Booked our room directly with the hotel front desk, and the service was excellent. Room was spacious, nice and clean which included USB, mini fridge, microwave & TV. The staff members @ the front desk were beyond great, we were extremely impressed. Housekeeping was excellent 5* for sure. Breakfast was complementary, area was always nice and clean, staff were constantly re- stocking. Enjoyed a day ...
I'm here for work, so I cannot comment on value for money (because the company booked and paid for the room) but I can say the room is comfortable, clean and reasonably equipped for a sub brand chain such as Days Inn (don't go expecting a caviar mini fridge). The staff I interacted with were all very polite and helpful even with the confusion we gave them of 5 bookings all under one name and our staff...
Rooms are spacious. Clean for the most part. Could have done a better job with the "recent renovations" Bathroom was clean, need a better in house plumber for sure. Bed and lounge area good. TV is mounted a bit sideways but now I getting picky. Overall a decent place with friendly service. Bit overpriced but what can ya do
Nice place to stay, but the elevator is a problem. You have to get staff to unlock it. If you are a senior, you might seek a better alternative. Cost is high for what you get
Reserved a room here for a night and didnt realize the pool was out of service till i got there. We didnt end up staying the night bc the whole purpose was to swim and have a night away (we live in town) The man at the desk was very accomodating and helpful when cancelling my reservation. The property was very clean and the lobby was spotless. Will definitely stay here another day when the pool is...
Location is great. Service needs work. The manager was super friendly but I kept having issues at this particular location and had to take matters in my own hands to get what I needed done.

Excellent food, CRAZY friendly staff (felt like I was back in Kansas!) and an excellent choice of decor. My favourite part of this establishment by far is the basement! Seriously - wonderful prep and craftsmanship to be seen down there.
Decent place, nice service, food was good. Pretty place. We sat on the porch, which was ok, probably better in the warmer season. In winter, it's probably better to sit inside.
We reserved a table for 4 online. My husband looked at the menu. Nice variety, plenty to chose from. We rarely eat out, so this was going to be a wonderful evening. The menu handed to us was 1 sided, quite small. It was not what we had read online. Our wonderful waitress said that it was changed 6 weeks ago. I know that food prices have really increased, but the bill was very high for what...
Fantastic service on a Friday night and loved the risotto! The upstairs table for 6 in the dining room was so comfy we stayed for almost 3 hours! Zero complaints. 5 star review from everyone in our party. Thank you!!
In an effort to extend our vacation we wanted to go for lunch - 2 families and our dog Chewy - Jack's fit the bill. A great patio - super super calamari - you have to try it! I had the perch... Good... My wife had the cod taco and they were delicious... Great beers... Try it u will like it!
Awesome place! Amazing food with great atmosphere. Eat inside, on the porch or patio. Menu constantly changing and great selection of craft beer.

This was our second time staying at this location. Highly recommended! And I think it is getting better every time! Short recommendation... great room, beautiful en-suite bathroom, easy check-in, fantastic location. Long story... They have been doing this a long time and understand what a guest/traveler is looking for. The rooms are very well appointed, complete with a full en-suite bathroom, a very...
High rates for poor rooms. Vanity sink and mirror inside bedroom Wich is really small and no queen bed ,poor breakfast away from from building, bed against wall corner make difficult to get out for the 2nd person unless he jump over.
The Zen room is espectacular!! House and rooms are very clean and comfortable and you can definitely relax here and have a great time! Hosts are also lovely to talk to and very helpful! I will be coming back!
Very cozy and comfortable. We stayed in the zensuality room and had a great night's sleep. The house is beautifully apportioned and lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Nice accommodations, beautifully renovated house on a quiet street, and a short walk to great food and shops downtown.

Breakfast was great and even more than I expected!! Loved the fact that you had a wide variety of breakfast items to suit everyone's preferences, ie. hardboiled eggs, homefries, eggs, omlettes, sausage and even a make-your-own Belgian wafflemaker! (plus of course cold breakfast options too!)
The Quality Inn in Leamington was a great weekend stay. The rooms were clean and service was great. In particular the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating and Sandeep “Sandy” in the hotel breakfast room was very customer focussed. He was a great at making sure that everyone had everything they needed!
The staff are amazing and very accommodating!!! The rooms were very clean. We were very surprised to have a complimentary hot breakfast which we enjoyed. Great options! The staff during breakfast were kind and very helpful with the kids. We also took advantage of the gym upstairs which was also great. We would definitely stay next time we are in Leamington. Thank you so much for the QUALITY stay this...
The management and staff at this hotel are absolutely spectacular. In this day and age, it is hard to find people who go above and beyond for others, be it for their jobs or just because another human being needs help. I can say with certainty that if you are looking to be well taken care of, this is your place!
Great hotel! Up to date with the time. USB ports for charging. Very clean rooms. I would stay there again 100%!
Spent a quick night, clean and well put together. Recently renovated rooms and bathrooms. Service was very good. Gm offered to open up a business account for frequent business travel.

I would love to stay at this hotel again, without a doubt. Even though it's only a two-star hotel, I'd choose it over a four-star one any day. The room was spotlessly clean, with a bright and inviting colour scheme. Checking in was a breeze, even without any human interaction - I just called Phill at the front desk to get the password, and then picked up my room key. Checking out was just as easy ...
We had a great room and decided to stay longer. We were in the top floor north west corner (most of their pictures) and Judy and I loved every minute. We met the owner over a late night glass of wine. Great guy. The food was over the top. I’ve never had a more tender piece of beef ever. The staff was always on point and it was just an impromptu perfect time. Thank you so much and I would recommend...
The room was clean, but a bit tight and had nowhere to get comfortable after a long day, just two wooden dining chairs. No coffee maker in room. The faucet handle in the bathroom was very loose so difficult to control the temperature and flow. Our room was on the first floor, which we liked because I couldn't have managed all those stairs to the top floor. Our room faced the parking lot, which at first...
Clean and comfortable. I've stayed here twice during the off-season and it wasn't particularly busy. Reasonably priced. Would stay there again.

Fun cheap place to go to take the kids. Slides always closed... pool is cold. Floors need cleaning with a steamer bad. You get what you get for the price. Kids love it. If.its nore than 200 a night it's not worth it.
This hotel is a lot of fun for kids but there is a lot of work that needs to be done. The slides are broken since pre pandemic, this would be something really great to have fixed not sure if cost of staffing is the problem or what. Most arcade games were out of order. The ceiling was leaking water everywhere when it was raining. No continental breakfast provided. No updates to the pool have occurred...
We experienced a power outage pool too cold...no heat but heaters were provided. They also gave 50%off our rooms. The front staff were so helpful and genuinely felt bad over an uncontrollable situation. We made the best of our stay. Would come back again.
Really great family vacation spot but do have to pay for a lot of extras that other hotels give for free. So much for the kids to do and really friendly reception staff. The rooms need some paint touch ups particularly on the doors, our bath tub leaked, chunks out of the pool area floor (no pool towels by 6 pm & not refilled til 7:30) and there aren't a lot of open plugs, we booked for 4 to say but...
Had my wedding here last month and everything was amazing! Food was great, staff was superb and very kind. Heard nothing but great reviews from all the guests. Had kids stay the night and they had a blast on the jungle gym and using the pool. If I were to re-do my wedding I would definitely choose this venue again. Ed was a fantastic person to work with and made sure everything went off without a hitch
Was greated quickly at reception. Reservation was ready and exactly as we expected. Clean and comfortable. We even had a swim in the saltwater pool. That was the only negative. The pool deck looked like it had recently been worked on and was very gritty underfoot. No towels available in the pool area. Good thing we brought our own! Would like to have a menu from the Bistro available. Pictures...

My wife and I have been staying here for years at least twice a year. We even stayed here/took photos here for our wedding a couple of years ago. We enjoy the escape from the city it provides as well as the individually themed rooms. We used to enjoy being able to go downstairs and a few steps over to the Grove Brewhouse/Restaurant that was attached to the hotel but we understand the logic behind...
Awesome little hotel. Perfectly themed rooms. Very spacious and clean. Cant wait to go back in warmer weather to experience a balcony room.
what a great stay! From the moment I called to book a reservation, it was evident this was not just your regular hotel. The person who answered the phone did everything they could to get me exactly what I wanted. Prior to arriving the Cool Kids (aka "staff") sent multiple communications regarding fun things to do in the area and what to expect when arriving. We asked the person at the front desk if...
Our spontaneous visit was perfect! Kinda had an idea, but let them help me! Check in was smooth, not crowded & so personable! This boutique hotel didn’t have a hotel vibe. Nor a BNB feel. It is so unique. We got to our room to find a personalized note to make our stay a little better! Really? Really!!! The room was perfect! The bed super comfy! The atmosphere wonderful!! We are most certainly going...
We had an enjoyable stay for my son's wedding weekend. We would highly recommend room 14. No view but it was a large sunny suite. It had a bicycle theme. The king mattress was comfy and the washroom was so clean. It was quiet as well. We appreciated the complementary tea coffee and snack in the lobby. Melody and Paul

It was GREAT service. They are very concerned and helpful if we needed anything. The motel is extremely clean and comfortable! Thank you for the awesome stay!!
I give this 5 stars as it more than fulfills it's mandate of providing clean and pleasant overnight accommodation. My wife and I started using non branded motels like this when we were so remote that there were no Chain hotels and have not gone back to them since. My wife and I agree the Sun Parlor is the very nicest of the motels we have stayed at in the past year. I think you are able to see photos...

Nice place for adults . Manual locking doors were nice (no keycard). Not the best for small children. Nice semi updated rooms.
The place to stay in Leamington!!! I recently stayed here for 6 weeks while looking for an apartment after moving to Leamington. The rooms are recently renovated and the motel is kept very clean. The owner was a delight to deal with. The prices are reasonable and very competitive for the area. The only negative that I can think to mention is that the wifi connection is not always great. I highly recommend...
Not immaculate, but fairly clean. Nice staff. If you want to get to the lake you *can* walk, but it's a boring walk so I'd recommend driving to the free parking by the beach. It's a good place to stay if you want to visit the island or national park. (It's about 13 minutes to drive to the national park.) 7/11 next door for coffee & snacks. Lots of big stores nearby and restaurants. The price was better...
The room is big and very clean, has a mini fridge and microwave, big tv and a small table with 2 chairs... The bed is very comfortable too ?. Great location aswell, I'd diffenitly come back
The location is great! Located right near some amenities, including the 7-11 convenience store, and the libro credit union. The rooms are extremely well kept, and the proprietor is extremely friendly and helpful!
Nice place to stay.. This is not modern but not old.. The kitchen is a little dirty and needs some deeper cleaning but 4 people fit into it very well..

One of the best stays I have ever had. The hosts are such wonderful people who make sure your stay is taken care of. From great cleanliness to wine nights by the water to the best breakfast, this place has it all. You should not miss an opportunity to get your room booked here. The visit to Point Pelee would be incomplete without staying here.
My first time at a B & B and it was a wonderful experience. Hal and Lyse were wonderful hosts, very sweet and kind, made us feel very comfortable and was very informative about Pelee and gave suggestions were to visit. The B & B was immaculate and perfectly decorated with a country feel. The 3 course breakfast was amazing! Very close to the beaches and Pelee National Park. Can't wait to come back...
Wonderful experience. Lyse and Hal are wonderful hosts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was awesome. Certainly worth the price. Also beautiful views and convenient location.
I loved the French toast banana bread! I'm still thinking about it a week later. Also, the hosts were lovely, the view and location wonderful and the space well cared for. Really a gem! You should be prepared for close quarters with other guests. Bonus: it is just up the road from the national park!
This is a great place. So far I've stayed here twice and both times have been amazing. The backyard view is only second to the great hosts. Both are kind pleasant people who make your stay a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The breakfast is out of this world. I whole heartedly recommend this to anybody.

We came to visit nearby Point Pelee and this place ended up being the highlight! (Which is saying a lot because we loved the park too.) Beautiful room, exceptional amenities, AMAZING four course breakfast... Roland and Megan clearly take pride in their business and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!
Roland is an amazing host!! An enchanting home with all the necessary items to relax & splurge! The breakfasts are grand, delicious & Roland loves it! The room was perfect. 1 thing I'd like to mention was the bed was very very soft...sunk in. I would prefer a firmer bed but the second night I slept well.
What a wonderful place to stay. Roland was happy to accommodate the early arrival we requested and showed us around his charming house very cheerfully. Our room was a great size, the bathroom was down the hall but totally private (we had a key), clean, and had a sauna! With our set of keys it was easy to come back home late after an event, which was in walking distance at the lake. Breakfast in the...
Wonderful place to stay. I have stayed here 3 times and will continue to return. The rooms are great and the food is even better.
Stayed one night in June 2017. Rolland was such a kind and wonderful host, and a talented chef. The beds were so comfortable and as other reviewers said breakfast did not disappoint! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and can't speak highly enough about the experience.

Mark this on your MUST stay at places in Kingsville. Not only is the home absolutely gorgeous, the hosts are the best of the best. I highly recommend.
This place has great character. Getting ourselves checked in and situated couldn't be easier. We're just down the road in Windsor, but love visiting Kingsville. Was a wonderful night away, and will definitely be back before the end of the year.
Great two days at the Woodbridge House. The rooms are big with each having it own bathroom. Neil is a great host and is very welcoming. Would highly recommend this place to any traveler. Easily one of the best BnB that I have ever stay at. Great place!
The host was very welcoming, and very personable. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. Yea and coffee were available, as well as a small refrigerator. Breakfast was very diverse and fresh, and had wonderful touches. There was music coming from quite far away on the Saturday night that we were there, but there was no way to prevent that.

That there was a BBQ to use. They were not pushy. Very friendly and down to earth hard working family that runs and works here.
Very nice family owned. Needs an upgrade otherwise not bad at all. Rooms don't smell that's important to me.
This place is a little throwback from the 70s. I enjoyed it. Cute. Maid service didn't show up for the weekend and there is some small repairs needed but the stay was still enjoyable :) older beds, 70s look, paint, sheets etc. Pool available but closed due to needing repair. However... The beach is right around the corner and all is well on the world.

Very clean and great hosts! The cabin has everything you need and is spacious. The hosts are very friendly and greeted us by name. There was even a welcome card! We opted for the breakfast and it was fantastic!!! There is a private patio and the yard was meticulous. The ducks were pretty cool too!
What a great place, and what fine hosts! The accommodations were clean and comfortable (especially the bed, pillows, and linens), the hosts welcoming and informative, and the location ideal for a trip into PPNP. A special mention as well to the delicious breakfasts and the hosts’ unwavering devotion to a variety of avian species, especially the humble but fascinating Purple Martin!
The cleanest bed and breakfast I've ever stayed at. Very relaxing, a beautiful breakfast with homemade jams, omelettes, and bread. The ducks and chickens in the yard were the cherries on top!!

Just released from Covid 19 lockdown we really needed to get away from the city. I got Omstead's randomly pick from pictures I saw online. I'm so glad I did . The moment we steps into this property your world around you fated away into paradise... tranquility, in times, calmness, and happiness.
