Great hotel in Leamington! Staff were so friendly and eager to help out if we had any issues. Room was modern and clean, water pressure was out of this world!! Had a great nights sleep! Didn't get a chance to use, but the pool looked so inviting! They have a little bar with a pool table for some evening entertainment. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

Overall it was very clean. Check in Amuu was lovely however she charged the credit card 3 times (saying it didn’t go thru) . We called for toilet paper and had to get it ourselves. Breakfast was minimal but adequate.

My room was clean. Linens and blankets were in good shape and looked relatively new. Surprised to find hardwood flooring rather than carpeting, though I think that choice makes sense. We had an enjoyable stay for my son's wedding weekend. We would highly recommend room 14. No view but it was a large sunny suite. It had a bicycle theme. The Hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Was there for our sons hockey tournament, Sandy was awesome in the breakfast area, Dharmesh (manager) was great to deal with while trying to book for a whole hockey team. The rooms and general area were clean and newly updated. The beds were comfortable, but the size of the room felt a little small and crammed. The best part of this location is the service. Breakfast was great and even more than I expected!! Loved the fact that you had a wide variety of breakfast items to suit everyone's preferences, ie. hardboiled eggs, homefries, eggs, omlettes, sausage and even a make-your-own Belgian wafflemaker! (plus of course cold breakfast options too!)

Fun cheap place to go to take the kids. Slides always closed... pool is cold. Floors need cleaning with a steamer bad. You get what you get for the price. Kids love it. If.its nore than 200 a night it's not worth it.

This hotel is a lot of fun for kids but there is a lot of work that needs to be done. The slides are broken since pre pandemic, this would be something really great to have fixed not sure if cost of staffing is the problem or what. Most arcade games were out of order. We experienced a power outage pool too cold...no heat but heaters were provided. They also gave 50%off our rooms. The front staff were so helpful and genuinely felt bad over an uncontrollable situation. We made the best of our stay. Would come back again.

Really great family vacation spot but do have to pay for a lot of extras that other hotels give for free. So much for the kids to do and really friendly reception staff. Had my wedding here last month and everything was amazing! Food was great, staff was superb and very kind. Heard nothing but great reviews from all the guests. Had kids stay the night and they had a blast on the jungle gym and using the pool. If I were to re-do my wedding I would definitely choose this venue again. Was greated quickly at reception. Reservation was ready and exactly as we expected. Clean and comfortable. We even had a swim in the saltwater pool. That was the only negative. I needed a place to sleep for a couple of nights as a friends cottage was full of family. Great location and easy to get to primo birding areas. No coffee maker in room but small fridge and microwave were handy indeed. Clean and comfortable bed. Lots of hot water for shower. Would stay again anytime. Very nice people.

This place is a little throwback from the 70s. I enjoyed it. Cute. Maid service didn't show up for the weekend and there is some small repairs needed but the stay was still enjoyable :) older beds, 70s look, paint, sheets etc. Pool available but closed due to needing repair. The room was updated with a smart renovation and was supposed to be non-smoking...however, a slight odour was noticed. Unfortunately, although we had an end room, the people next door were literally up all night, and dragging the desk chair and talking loud enough to keep us up more than sleeping.

I have stayed here many times. It is always clean and comfortable. Regarding my most recent stay, I arrived later evening to find that I had booked the wrong date online. One of the best stays I have ever had. The hosts are such wonderful people who make sure your stay is taken care of. From great cleanliness to wine nights by the water to the best breakfast, this place has it all. You should not miss an opportunity to get your room booked here. The visit to Point Pelee would be incomplete without staying here.

My first time at a B & B and it was a wonderful experience. Hal and Lyse were wonderful hosts, very sweet and kind, made us feel very comfortable and was very informative about Pelee and gave suggestions were to visit. I loved the French toast banana bread! I'm still thinking about it a week later. Also, the hosts were lovely, the view and location wonderful and the space well cared for. Really a gem! This is a great place. So far I've stayed here twice and both times have been amazing. The backyard view is only second to the great hosts. The place to stay in Leamington!!! I recently stayed here for 6 weeks while looking for an apartment after moving to Leamington. The rooms are recently renovated and the motel is kept very clean. The owner was a delight to deal with. The prices are reasonable and very competitive for the area. The only negative that I can think to mention is that the wifi connection is not always great.
