We loved the room - the bed was very comfortable.
Room had a handy fridge and lots of storage.
We had a private bathroom with all you needed - lovely and clean and good shower pressure.
The location was brilliant to the main street.
The house was lovely, felt welcoming and traditional to the area.
So handy for exploring the local wineries.

A very basic B (just Bed, no breakfast)! The place is quaint, cozy and charming and located very conveniently in NOTL. Rooms are nice, clean and offer essential amenities. It was a tad disappointing to be informed just a few days before arriving that there was no breakfast included (and yet the steep price of $400 a night, remained unchanged). Also a tad odd to have the bathroom located down and around the hall. No major complaints, but will also be looking elsewhere next time.

Unfortunately very a dissappointing experience. We received a booking confirmation for our stay but when we arrived there was no one at Finlay House. We called the contact number, however, that person no longer worked at the B&B and directed us to the owners. Was informed they had changed booking services, lost our booking confirmation and our room was booked for someone else. With an hour to our dinner reservation on a summer Saturday night had few options available to us and we were left without accomodations. Very poorly managed and would not stay or recommend the Finlay House.

Great stay located within easy walking distance to town. Comfortable large room. Too bad gas fireplace didn’t work to finish our romantic stay. Breakfast was delicious served by Julie. Nice lady who was kind and gave us some tips about the area.

A very nice B&B in a great location within walking distance of downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. Since we were the only guests at the time, we were upgraded to a premium room at no extra charge. This is definitely our go-to place to stay when visiting the Shaw Festival. We've stayed here before, and we'll stay here again!

If you are considering Finlay House, don't hesitate, book now!
We just spent 2 nights and loved it. Our host Julie is welcoming and clearly takes pride in all she provides. Our room (the Shaw) was big, spotlessly clean, windows on 3 sides, and has a comfortable king bed. I had two of my best sleeps in a while. In the evenings and morning we heard the gentle clip-clop of the horse drawn carriages pass by on its way to the iconic Prince of Wales hotel, that was just a 2 minute walk from Finlay House. And the breakfast was delicious. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

Wonderful B&B. Julie's attention to detail is amazing. Great Breakfasts, Cozy Guest Room. Location is ideal. We highly recommend Finlay House B&B.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, had several amenities , very friendly owner, breakfast was lovely, couldn't have asked for more.
You could walk downtown to see all the unique shops, location was perfect, and a lovely setting.
I have owned a motel and never been to a B&B, it was more than I expected.
I would recommend this B&B to anyone. I went with a friend and she had never been here either and was very pleased as well.

Incredible hospitality! the host is very friendly and motivated to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend staying here on your visit to Niagara on the Lake. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is really nice here, there are several options you can pick from and they are prepared freshly for you. The place also has a nice and cosy patio where you can sit, have your breakfast, and watch the world go by. 5/5
