The staff were exceptional during our stay. I needed to leave early from my booking and they were so accommodating and understanding. Very clean hotel and central to everything downtown. Highly recommend. I dealt with Dakota and she was so kind and professional. Nothing but good things to say.

We stayed here during a hockey tournament and the service was great! They had live music at check-in and cooler tasting for the adults; and a nice little table with complementary Gatorade and Pizza for the kids as well. There was an issue with parking and they accommodated us quickly and willingly when we brought it up, which we appreciated.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Great service from the staff. My kids enjoyed the facilities immensely. My only criticisms was that elevator service was frustratingly slow. The steam room didn't always work either. Apart from that a pleasurable stay.

We booked this hotel based on their advertisement of being ‘pet friendly’ & we looked at other hotels in the area marketing the same thing with fees associated. The Crowne doesn’t explicitly list their ‘pet fee’ so it’s basically an unknown cost until you check in at the front desk. I put 4 for service because the steam room wasn't working. We had three nights of camping and stayed here day 4 of our vacation. It is so pretty and clean inside the lobby, halls and rooms were clean and air flow is good! Everything was clean. Complimentary water inside the room, the baby crib was cozy. My husband and I were on a trip to gather my recently deceased mother's belongings and the staff went out of their way to make what should have been a very bad trip into a heartfelt, comfortable place to lay our heads under these unfortunate circumstances. The location is great. Right off the highway so perfect for a nights stay. The rooms were clean, showers were great and the breakfast wasn't bad either. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were impressed with this hotel. Cozy beds, clean, no bad smell. The pool and the gym was a great discovery for my kids who spent all the evening there. We had breakfast included in the price which was good and enough to get ready for the trip we planned.

We had such a good experience, we arrived late and last minute. They were happy to accomodate us with our two dogs and allt he staff was very friendly. We had a comfortable night of sleep in a nice clean room and enjoyed a good warm breakfast in the morning! Thank you very much! :)

I cannot thank Costal Inn enough for letting us book a room last minute after the hotel we had reserved days prior to our trip canceled our room because we didn't have a credit card! The service was excellent and extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, amazing experience during a stressful situation!

Great customer service (which seems to be getting rarer and rarer now a days, so it was nice to be greeted in a friendly, professional manner.) Rooms are a little small, but they have a nice pool and small yet practical workout room. They have done many improvements since the last time I was there. Pretty cozy lobby area. The staff are what make this place. They were so so friendly. The actual rooms are meh. Thin walls, old blankets, carpet etc. all of the staff are very friendly and it’s literally across the street from the mall so location is great too. My stats are based on the quality of the actual Inn.

Great stay, we stayed at 4 hotels on our trip and liked this one most. Our room was clean and the staff were super friendly. The lady that does breakfast was really working hard. Love this hotel! Extra large rooms, always super clean. Front desk staff are always friendly. The pool, hot tub and rain showers are a great bonus but call first to make sure they are working. Lots of towels, bathrobes and the restaurant in the casino has decent pub food.

We stayed here 2 nights. This hotel was very clean, spacious, and QUIET! We slept so good and really enjoyed our stay. We used the pool on the last night and it was very clean and lovely as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

We dropped into the casino for an hour while travelling through New Brunswick. It is small but has good slots and for a small pace the payouts were decent! We stayed in the presidential suite for our sons 12th birthday. Stayed in The castle room, which our 5 and 7 year old boys loved! Our bed however, not so spacious or comfy. Staff was friendly, especially the lady making breakfast! Rooms have everything that you need. The room is very large so you'll have plenty of space. AC is also very strong, but a bit loud. Luckily it turns off very quickly since the room cools so fast. The only downside is the shower doesn't have any shelf to put your own toiletries on. There is also no kettle if you needed to boil some water.

Booked the room at the last minute, as we headed home to Ontario. It did not disappoint. Beds were soft, lots of plugs to charge the kids devices before the remaining 16+ hour drive and the room darkening curtains were a godsend. Thanks for a good sleep and a HOT shower.

The front desk staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was okay. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was a last minute stay after a terrible Air BNB experience, and the staff was so accommodating and nice about it. This was an upscale place to stay but still felt relaxing. The staff seem friendly. Room service was great. I was surprised that the breakfast had all kinds of things to choose from including fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, eggs and bacon + more.

Have been staying here quite frequently lately. The rooms are nice and very clean. My only pet peeve is the continental breakfast. The food itself is fine, it's about what you would expect from any hotel, just let me serve it myself. It's not 2021 anymore, I'm capable of choosing how many powdered eggs and yogurt I want on my own.

We had a fantastic stay at Chateau Moncton on my husband’s birthday. From the time you walk in, the decor, view of the tidal bore and friendly staff set the tone for a wonderful stay. Our room was so appealing with all the amenities needed. The boardwalk and Keg within walking distance also added to our stay. Will highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed with my family for a night, the room was overpriced in my opinion considering they had nothing in the hotel besides a pool and slide , workout area. The breakfast was amazing.... This place is in the downtown and very close to all administrative work which we wanted to do before finalising our permanent accommodation. Also this hotel is well located with parks and river, so perfect blend of everything we were looking for. Also staff is very very helpful, specially we wanted to travel to Fredericton and were clueless...but hotel staff guided us very well :)

We stayed here for two nights a few weeks ago. This is our favourite hotel in Moncton. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Large, comfortable rooms that include a nicely equipped kitchen. Great location and ammenities. Breakfast included was above average. We'll definitely be back.

Very impressed with the front desk staff opening breakfast early to accommodate our early flight. We had requested a 3 am wake up call and without being asked they let us know breakfast was ready for us as well.

Only minutes from the airport. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was great for unwinding. No USB plugs so remember to pack an adapter.

We got the room with Jacuzzi and it was amazing! The pool is nice and warm and the slide is a lot of fun and fast! Breakfast was very tasty. Me and my wife stayed 1 night at this hotel for our 22nd wedding anniversary. Great room with hot tub and great breakfast . Would recommend this hotel for a special stay. And it was great with happy people.

Our room smelled a little musky, but overall we had good night rest. As an added bonus this Quality Inn has a fair sized indoor pool with a killer red water slide (the kids loved it). In the morning we had a filling breakfast and continued our journey to P.E.I.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. It is very clean and a beautiful spot. The only inconvenience is that if you are on the 2nd floor there is no elevator, and they frown on you bringing breakfast to your room. Other than that it is a very nice place.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed the night before we flew out of the Moncton Airport. It is super handy, the staff members were very friendly, the shuttle was right on time, the room was absolutely wonderful and super clean, and they even provided us with breakfast to go since we had to be at the airport for 3am. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for over a week here, over two weekends. Clean, staff very friendly, good gym (no treadmill but selection of free weights), no hot tub but has a nice pool. Really liked the room layouts and they are very spacious, poor lighting in the bathroom. Free breakfast was good. Be prepared on weekends for hockey tournament guest, kids running around hotel and hallways unsupervised, holding up elevators...

We just stayed there one night on our back home, but wonderful spacious, quiet room, very clean, good mattress, wonderful delicious breakfast with all you can eat and healthy if you chose. Quality construction and well maintained. Owners very friendly and just plain nice. Hope to stay there again next year.

This place is really gorgeous! I've stayed there twice and would again! The bathtub with jets is a really nice touch. I really enjoyed the old fashioned furniture too! It has a great view and an amazing breakfast, with a large selection of fruit and pastries!

I've stayed in hotels all over the world and this one ranks up there with the highest in terms of comfort and service. Super comfy bed, amazing jetted tub (with great water pressure), clean spacious room and they even had a fan which is hard to find in rooms nowadays. Great location if you want to be within walking distance of the casino. Very friendly service and the breakfast was good. Only major con was that the TVs only have 13 channels. Was disappointed that you cannot get Sportsnet or TSN from your room.

This hotel is comfortable, clean and staff are friendly. The location is good especially if you plan to visit the casino. Shopping is close by as is Magnetic hill. I have stayed here twice and both times found it quite loud. People running up and down the hallway, laughing, screaming, slamming doors went on for hours until 11 pm then all was quiet. I enjoyed my stay. Clean room, comfortable bed. The linen where fantastic. The pillows were perfect. Had such a good sleep. The decor in the lobby is beautiful. They did a fantastic job with this new hotel. Breakfast was included and the eggs, sausage and roasted potatoes were excellent.

What I love: Pet friendly hotel. Close to the Casino 🎰 What I don’t: it’s pretty old. The door to the toilet (which we struggle to close) and the bathroom itself was really old fashioned. It reminded me of the 2door closet we have in junior school that has all the cleaning stuffs in it (sorry) 🙏🏻 There are old inns that looks clean, this one doesn’t scream clean as well. But! Their lobby and hallways...

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The tub was perfect for soaking and could not hear a lot of outside traffic. My son loved the hot breakfast and choices provided. Exceptional service. The only downfall was that the pool was a bit disappointing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Had a problem with another Motel giving our room away, this motel came up in the clutch! Extremely friendly management and was willing to help us. They were very apologetic for the last motel that they even gave us a discount for our two nights! Rooms are clean, fresh and smell amazing and the bed is comfy! We were extremely grateful for our stay in this motel. We left our previous location due to the hurricane and massive power outages, and we arrived exhausted after a sleepless night. The lovely couple got us an early check in, extra blankets as we were cold, and cranked up the heat while I was checking in. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the view was amazing! Our 1 night stay at the Scenic motel in Moncton was very pleasant. It was clean & quiet with free parking. The lady who took care of us was very polite & kind. I was especially impressed by her 3 young sons who were doing everything they could helping their mother run the business. They were very friendly & helpful.

Not bad for the price. At The time of this review (July 2017) $75.00 include taxes. Cheapest in the Moncton. Rooms are clean. Wifi not bad. No AC, No stove, No microwave oven in the rooms. Washroom is very clean. Floor carpet smells. They better replace them with laminate floor. Very close to Magnetic hill theme park.
