Rooms were clean and tidy. Great service from the staff. My kids enjoyed the facilities immensely. My only criticisms was that elevator service was frustratingly slow. The steam room didn't always work either. Apart from that a pleasurable stay.
Liked the room 412, roomy and well appointed. Fridge did not work well. Enjoyed swimming pool and hot tub. Both became dirty looking, hair in pool, likely due to usage this weekend. We liked the seafood chowder in the 9th floor restaurant so much, that we returned on day 2 for that specifically. Service in that restaurant was friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were hassle free. I feel the $12 parking...
We booked this hotel based on their advertisement of being ‘pet friendly’ & we looked at other hotels in the area marketing the same thing with fees associated. The Crowne doesn’t explicitly list their ‘pet fee’ so it’s basically an unknown cost until you check in at the front desk. We assumed that since they didn’t list it as clearly (or at all as we were not able to find it anywhere on their site...
One of the best stays me and my family have ever had. From the check-in with James to arriving to our rooms to special hand written notes from the front desk staff with chocolate and a sweet little toy for my nephew to arriving in the restaurant greeted by 3 wonderful staff members to receiving the best service I have ever gotten by your server Adrian, whom my family of 7 raved about for the hour after...
I put 4 for service because the steam room wasn't working.
We had three nights of camping and stayed here day 4 of our vacation. It is so pretty and clean inside the lobby, halls and rooms were clean and air flow is good! Everything was clean. Complimentary water inside the room, the baby crib was cozy. Please keep up the excellent work as it's difficult to find the perfect hotel.
The Good: Probably one of the most comfiest beds I've had in a hotel room in this price range. Absolutely the most fresh smelling clean linen that I have experienced at any hotel.
The Bad: currently not wheelchair accessible (Underground parking closed and under heavy renos, cannot use luggage carts as the entrances have stairs. As a disabled person it was difficult, but we managed. The hot tub...

I stayed here for my quarantine and I got my own bathroom, kitchen counter, fridge and stuff. Mr. Collins is very nice, so accommodating and responsive. My space was clean, it was newly painted too, with such a good view by the window, you'll never feel isolated in staying as it's spacious (at a decent price). Very kind host! Highly recommend!
Owner Ron is amazing. Extremely accomodating. Lots of selection for food and breakfast. Inn is a bit dated, but beds are clean and comfortable. Does cater to people in transitional phases in life, but I have stayed here multiple times with no issues whatsoever. If you are looking for a clean, economical place to stay- this is your surest bet. Always a home away from home. Would return without reservation
I stayed there for three days. I thought it was a great little vacation and it didn't kill my budget. There were lots of interesting guests all with stories about life and experiences. I had my best sleep there in years and would definitely return.
It's such a lovely place. Kind hosts. I know only one name of them Ron:) the house is lovely with its rose bathroom. And it has kittens ! 6!! So sweet. The house is cozy and comfortable. Would love to come here again💗
