I spent two days at this hotel located next to downtown. The hotel features one pub-style restaurant and a separate steakhouse. The main downtown area is just a minute's walk away, with many other restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rooms were clean, shower was nice and hot, pillow was a little thin but the bed was nice and soft. Lots of nice coffee spots and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Really my only complaint is the "free parking" is pretty limited. While I was checking in other people were also notified there was no spot for them, either.

The customer service was awesome. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for walking around Nelson. The coffee shop next door was delicious!

Great hotel at an affordable price. The shared showers are super clean. The location is perfect. I only remove a star because the walls are thin and it can get loud. Having said this, I will for sure stay here again!

The staff is super friendly, from the time we check in up until the time we check out. The room is functional, and clean, and had an amazing view of the lake and the mountains (#111). The hotel is very well-located in Nelson's downtown, close to everything we needed.

Great dog-friendly hotel! The room was clean and spacious and staff were very friendly (towards both humans and dogs!). There was a communal lounge area with a sink, microwave, shared fridge, blender and coffee/tea supplies. This hotel has no elevator or ground floor rooms and is not very accessible for people with mobility challenges.

A simple place to stay. Has what you need for the time you might be staying. Room was of adequate size. Beds were pretty comfortable. Was lacking fridge, microwave, and iron. Bathroom was clean. Ac was working. No free parking after 9AM, paid street parking. Great location, right by all the restaurants and shopping. Would stay again when back here.

This place is totally reasonable for the one night we stayed. It's not much to look at, doesn't have great views, and the hallway has a bit of a smell. But the price is very reasonable, the room was clean, and the bed comfy enough for one night. The location is also awesome being right downtown. If you are looking for luxury, look somewhere else. But if your looking for a deal, clean room, great location...

Great staff awesome location. Not a fancy room but quiet, priced right and nice people. Walking distance to everything.

Great hotel so recommend it if your staying in nelson. They will fill your meter is you need it ( limited city parking, free after 5pm )

Good price, great beds, and totally quiet due to the cinderblock walls. The bathroom is the worst part with the small counters and soap dispenser. And parking is not included. Overall, perfect for a good night's sleep.
