walls had scuffs and marks and in bathroom you could see tape for drywall taping through the paint in the ceiling. Also mold around tub and on ceiling. Unit to cool/ heat made a click noise most of the nite. Eventually turned it off. POSITIVE: checkin staff good, bed comfortable/ pillows also. Room clean . Not worth the price paid...
Comfy bed, nice room. Disappointed that I needed to pay for outdoor parking. Breakfast not included. I think that I could find better property in the area on my trip south next year.

Sunbridge Hotel & Conference Centre Downtown Windsor
Windsor, 430 Ouellette Avenue 🧭 Map
The staff here is amazing. Have to say that it is the first hotel my daughter and I have stayed in that felt so welcoming. Rooms are clean and a great size. Will definitely come back. Thank you for making us feel part of Sunbridge hotel family.
The place was kind of aesthetic but smelled weird the bathroom had mold and rust. Nothing to do there.
Went here for a seminar had no problem finding it easy access. Also the conference room or seminar room was comfortable. If there are people out there looking to do a conference or any kind of seminar this is a good place to book it
The location is with plenty of other hotels, rooms are clean and accessible, and the service of employees was impeccable.
Conveniently located downtown and very good service but hotel is older. Bathrooms are small with small space for the toilet. AC units in each room seem to be as old as the hotel. Parking is a series of hairpin turns with little width clearance making it difficult to park. But staff was friendly and helpful as well as the eatery in the lobby.
Great hotel. Staff is fantastic. I have stayed for work and for a weekend and I will never stay anywhere else but here.

Room was spacious and check in staff was friendly. Bed comfy.
Good size suite and comfortable bed. Great location for exploring Windsor waterfront and city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Although we did not have the opportunity to stay at this facility due to an unfortunate family emergency, We reached out to the hotel and they were very professional and understanding of our matter and provided a cancellation at no fee.
They could have easily adjusted a cancellation fee request but were kind enough not to and fully understanding of our circumstances
I’m certain the customer service...
Our group of four were totally amazed at the service we received during our stay here. It's an older hotel, but everything was clean, organized and well run. We received a complementary upgrade to both rooms, very pleasant staff, they checked with us to make sure everything was okay. A hot breakfast was provided with lots of choice. The best muffins I've ever tasted at a hotel breakfast. The staff...
Quality Inn is my go to when I am on a work trip to Windsor.
The location is extremely convenient for my needs and the covered parking is a great asset in the winter.
The hotel itself is older and not in the best part of the city, but it is very clean, secure and the service is incredible! During my last stay, I was upgraded to a suite, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. I've stayed...
This hotel is very clean..views aren't the best but the basics were awesome...really good pressure hot shower. The bed was super comfortable and clean...loved making my own waffles and the scrambled eggs were cooked just ✅️ right. Price was very affordable.
